I was charged for something in I tune that I did not authorize and would like it put back on my card .thank you

I don't know how but I was charged for I tune and I want my money back on my card.I did not authorize payment .And you should not take of my card unless you asked me first.

    I Have the Bingo Bash App on my iPad. On November 3rd, I attempted to buy 400 bingo chips for $19.99. It came back with a reply that the transaction did not take place and I was unable to process the order. I then ordered the 200 chips at $9.99 and it took so I ordered an additional 200. On November 4th I ordered another 200 chips for $9.99.
    You charged me for the $19.99 which I need to be credited back. I would appreciate your resolving and advising me of such.

    If you did not receive the "merchandise" then a refund is due. Just click through the support link provided above, fill out the form at the end, clearly state the facts and state them again via reply email.
    Also prepare to send copies of the billings and provide the user name associated with Zombie Farm and Game Center (if applicable).
    All should work out, but if satisfaction is not received, file a claim with your credit card issuer.

    First, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History.

    If they are and you're sure you or someone you know didn't make the purchase, perhaps as an in-app purchase, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. 
    If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.

    Serial numbers for older versions do not work across platforms.
    At one time, when the product was current, you could get Adobe to switch you to the other platform, but I don't know whether Adobe will do that for old versions.  I do know it's not going to work if you try to use your Windows license for a Mac installation.

    The amount, $24.99, ties up with the cost of iTunes Match in the US - have you subscribed to it and/or is it due for renewal ?
    You can view the purchase history on your iTunes account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list).
    If you didn't make the purchase, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    you cannot use your pc license to install on a mac.  you would need a separate license (and serial number) for that.
    adobe allows platform swaps, but only with the latest (xi) version, Order product | Platform, language swap
    your option to use acrobat on a mac are to upgrade to acrobat pro xi and change platforms, use a windows emulator (parallels/boot camp etc) on your mac or swap with a third party.

    Since you disputed the charges with your credit card company, the CC company reversed the charges and Apple (correctly) locked the AppleID.
    You will need to contact Apple -> http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/contact/
    and explain what happened.
