IDoc's not received in XI

An idoc was supposed to be  transferred from R/3 to XI. Status for the idoc in R/3 is 03 and SM58 does not have any entries. I have set up alert messages and didn't receive any failures.
But I don't see any idoc in XI (neither do i see it in IDX5). Please note that only one idoc didn't make it through. All other idocs before this one and after this one (on same day) made it successfully to XI. What happened to this idoc? any ideas?
thanks

Hi,
Probably due to the QRFC Queues in XI Server. The following document may help you,

  • Idocs are not received in Destination side.

    Hi Friends,
    I have a small doubt regarding SM58.
    I have 2 dev systems.
client 100 & 200 we are send the Material data from 100 to 200.
In 100 system all are fine and the status is 12 and green but those are not received in 200.
When we check in 200 all the IDOCs are strucked in SM58(TRFC queue).
    Please suggest me?

  • Outbound IDOC not received at the receiver system.

    Hi,
Im sending an IDOC from sap to a non-sap system. During this process, from sap system it is executing successfully without any erros and the status is also '03' .
The problem is that the other system is unable to receive the IDOC sent from SAP system.
The connection is like TCP/IP and the registered server program is given as 'PROGRID' in RFC destination.
I would like to know what would be the possible cases where this IDOC is not received at the receiver system.
The configuration is perfect as per my knowledge. Just want to confirm one thing 'do i need to include any message type such as "SYNCH".
    Awaiting for your solutions.
    Thanks
    rohith

    Hi,
If the IDOC is sent successfully from the sender system then the status of the IDOC will be '03' , no matter whether the receiver has received the IDOC or not.
    As per your case,
Check the Partner Profile parameters , whether the basic and extended message types are used properly.
The message type Synchron (Sync) is generally needed in Inbound IDOC side. Check whether you have added SYNCH or not.
    Hope this Helps.

  • IDoc not received by the Webmethods

    Dear Abapers,
    I have a scenario :
Here the idoc  is being created perfectly with all the segments prooperly populated.  Also from SAP side, we are getting the message that it has been sent.
However, the receiver ( Webemthods) is saying that it is not receiving the idocs . So, what can be the possible reason ??
    Appreciate your reply...

  • Can not receive IDocs

    Hi together,
I have configured an IDoc listener in xMII 12. The listener is started. According to the connection test in transaction SM59 the connection to the listener is fine.
Distribution model and so on are all created.
Now I try to send me the IDocs I want by using transaction CI42N which is used to send production orders.
Looking to transaction WE05 the IDocs are in the list with status "IDoc sent to SAP system or external program".
But in xMII there is no IDoc received. Either with or without message rules.
There also is no entry in the table XMII_JCOMESSAGES.
I checked the default trace and warnings of the xMII (Netweaver) Server. But there is no entry within the time range when IDocs were sent and also before or after is no entry that has to do something with IDocs or message listeners.
The xMII Version used is 12.0.2 Build(88).
Anyone has an idea what goes wrong there?
    Regards
    Timo

    Hi Timo
I am not sure if you already got the answer to the problem u mentioned.
There can be various reasons for IDocs not received in XMII. So I will list the most obvious ones that I think might happen. Just take some time to check through this list one by one.
    1. Go to SM59 and do a connection test on ur RFC Destination. If it is successful then go to Menu option "Extras" -> "Target System". Do this a couple of times and see if on al the tries it points to the correct XMII System. It is possible that u have used the same Program Id for 2 connections and RFC gateway is working as a Loadbalancing server.
    2. If 1 is correct the go to trx BD64 and do a Model View Distribute of ur configuration. In XMII u should get a RFC message of type "Model_View_Distribute". If this is there then your configuration is correct.
    3. send the idocs from ur trx and check in trx sm58 for the status. If it fails there then they never reached XMII. Check the error message here.
    4. If all 3 are correct check if you have a processing rule which might be deleting the messages or a clean up rule which is cleaning them.
    Best of luck.
    Hope this helps.

Hi all, I am having a problem with my BW system. What happened is that we deleted logical systems in R/3 and then recreated them but now in BW we can't display received data. We checked using rsa3 extractor checker and the data is available in R/3 but we are failing to bring it across to BW. BW is saying there is no data. And the monitor status when loading data is reporting missing messages that is: Request received, Number of sent records and Selection completed. May you assist me it's urgent because all BW work has stopped because of this.
    Thanks in advance!!

  • Data not received in PSA Table(urgent)

    hello,
While loading Master data full load

where only 4lac records r received to PSA but remaining 57070 was missing
with error<b> Data not received in PSA Table
    </b>
when the next day we loaded 5lac records and we got the same error<b> Data not received in PSA Table</b> where except 57070 records remaining all reached PSA
where we tried 2day with 550000 records, same error without 57070 records all other reached to PSA
I required ur help to solve this
i will thank by giving points

    PSC

    Hi,
check if there is a TRFC haging in SM58.
can that be that your DB cannot extend its space for this amount of data.
How do you perform the load?
package by package (in series or in parallel)? could that be that the next stage (into IObj) is failing thus stopping the load in the PSA?
Can you try to perform the same load with only to PSA and then enable the "susbsequent update in target"?
As already mentionned it could also be that an IDOC is haging...
    please let us know
    Olivier.

  • Data not received in PSA Table - Data of request already deleted

    Hi
I'm running a delta load on a BI 7.0 system and get this error Data not received in PSA Table.
And when I click on the PSA table it telling me that  Data of request XXXXXX already deleted.
I have tried to do a consistency check in RSRV. See if there's any IDOCs in pb87.
And the short dump analysis just say:
A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLRSSM" raised the exception
    condition "NOT_EXIST".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
    program, processing was terminated.
I've also tried to repeat the load but with no luck.
Anyone know how to fix this?
    Thank you in advance

    Hi,
Delete the bad requests in 3 targets and delete the data mart status in Source DSO.
Also delete the green request in the Source DSO and repeat it.
Once it loads successfully then load the data to other 3 targets.

  • IDOC error while receiving

    Hi Friends,
In my scenario, I have to receive P.O. message from partner in to my R/3 system.
    I am using PI 7.1
When partner is sending me message I am getting error , "Only asynchronous processing supported for IDoc adapter outbound processg" in SXMB_MONI
I tried to find solution on sdn, and I got 2 related foroum,
    Idoc Error
Re: No receiver could be determined. (File to Idoc)
But from this also I am not sure hw can i solve this error.
    Please Suggest.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Brijesh Soni

    Hi
For Error Only asynchronous processing supported for IDoc adapter outbound
    IDOC adapter support asynchronous only,
Check Quality of Service in your sender adapter. Should be EO or EOIO, not BE.
This thread had same problem and resolved :
Re: No receiver could be determined. (File to Idoc)
In Your case QOS is BE. Plz check in your CC if and BE is by default..
If you use BE, HTTP expects a Response back and as IDOC does not support BE, you go the earlier error.

  • IDOC-FILE - If IDOC is not triggered, need to genarate file with constants

    Hi Friends,
I have a scenario like this.
    IDOC to FILE scenario.
    1. IDOC will get triggerd everyday and flat file will be genatated at specified location.
    2. If IDOC is not genarated for the day, need to genarate falt file with some constants.
Can anyone help me on this.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Vivek,
I assume that Idocs are being triggred from a different system say SAP r/3 system to XI server. Since you do not have any messages to verify whether idoc has been triggred for the day or not, you have to keep a log in the SAP r/3 system in form of a table. This table (say Z_IDOC_TIME) will contain one entry having date and time when last idoc has been sent to PI system. Now one ABAP code is required which will continuously read the contents of last entry in the ZIDOC_TIME and compare with current server time. If the difference between the time is found to be more or equal to 24 hours then emails can be triggred to a fixed set of recipients. The set of recipients may be made dynamic by storing them in a table say ZEMAILID. So the ABAP program will take contents from both Z_IDOC_TIME and ZEMAILID. The flat file with constants can be attached with the emails.
In case you do not want emails to be sent then you would require batch jobs which will run in background. This batch job will check at a particular time if iodcs were sent for the day or not. If they not been sent then it will call ABAP code to trigger iodcs with a different data set than what is expected by PI in normal conditions (may be you can populate the idoc with the constants you would like in the file). When such an idoc is received in PI then you can easily generate an flat file with required constants.

  • ALE IDocs are not coming on Recieving System

    Dear Experts,
I am sending Characteristics from my QA Server to PRD server. QA systems send the IDocs and Status in WE02 comes as 03, but i am not able to see the IDocs in PRD system. There WE02 shows 'No IDocs selected'. I have seen SM58 also in QA which shows message 'No authorization to send IDocs with message type C HRMAS'.  Please guide me how to come out of this. Is this an authorization problem or any settings issue.
    Thanks and Regards,
    AKT

    Hi,
As your problem says that you dont have otherization to create IDoc in the receiving system.
Check the RFC Destination created in QA (SM59).
Enter Logical system name of PRD.
Check the remote login username and password.
Now Click on the remote login available at the top.
I'm sure that it is a problem with the username and login that used in the creation of RFC Destination.
If that is the case, Ask the basis person to enter a valid username and password to access the PRD system.
    Regards,
    Sunil.

  • IDoc does not change from state 30 to 03

    Hello,
I am trying to send out an IDoc via tRFC Port. The IDoc in some cases is transferred successfully trough the port. In some cases it stays in state 30 on sender side. I tried to post-process the IDoc via transaction BD87 and via report RSEOUT00. Nevertheless the IDoc stays in state 30. I do not receive an error message. The only message that is displayed by a popup window tells that 1 IDoc has been selected.
Btw, I am using IDocs of version 3.0/3.1. The sending system is ECC6.0.
Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi Ron,
just to add to what was already said, please not that when sending idoc in queue mode from ECC, if the idoc is generated from WE19 it will always be stuck in WEOUTQUEUE Until you will activate it there and release it.
Note that for EOIO Idoc stuck in the inbound queue of ECC instead you have WEINBQUEUE.
Additionally note that status 03 is a temporary status that does not mean that the idoc was delivered to the target system but only passed to the port.
The final status is 12, you can get it scheduling the report RBDMOIND that updates the status.
    Regards,
    Sergio

  • Idocs are not merging in BPM

    Hi Experts,
I am doing one scenario for merging the Idocs data in BPM and sending this one as file.I have done the following steps in BPM
    A. Loop with infinite
        1.Receive
        2.Container Operation(Append)
        3.Container Operation(Assign) for count
      End loop
    B. Transfermation
    C. Send
While executing my scenario it is giving only first idoc data in receiver file but its not merging the all idocs data. can you please tell me where i am doing mistake.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Purushotham

    HI,
In your Infinite Loop how you are breaking up the loop...
The Receiver step is just accepting the 1st IDOC and BPM instances get instantiated. But later on the Loop is not continued to wait for other IDOCs.
Kindly have a look Re: Idoc multi mappings in a single interface
I am not sure why you are using BPM for this...as you can use the features like
IDOC Collection without BPM, Packaging etc.
Check this blog for multiple IDocs with multiple IDoc types
IDOCs (Multiple Types) Collection in BPM

  • EDI message not received

    Hi,
We have an issue with EDI not received at the recepient side  even though it has been sucessfully sent from SAP. The final status in SAP is '06-Transaltion ok'. Is it possible to find from SAP where the issue is.
    Pls. guide.
    Thanks.

    Hi Alex,
Whenever customer sends an inbound EDI 830 IDOC it will update the Scheduling agreement with relevant details.
"*** Qty Received" by customer will be sent in Segment: E1EDP10 and Field: AKUEM
"Last Dely" details will be sent in Segment: E1EDP10 and Field: BELNR
Coming to point 1: "*** Qty Received" is always sent by the customer. If they dont send this info then system will show up huge quantities piled up in the "Qty in Transit" field. This again will block your Open Qty.
Point no 2: Last Dely always refers to the delivery no that is received by the customer. This need not necessarily be the one in SAP. It can be customer's own last delivery no. This field is not mandatory. Being optional, system will even then calculate the Open Qty without any issues.
Hope this will help you out !

    Syed Nasir
