You need to contact iTunes Store Support. We are just other users like yourself. Go here and click on Purchases, Billing and Redemption, then click on Unable to Purchase from iTunes Store.

Try:
- A reset. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Powering off and then back on the router.
- Resetting network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

Problem with trying to buying apps from uk app store with hk credit card

i am having a hard time trying to buy apps from uk app store with my hk credit card and wondering if i could get help from anyone?
i tried to sign up another apple account which i put as a hk apple ID but the same issue still came up

I cant enter app store , it requires credit card but i dont have any?

When i register my new Apple id , it tells me that im verified but, when i tried to get in to the appstore they told me that my apple id hasnt been able to get into the appstore because i should require a credit card but i dont have one.
Im trying to find the "None" sign but it doesnt have any. They only have 3 options for credit card. Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
Can someone help me with this?

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

Why can't I buy in dutch app store with Swedish Visa card?

I'm trying to install dutch apps from app store.
With my Swedish Account it doesn't work and I tried to create a dutch Account but with a Swedish Visa card that's impossible.
Is it really not possible?
Can you only use your own countrys app store?

You can only use your own country's store. To be able to use another country's store you need to be in that country and have a valid billing address in that country on your account (and your credit card will need to have been issued by a bank in that country).
If there are apps or other items that aren't currently in your country's store but are in others, then you can try requesting that they be added to it, but ultimately its the app's developer (or record company etc) that will have to grant Apple a license to sell them in the Swedish store : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

No. If it states designed for both iPad and iPhone, then it won't run on an iPod touch.

How long have you had your phone? Because if you've had it a long time, the battery in the phone might of died on you. Or have you dropped it in water, snow, from high up? All those things could of disconnected something internally in your phone, or permentaly damaged the internal hard drive its self, or the sims card.

Are you not seeing the icon of the app you just downloaded (it happens sometimes, and the quick fix is to reset your iPad)? Or are you running out of space on your iPad?
