I wanted the music on my Ipod Touch 3g to be on my new ipod Touch 4g and Ive been trying to do it, by trying to copy and paste but thats not working so if you have another way can you please tell me. Thanks.
I was wondering how do you get the music on your old ipod to the new ipod?
Because i have the Ipod Touch 3G and im getting the Ipod4G, and i was trying to get the music to go to the libary but it wouldnt transfer.Because i didnt purchase all my music i download some from other places so not all my music transferred. So i need a different way to get my music to my new Ipod. i was wondering if you just plug it in to the computer and if it would ask you to download the songs from the previous ipod im not sure so please help me out. Thanks!
All you have to do is connect your new iPod to the computer that has the library for your old iPod.
When iTunes comes up, click on your new iPod under Devices.
At the top of the Summary Page click Music.
Click Synch Music.
Do the same thing for Photos, Apps, Movies and so on...
Now just synch the iPod.

First, be sure that the contacts on the devices are in the "icloud" section and not the "On my iPhone" (or iPad) section of the contact listings/groups.
Missing contacts:
Here's a test to perform - using a computer's browser, log into icloud.com and go to the Contacts page. If most of them are gone, then they are gone.
If they show up, then the problem is that your device is not connecting to the Contacts database on icloud.
On the device, go to Settings>icloud. Be sure icloud is on and using the right ID. If not, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account - this just disconnects the device from that account, no data is lost. Then log back in using the correct ID. ALSO - be sure the Contacts are turned on (on the same screen).
Note: Contacts are not part of an iCloud backup, since they are part of contacts database on iCloud's servers. So performing a restore will not help.

Then they have been deleted. There are many reasons for this. One possibility is that someone else is using the same iCloud account (family member, etc.) and they deleted contacts, thinking they did want them on THEIR device. How to get them back? Unfortunately, an iCloud backup does not include any of the sync databases, like contacts, notes, calendars, reminders, etc. because the data is already stored in these databases. Your only hope for restoring the data is if you had that data on a computer (like a mac's Contacts, Calendars, etc.) and that data was backed up using whatever backup software you typically use (e.g. Time Machine on a mac). Just restore the data files back to the computer. Other than that, I'm afraid the data is gone. -
Apple iPAD 2. Needs password to unlock iPAD; however there is a permanent keyboard displayed on the screen that does not respond to touch. iPAD switches on with button but does not turn off using it at moment. Can you help please?
Try a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider if that appears. See if that clears the glitch.

My bluetooth numeric keypad is not registering with my macbook pro - changed the batteries when the light started blinking - but won't work. Bluetooth says it is connected.
Suggestions please.Your MBP sees the Bluetooth keyboard but won't pair with it probably because the keyboard is pairing with another computer or device nearby. If you had previously paired the same keyboard with another device, go to the other computer or device and either unpair it or have the device "forget" the keyboard. Then you will be able to pair the keyboard with your MBP.

My iPad air won't change at all, and I don't know if it's the port or charger cable it is charging normally but it just won't charge. I have had a new port put in before after a charger getting stuck in there but it worked fine after and now it's not working at all! I don't know if maybe it's the charger getting old but I have spent far too much money on this iPad then I should have as it's one problem after another witch is causing me lots of stress.
Try giving your iPad a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. When you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot and try again.
How are you charging it? its's best charged plugged into the wall not via USB. So if you're trying via USB, try using the supplied power block plugged into the wall. -

My Pokerist app sound does not work. It will only work if I have head phones on. All other sound works, songs, video etc. I deleted the app, then installed again still no sound. It is not the app because I also have a IPhone and the sound works on Pokerist. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

I noticed that not all of my emails have transferred, how can I make sure they do?
Specifically, I noticed that the emails I've received from one person in particular have not transferred completely and I'm concerned that there are others that haven't transferred and gone unnoticed. When I go to "Get Messages" in the top left, it performs the action and shows emails I've received today, but does not update past emails. What do I do to make sure all of my emails have actually transferred? Thank you!

attempted to transfer itunes music from pc to new imac. didn't work. apple suggest using sharing method. main library of music is on pc. did those steps and shared library shows up on mac but when you click on the song to play it doesn't play or maybe ther is no content? any suggestions?

Do just that. Connect it to iTunes. It may be necessary to place the iPod in recovery mode first. See this article for instructions on connecting your iPod to iTunes in recovery mode. There you can restore it to factory settings.

Right click shows (cut, copy,paste) but does not work. Did in IE
I can not copy from Firefox and paste to Word like I did in IE. It will just paste whatever I had copied from Word before the browsing session. There is an add in on Word for "Person Name (Outlook email recipients)", but I don't know what that means if anything about this.
Also,under "edit", "cut,copy, delete" are not available but "paste" is.

What do I needto do to connect a tv as an external display for my mbp using a mini display port to hdmi cable. I have tried display without success. tv is receiving a signal as displays apples default wallpaper when connected but nothing from screen of mbp.
Soundls like it is working. Try dragging a window on the MBP to the edge of the screen and see if it appears on the TV.
There are two ways to set up the TV one is to mirror the MBP display and the other is to be an extension of the MBP's screen.

I love firefox!!! I wanted it to be perfect all the time, one issue I come across with it recently is: When I switch between networks (say connecting to myoffice network through VPN when firefox is already open) firefox is not working. I will have to close the browser and open it again to make it work! could you please fix this.
