There are two reasons this could happen: You have deleted your account or you have been banned due to violation of terms of service.
- You have deleted your account.
When you delete your account, you agree that your device would be blocked for at least one month. This policy is enforced in order to protect users from stalkers. (If the system allowed users to create and delete their accounts any time they wanted, the Block feature would be compromised and wouldn't be able to protect users effectively.) Please understand this is not a punishment but a security measure intended to keep all of our users safe.
- You have been banned due to violation of terms of service.
Users of this mobile application are required to comply with our terms of service and instructions provided by our service team. The most common violations include, but are not limited to: Creating multiple accounts, uploading pictures not complying with our terms, and abusing the Report feature. In most situations, you will get a warning before you are banned from the app. If you receive a warning from our service team, please read it carefully and take it seriously. If anything is not clear, please contact user support for clarification.

Default apps are part of the iOS and cannot be deleted. Search all home screens and all folders and/or search for it with Spotlight, that will tell you what folder it's in.
Also check Settings > General > Restrictions to see if it has been restricted.
If not found, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. -
I bought a used iPhone on ebay. when I try to activate it, I get a message that the owner needs to sign in to the device with their appleID and password. I have no way of knowing who the owner is. How can I get around this?
Check the eBay listing. Did it state the device was Activation Locked? If not, then make a claim as Meg stated and get a refund. You will not be able to activate the phone and no one can help you contact the owner, unless that is the person that sold the device. If they cannot remove the phone from their account because it is not theirs, then refund is your route. Even Apple cannot assist with locating the previous owner.

Hi all. I am new to iPad and am trying to buy / download certain apps thru iTunes and or App Store. I have found the apps i want yet I keep getting messages saying "this app is not yet available in the South African store"! which means i am unable to buy it. Why not and how can i get around this? If you see a dialog telling you the app is not avaiable, then it's not available.
And keep in mind, your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."

I'm trying to download itunes 10 but I get to a point in the download and it tells me, "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" but I haven't had itunes on my computer for a year now so how can I get around this?

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

On the other account, control-click its Dock icon and choose Show in Finder. If it's located in a place other than the Applications folder at the top level of the drive, move it there. If it is, go back into yours, open the Applications folder, and drag it to the Dock.

My MacBook Pro's hard drive failed a little while back and the hard drive was replaced, however all my items on my external were linked to that hard drive apparently, now I can't get into my back up files for my business as I'm getting an error telling me I don't have permission to view the files, I can't figure out how to over ride this setting to get to my stuff for my business which is really NOT GOOD for my clients or the contracts I'm under, does anyone know how to get past this and get the external to work like it is supposed to?
Select the drive and Finder > Get info and at the bottom "ignore permissions on this volume"
You can copy the files, but the ownership on the files still belongs to the other user account, once your done copying, then perform a #6 Reset Users Permissions and that will set all the ownership to that account.

In the Android "Settings" app, go to "Applications" and check the box labeled "Unknown sources." This will allow installation of non-Market apps.

Hi there, when I was trying to purchase an app on my iPod touch it asked me to answer sequroty questions which I did not know the answer to. So now I am not ble to get any apps on the iPod from the app store which is very annoying. This is a must and needs to resolved ASAP. Thanks :)

I have the iPhone 5 and with the new sofware update it added a passcode lock. Same for the iPad. I removed the passcode lock from my iPhone and now I can access my iPad. It is still asking for the four digit passcode. I tried using the one that was orgingally programed and it disables it every time. How can I get past this? I have tried to do a restore and it still takes me back to the lock screen. Please help!
