IDOC :: how to send data from Custom Infotype in SAP HR to third party

Hi,
I have created one custom Infotype by number 9020. How to send data from this infotype to third party system and also change pointers need to trigger for this infotype.
Please help me in doing it.
I am using one Custom Message type ZTALENT and Custom Idoc Type ZTALENT.

         Technically TEMSE files are read by calling the following 3 function modules in sequence,
              1) RSTS_OPEN_RLC or RP_TS_OPEN: open the temse object
              2) RSTS_READ : read the object
              3) RSTS_CLOSE: close the object

You can refer the below docs for reference. Instead of receiver JDBC , you have to use Receiver as R/3.

How to extract data from custom made Idoc that is not sent

Hi experts,
Could you please advise if there is a way how to extract data from custom made idoc (it collects a lot of data from different SAP tables)? Please note that this idoc is not sent as target system is not fully maintained.
As by now, we would like to verify - what data is extracted now.
Any help, would be appreciated!

Hi,
The fields that are given for each segment have their length given in EDSAPPL table. How you have to map is explained in below example.
Suppose for segment1, EDSAPPL has 3 fields so below are entries
SEGMENT          FIELDNAME           LENGTH
SEGMENT1         FIELD1                   4
SEGMENT1         FIELD2                   2
SEGMENT1         FIELD3                   2
Data in EDID4 would be as follows
IDOC           SEGMENT                          APPLICATION DATA
12345         SEGMENT1                        XYZ R Y
When you are extracting data from these tables into your internal table, mapping has to be as follows:
FIELD1 = APPLICATIONDATA+0(4)        to read first 4 characters of this field, because the first 4 characters in this field would belong to FIELD1
Similarly,
FIELD2 = APPLICATIONDATA+4(2).
FIELD3 = APPLICATIONDATA+6(2).
FIELD1 would have XYZ, FIELD2 = R, FIELD3 = Y
This would remain true in all cases. So all you need to do is identify which fields you want to extract, and simply code as above to extract the data from this table.

IDOC FAILURE while sending data from ZEB_HCm systen to ZRA-EREC SYS

I am having idoc failure while sending data from HCM SYSTEM to EREC systems.
From that Data records i found the failure recored containing PERNR.
and from status record the
ERROE IS : No status information available for object CANDIDATE
Message no. HRRCF0001073
usually i used to run PFAL for these king of issues , when i tried to run PFAL for the PERNR it is giving the same errroe,
So pls suggest how to send the data to resiolve this .

Hi Nitin,
The IDOC when came in Erec system is in error status ( 51).
When i saw the data records, only pernr were mentioned.
Then i send the idoc thru PFAL again by sending all information as O-C-S-P.
Still it is giving me the same error.

How to send data from internal table to the shared folder in ABAP

My requirement is to transfer data from a file to shared folder. i just did reading data from a file to a internal table. Now i want to send this internal table data into a shared folder which is "

I do not have any idea on how to send data from internal table to the shared folder path.

Where that folder is located, its on presentation server i.e. desktop or application server.
If its on presentation server, use FM GUI_UPLOAD.
If its on application server, then use DATASET functions. Have a look at below link.

The push principle shows a workaround to start an extractor from the source system.... for this you can try APDs (esp for CRM system)and open hub destinations(OH).

How to extract data from ODS to non-SAP system

Hi,
Can anybody tell me, step by step, how to extract data from ODS to a non-SAP system?
Is it possible to do it without programming effort? And is there volume limits for this kind of extraction?
The non-SAP system is an unix system.

Ella,
You can look at it from the concept of a BADI / Infospoke
Extract the data from the ODS to a Flat file / RDBMS using an infospoke. I am not sure as to how the infospoke loads data into the RDBMS ( did it very long ago ) but then you can push it into an RDBMS and I am sure it will be system neutral.

and need to pass this data to ECC,
I found that Message type MBGMCR; IDOC Type u2013 MBGMCR01 can be used for passing the data from SRM to ECC,
How can i pass the new data to this IDOC in SRM
and how can i get the data from this IDOC in ECC

How to send data from a web dypro application using workflow

I am working on a web dynpro application where the user will enter the header and item details for a FI document to be posted. Once the user enters the data the workflow should initiate and should also send the data across to the approver to approve. To initiate the workflow I am using the function module 'SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW' and it's working fine and generating a uniquw workflow item id. Now my main concern is how to send the data across from web dynpro application through the workflow. I have my data in three internal tables: 1. header table. 2. G/L table and 3. Currency table, I am capturing all this data from the web dypro screen entered by the user. Right now I have the following code in my web dypro application.

How to send data from BW to third party

Hi Gururs,
We got one of my requirement that we have to send 2 files (delta and full file) from BW to Third Party system. For the delta files we have to send an after-image and we are using FI datasource.Could anybody can tell how to design it?
1. is that advicable to use the FI datasource directly to infocube as the FI datasource is AIE extractor?
2.Can we the use BWA in APD. If yes how?
3.To send an files to third party which concept can we use APD or OHD. We advised to used OHD ,but the clients are not agreeing. They asking why we cant use APD? They saying APD will be more performance. Could u pls tell why and how?

It is not advaisable to load FI data to IC directly, must load to DSO first.
- If client asking to use APD, you cah go ahead.

APD helps to identify hidden or complex relationships between data in a simple way. Various data transformations are provided for this purpose, such as statistical and mathematical calculations, and data cleansing or structuring processes
