    It isn't an option it is a permanent part of the security protocol, so you need to write the answers down in a secure location or remember them, you will always need them in the future.
    Call Apple Care for your country and ask for the Account Security Team, then request help resetting the questions.

You can terminate at any time your subscription on the page "My Account" under "Manage Subscriptions". To do this, click the option to terminate the contract in addition to the subscription in question. The subscription is then valid until the next due date for fees. After no more usage charges will be collected. If you want to set the service and your account with immediate effect, please contact the Adobe Customer Support Department.

    Thanks for the response - however I wish it were as SIMPLE as clicking on the link you supplied. I tried this myself before posting here. For someone who is attempting to cancel within the 30 day period - there is no automated button that one can click on. Instead you have to 'speak to an advisor' - for which there is a verrrry long
    waiting time.
    However I did perservere (after all, I was keen to avoid any billing charges) - Anyway when I did finally get through - I was offered all sorts of incentives to stay - until I had to ask if I had accidentally been put through to 'sales' instead of 'customer services'!!!
    Anyway, I (think) finally managed to cancel - hope it all goes through as expected!!!
