I want to cancel subscription but

I have used Unlimited, opened the bill on December 2. And now, I want to cancel it. And I thought if I do it on fews day before next bill date, it will be fine. Today, I'm just about to do the cancellation, It turns out Skype already corrected my bill for next month this morning. (I live in Thailand) Can I cancel this order and have a refund? Please help. My order number is 564350226

Subscription recurring payments are taken 3 days in advance unless you cancel on your account page.

    i opted for the 1 m onth free trial, unlimited calls to landline. but i cancelled before the next month but i have been charged approx £10 for this months subscription. how can i sort this out, can i get a refund? i havent used any minutes or called any  number....

    I took out a free trial in June but changed my mind almost immediately I even cancelled within 5 days but to my surprise I have just been charged with 2 transactions on my Paypal account. God knows why I didn't think to cancel them from my Paypal account at the time but I have now so they will get no more of my hard earned cash. I haven't used the service nor do I want to use the service so I have today opened a dispute with Paypal over the £15 Skype have taken. I would add this is after trying for two hours to contact Skype directly .... Believe me guys don't ever do business with this company unless you want fleecing as they do absolutely everything they can to make it impossible for you to cancel that free trial ... I'm very very angry!!

  • 8g iTouch 4g. Two movies trying to download, they are 3.7g ea. I want to cancel them, but there is no such option!

    I have 5.4 gb free (because I recently did a restore, b/c these two movie downloads eventually take all my space!). I pause one movie download (to allow the other to finish) and that doesn't help.  I figure I can stop the one download right away, let one finish, then I can delete it, then let the 2nd one download, but it doesn't even download 1 of them!  It will come up with a space error, even though in iTunes it shows I have 5.4gb free...   I have read that I can stop the downloads by deleting the files from var\mobile\media\downloads, but that requires me to jailbreak, which I don't want to do.  Please help.  I think my only option is to wipe and setup as a new ipod, which I don't really want to do....

    Under your Library list, you should see "Movies". Click on that, and you will see a screen with several tabs at the top - Rentals, Unwatched, Movies, Genres, Home Videos, etc.
    As Hackintosh indicated above, click on the Rentals tab, and your movies will be displayed there. Doulbe click on one to start playing it.
    If you do not have your sidebar showing, go up to View at the top, and click on Show Sidebar. Then you will see your Library lists on the sidebar, which will include Movies.

    Click the "I still need help" button. I'd recommend Chat if it is available. It is usually faster than phone support.

    I have subscribed for Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition for one year term. The Creative Cloud doesn't seem to be working as it keeps showing "No Internet Connection". I've tried for many times by uninstall and install again and again. I've also tried to turn off firewall settings and all these things but still doesn't seem to be working. You cannot cancel the subscription by yourself. WHAT A SCAM. Then I called the support team. But NO ONE accepts my calls. I have called for many times yet still no representatives to answer my call. I am so frustrated. Can someone help me? It would be better to provide solutions on how to solve the internet connection issues because I don't really want to cancel subscription.

  • I signed up for trial subscription with a newspaper which is shown in Newsstand. I wanted to cancel but there are no "subscriptions" to manage in my AppleId. In fact I don't even get anything called "subscriptions" when I click on Manage in my AppleId.

    I subscribed to a free trial newspaper subscription in my Newsstand on my iPad3. I am trying to cancel it but when I go into my AppleID through the App Store, there are no subscriptions listed under the section called "Manage". All that shows under the "manage" section are alerts. Is the Manage/Subscriptions section only available if you have paid subscriptions? Can't seem to find anything that addresses this in manuals or otherwise.

    If you are wondering why you are not getting any responses, it is because you have vented a complaint without any details that make any sense or give anyone something to work on.
    If you want help, I suggest actually detailing what has happened, with versions of software etc. Anything that would let us assist.
    As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

    If your account overview says you are on 'Spotify Free' then you should be all good! If you receive a charge just contact the payments team through the online contact form and they can take a look! :)

    You need to cancel the present CC (in case of repurchase the cancellation fee can be waived off) & repurchase the plan that you want.
    Please let me know if you would like to go for cancellation of the present CC via personal messaging.
