I want to renew my one year cc subcriptions

I want to renew my one year cc subscription but the options shows only switch plan or cancel plan ?
i renewed my payment details through edit payment details too. Still it's not working .. I didn't see any option to renew.
How to renew !! Please help

This CC will get renewed on its on if no action is taken.
However you also have the option to change the plan to
1. One Year Prepaid for 599AUD
2.Monthly payment with an yearly contract for 29.99AUD

    That means that the password you entered is not the correct one for the Apple ID listed.
    First go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in.
    Next reset the password. After resetting you have to sign out and sing back in before making a purchase

    You can cancel your membership after payment for month 12 has been taken if you don't want to renew for another year.  Your month 12 payment is due on 15th June so you can cancel anytime after this date and before 15th July.  You will still have access for that period.

  • I'm being asked to renew my product when my one year subscription has not expired and won't expire for another 6 months?

    I've got a student version of the creative cloud through my college, which for the life of me, i cannot understand why all my friends never have issues but I always do.
    So I renewed my one year subscription that my college pays for in november. It's april and last week it told me i needed to renew but let me use the products anyway. Today I open it and it says you need to renew. I go to check my dates and that and see if i can get another subscription but adobe tells me I still have a subscription that hasn't expired yet and I can't get a new one until it does. I tried to take the redemption code and use it again but it won't let me because it's already been used.
    It's not my college's problem because they don't deal with anything other than paying the subscription every year, just like a customer. They don't have access to my records or any of that, and therefore can't help me. So what the hell Adobe? Why can't I use my product that hasn't expired?
    I'm using a PC with Windows btw.

    Your subscription was started on Mar 27, 2014 and ended on Mar 27, 2015. Since then no new renewal has happened.
    If you have received a new code from your college then please visit https://creative.adobe.com/redeem to start your membership again.

  • Product Page says my repair and hardware coverages has expired, but it hasn't been ONE-year

    I sort of regret buying an iPad 3.
    I just recently had my New iPad replaced, and the Genius switched my S/N and information to the new device, now I need to file another hardware claim but the Products Page tells me that the hardware coverage has expired. However, the product isn't one year old yet and the strange thing is that Telephone Support still says "active". Does this mean that my hardware support is over because I already had a device replaced?
    Should I call Apple and see what the deal is, or would it be more wise to go to the Apple Store and have someone look at my problems there?

    Hm, strange issue you have here. Kind of odd if you tell me. Usually when you get a new iPad replaced, its either because of warranty and getting a new product under warranty doesn't necissarily "renew" your one year product protection under law (slightly fuzzy on that statement).
    I'd advise walking into the Apple Store so you can catch someone who's physically there. For telephones, a customer would usually get annoyed if the problem isnt resolved over the phone. So to save yourself some heat and frustration, I'd rather if you went to the Apple store. There's a much clearer understanding of what needs to be done if your there in person.
