I had another mail adress, but from today, I have just this one so it's necessary that this mail adress can be my apple ID.

You can edit your rescue e-mail address to whatever other email rescue address you can use or just get rid of it altogether at ... My Apple ID
Do this first. Then you can edit your main e-mail address and change it to the one you want to use.

Ipad will connect no problem to other networks.

First thing you need I think is to get your iMac connected to the Internet.
Shut down your iMac and you iPad. Then power off your router. Wait 30 seconds and power up the router.
After the router indicates that it is connected to the Internet then start up your iMac and see if it connects. If the iMac connects to the Internet then your iPad should too.
If this power up sequence doesn't work you'll have to dig into the router setup to make sure it is working properly.

To change the iCloud ID ("email address") you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. The slightly bigger question is whether you want to move all movie content to the external drive (essentially meaning that drive will always need to be attached when you're working with your videos), or whether you just want to archive older videos off to the external drive.
If you want to move all videos, then just move the 'Movies' folder in your home directory to the external drive, then create an alias of the external 'Movies' back in to your home directory. Now the 'Movies' icon in your home directory will point to the external drive and everything will just work (as long as the external drive is attached when you launch iMovie)
If you want to archive older movies then each Movie should have its own subdirectory within your Movies folder. These can easily be moved off to the external drive, and moved back should you ever need to work on those movies again.

By "game center account", do you mean Apple ID?

You need to go into the Preferences for the your WiFi and remove your neighbors from the list or move it below yours so that it will connect to yours first. System Preferences (Accessed through the Apple in the Upper Left Hand Corner) > Network. Then click on WiFi in the list on the Left hand side of the window and then click on Advanced button in the lower right hand corner. You will then get the list of all the wireless networks that have been joined and in the order they were joined from oldest to newest. Find the one in the list and either drag it below your network, or click on it and then press the "-" button to remove it from the list totally and then from that point on it should start connecting to your WiFi first automatically.

Have you ever even used skype on an iphone or ipod? We tried it and there is no way to type to each other while you are video chatting. You can do the typing during the video on a COMPUTER, but not on an iphone or ipod.

You don't have to do anything with the first iPod that you don't use anymore. If you are planning on keeping it, put in a drawer in your house and forget about it.
You don't need a second account to use with the new iPod. I use one Appl e ID and iTunes library for two iPods, and two iPad. I have different content on all four devices. You can select exactly what you want to sync to each device and it can be different content on all devices.

The left side of the address bar contains a button you can click to get information about that site. The button usually has a little mini-icon for the site and (if it's an encrypted site) the site's name. When you are on the site in question, click that button then click the "More Information" button on the dialog that appears. Alternatively, you can use the Tools menu and click "Page Info". Once you do that (either way) click the "Security" tab at the top and you will be able to click a button to view saved passwords for that site. Delete the incorrect password from that list.
