Chris, The sequence number is the first column of numbers, to the left of the Name column. It always goes 1, 2,3 etc. It is not the same as the Track Number, which has its own column.
As a precaution before burning, make sure that Shuffle is tunred off, and that you right-click the playlist name and choose 'Copy to Play Order" (although technically they should not affect the burn).

Oh ok, well that was what the test said prior to reformatting the hard drive. Now, it doesn't find any trouble no matter how many times I run it. That's what has me so confused, everything seems to check out and yet...I can't do anything, not even install the software!

You're question is hard to follow. Are you looking to rename your master files to the version name? Or are you looking to do something with IPTC caption field and the masters?

No the pages will open as separate documents in Expert Mode. You really need Acrobat or possibly you could copy and paste the contents into MS word. Then re-save as PDF.

Download the apps on your syncing computer and then sync to the iPod. Note that you can only sync apps for the one syncing computer you use with the iPod. You can manage music and videos among different computer.

In MS Word, it is possible to prevent tables from breaking at page breaks. So, if a table, when populated with data gets too big for the spae allotted on one page, the table will move in its entirety, to the next page. Can this be done in "Pages"?

I am trying to figure out ow to prevent tables from breaking along a row when there is a page break in "Pages". This is done in MS Word by going under Table properties under "Rows". I have a document with small three row tables and I want to keep the tables together and move to the next page in its entirety when there is a page break. Help!

The table that I don't want to break between rows looks like this, except it fits the width of the page:

I inserted a Inline Text box into the document, copied the table inside the text box, then pasted it through the document (which lists quilting projects). When the table spans a page break, even when in an inline text box, the picture which is in the right hand column splits, as well as the information pertaining to the particular quilt.

I don't mind coding as in the past I have done that with Toolbook, to the level of cinema booking
systems, Director, Flash, and courses in html and C++ and some CSS for Wordpress
However.............
I occasionally crack at Dreamwever and can get most of it but I keep having a problem
with positioning. I have had another crack and still not solving it. It seems I follow the
instructions and unexpected results follow. It seems that not all conditions are
explained in the various instructions but I will keep an open mind that there is something
idisosyncratic to do with myself, or, I am missing something but what. I have not had
any similar problem with other stuff. Admittedly I have been used to a very object
oriented way of doing things whereas DW works in and out of the document flow
but I am not sure that is the problem. I thought I would try a different angle and
put a sequence of baby steps on a forum and see if see what happens when
things went wrong and someone could point it out to me at the stage it happened
so to speak.
In the manual I have it says that DW creates the code for you. As such I thought
well this will save a lot of time. I thought therefore code only needed to be used
incidently or later on. Does it mean then that code is best done by default.
Does this render most of the interface useless.
I admit I don't understand and I don't understand why I don't understand.
incidently I have been advised that it is best to use floats for main layout
Is this right, I have tried them with again strange results.

Hi, I have an iMac in one room and a Mac Mini in another. Each is set up independantly and I unfortunately gave the same iTunes Library name to both libraries, which is now making it impossible for me to use my iPhone as a remote to both libraries. I prefer to have 2 different libraries.

You can change the name from iTunes preferences.
If you choose to share your entire library, its name appears in the iTunes window (below Shared) on other local computers set up to look for shared libraries. To change the name others see, choose iTunes > Preferences, click General, and type a new name in the Library Name field.

There are always good and bad on every message board, but I am seeing an awful lot of VERY GOOD, HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE posters here and I am very grateful.
I have been thinking about getting a tablet for a couple of years, did some research, kept hearing people compare various brands to the Apple iPad, "it is almost as good as..." "it is cheaper than..." "it has pretty much the same features as..." that convinced me to go for the gold standard of tablets and I am very glad that I did.

I posted a request 3 days ago asking for advice in finding a leopard compatible, duplex colour (yes I am a Brit, so I spell it correctly ;-P) laser printer. Forty Six people have read that post but no-one has replied. Is it really such a difficult question?

I don't think it is a problem with not helping you, I think it is more of a problem of no one feels comfortable right now with a recommendation. I have two HP's which really won't work under Leopard. from what I am reading most every printer out there is having trouble under leopard.
while I am not sure if they are available in GB, I suggest U try and look at Kodak printers. good quality and refills are half price of anyone else, plus the cartridges last twice as long.
But I do suggest that maybe U can take your computer to the store when U look for a printer and try it out right there. I am looking to buy new printers but will wait for a few more months until all the vendors get there act together.
