What is the file type? Are you getting the download prompt?
Go to Options -> General {Downloads} section and change your preference there

When you say worksheet are you meaning the entire file? When you say file lock are you meaning password protection? You can see I am confused.

Based on what ElMagoElGato has described, password protecting would be of no value to him. Once the file is accessed, it is in edit mode. Unless I'm really missing something.
Files I have imported from Mac iworks apps with elements locked stay locked for me in iOS. Not sure what the problem is.

i am now more sure that you're asking what i thought you were asking, but i also now see where you might be getting confused. my original answer you your question (referenced above) still stands. i think you're getting confused, though, with the csv output functionality. it's not csv Input...it's csv output. that means it provides a link within your report region to allow users to download the data shown to a local csv document. there is no native functionality w/in htmldb to facilitate the uploading of spreadsheet data into one's application. in my original answer to your question, i said that my answer at the bottom of...

The computer (windows platform) where I initially began using Itunes has four other computers/devices that are shared with it. All four of the other computers show up in my account, and can be managed. Or I can remove them. But on the new computer that I want to be my base computer (home if you will). The computer I want it to replace, when ITunes is open, has a tool bar, with various functions. All of the other devices are linked to that computer in ITunes, under Home SHaring. The new computer, shows the downloads via Home Sharing, but it does not show/have any tool bar.
I want to activate the new computer to be the computer via ITunes where all of the devices are linked to it as the base for ITunes. And, I don't know how to make that happen.
I hope that makes sense.

I'm running Mac OS X Version 10.7.4 on my iMac and am suddenly unable to simply move files to the trash.
Instead, I get the following message: 'Finder wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this.'
When I do enter my password, the file does not enter the Trash but seems to disappear.
I tried to find ways to revert to previous settings that allowed me to move files to the trash, but had trouble doing so.
How can I get my iMac to run normally?

I don't think you understand: I want to open Dreamweaver and build a brand new site, then when I am done I want to host the dreamweaver site on the Business Catalyst platform. I dont want to use anything in BC to build the site, I just want to use the hosting platform. I do not want to import a BC site into dreamweaver or anything like that. I just want to use BC the same way I would use godaddy, or uhost or any other hosting provider. Based on your response you said that "of course its possible to build a BC site in Dreamweaver" I dont want to build a BC site, I want to build a Dreamweaver site and host it on the BC platform. Like I said before it doesnt seem like this is possible. As of now we can only build a new site in MUSE and integrate it into BC without using a BC template. Can you understand what I am saying. If your computer won't start up normally, you may need to use a disk repair utility to fix the issue. Mac OS X includes two utilities for this—Disk Utility and fsck (a command-line utility).
fsck is a command-line utility that may be able to verify and repair a disk.

Back up all data.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. If you've set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Do so only after verifying that those settings didn't cause the problem. If none of this is meaningful to you, you don't need to worry about it.
Step 1
If you have more than one user account, and the one in question is not an administrator account, then temporarily promote it to administrator status in the Users & Groups preference pane. You can demote it back to standard status when this step has been completed.
Triple-click the following line to select it. Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):

There should be nothing native to the OS X which would ask for a password
or other information on a restart, unless accompanied by the traditional login
box with your user name.
There are adware or marginal products that could be called malware (bad)
that would impose their presence and some items that could have been
downloaded by accident or through some corrupted free software site; of
those some could ask for and gain permission to go through your Mac
and maybe even run in the background to do other nefarious misdeeds.
You could see if startup in SafeBoot allows you access past that the Completer.
Since I don't have a pile of helpful article links on how to resolve various issues
I'd be looking them up one way or another.

When you set up your Mac you had to enter a admin password to set up your user account.
If you did not enter one then try using the "blank window" as your password. ie Just hit return with nothing entered.
