IDOCs error in Production System

Hi Gurus,
   In Production system, there is a CRM oppertunities process chain is running on hourly basis, the data was updated to DSO successfully, but for the past one week it was not updating to further processing InfoCube, there is an error.
error:  Idoc Ready to be transferred to application.
Please update me step by step procedure.

Check the DataSource in RSA3, if it is working fine and able to see the data in RSA3, there is no problem in DS level, then checl the Mappings and any routines in BW for that DS, if this is also fine then check the below options.
See Dumps in ST22, SM21 also.
Check RFC Connection between ECC and BW systems, i.e. RSA1-->Source System->Right Click on Source system and Check.
You must have the following profiles to BWREMOTE or ALEREMOTE users.So add it. Bcoz either of these two users will use in background to get extract the data from ECC, so add these profiels in BW.
S_BI-WHM_RFC, S_BI-WHM_SPC, S_BI-WX_RFC
And also check the following things.
1.Connections from BW to ECC and ECC to BW in SM59
2.Check Port,Partner Profiles,and Message Types in WE20 in ECC & BW.
3.Check Dumps in ST22, and SM21.
4.If Idocs are stuck i.e see the OLTP Idoc numbers in RSMO Screen in (BW) detials tab see in bottom, you can see OLTP Idoc number and take the Idoc numbers and then goto to ECC see the status in WE05 or WE02, if error then check the log else goto to BD87 in ECC and give the Idoc numbers and execute manually and see in RSMO and refresh.
5.Check the LUWs struck in SM58,User Name = * (star) and run it and see Strucked LUWs and select our LUW and execute manually and see in RSMO in BW.

    I am loading Hierarchy file, the file is there in application server(AL11), in external tab i gave same path. but when i try to load it is showing below Error message.
    Invalid entry, hierarchy 0XMK4PVWO05BM4GP5KVEFQ9L4 does not exist.
    Diagnosis
    Hierarchy 0XMK4PVWO05BM4GP5KVEFQ9L4 does not exist.
    Procedure
    If the underlying InfoObject supports hierarchies create the hierarchy and try again.
    If hierarchies are not supported, select another InfoSource or change the definition of the InfoObject.
    That means Hierarchy file problem (OR) In Info package I selected Hierarchy selection problem?
    Kidnly help on this issue.

    Is this only happening in your production system?  Have you tried loading the hierarchy file to your development or acceptance system?
    I've seen this error occur when the authorizations are not set up for loading hierarchies (i.e. maybe they can only be loaded via process chains under the remote ID used for process chains, and not using your own ID).  That's why I was suggesting you try to load the same file to your dev and acc systems and see if you get the same error.  Sometimes this error is thrown for other reasons and does not really have to do with the file being loaded or the hierarchy missing.
    Also, if you're loading from the App Server, double-check that you have the Application Server radio button selected on the tab where you select the file path.

  • IDOC error in production server

    I'm getting this error, when users trigger an Idoc:
    Error while writing IDoc to file
    Message no. EA084
    Diagnosis
    The IDoc was to be written to file
    cocca3301\interface\output_idocs\1120549.txt
    That was not possible because no authorization for writing to this file.
    Procedure
    Please inform your system administration.
    Anyone has seen this before? in development and quality servers didn't happen this...

    Not at all, I was talking with basis administrators about this problem for a long time. I'm pretty sure that it's all about folder permission. I think it's a matter of system, not SAP. But they said that's not the problem... I'm not 100% confident with that answer.
    But, in order to keep idocs running, i found program RBDAGAIN, that reprocess the failed idocs. I put it into a job every 30 minutes. That solves my problem "temporary", until i solve the real problem.
    I advice you to talk with your system administrator and/or basis, and check the group permission for the folder you are trying to put your files. If it works, please let me know.

  • IDX2 and Idoc metadata in production system

    As explained my Michal & SAP note - 767091, I ran program IDX_GET_CONFIG in production, pointed rfc dest to source where the config is located. It loaded the data but the metadata in the tables are pointing to the XI development (DEV) target system port and not production (PRD)landscape....meaning
    XI0 sending data to SAPDEV port
    XC0 sending data to SAPTST port
    XP0 sending Idoc data to SAPPRD port
    Now all my entries in xp0 is pointing to SAPDEV port
    How do I fix this. I don't want to create a SAPPRD port in XI0 and load metadata from SAPPRD into Xi0...its would not be SOX complaint.

    now just delete IDX1 entries in PRD and create new

  • Ora-00472 PMON process terminated with error on production system

    Hi,
    I am getting the above error when I shutdown the database after a power outage. Alert log file shows " ora-00130 Invalid listener address when I bring up the database...." Nothing has changed between prior to the power outage and after that.

    Please guide us to fix the issue

    It´s very difficult to help you without knowing
    - what is going to be transferred
    - where you get this error
    - system configuration
    - actual memory usage
    - operating system
    - database and configuration etc. etc.etc. etc.
    I suggest you open an OSS call and let the support have a look on your system. It´s much easier if one has system access to find out the cause for that problem.

  • Stopping idocs coming into XI production system

    Hi Frndz,
    We have XI production for the maintenance purpose, we have to stop only the idocs coming into and going out of the SAPXI system.
    So how to stop the idocs coming into the system keeping SAPXI system running(other traffic related FILE, JDBC, JMS etc....) ???

    Adding to the Michal post, You can also do
    If you dont want to Push the Idocs to XI in future means, In R/3 We20--Change the Port( create dummy file port and assign it)
    If u want to post the Idocs to Xi means follow Michal Reply
    And also In reverse case while posting the Idocs to R/3, change the RFC Destination name in IDoc Receiver Adapter.The messages will be stay in XI in Errored state
    Afterwards if u want to push the Idocs From XI to R/3 means, change the RFC Destination name in Idoc receiver adapter and say Restart.

    If you still want to import the object, release the relevant repair andrepeat the import.

    Hi,
    maybe somebody has already create your form in the productive system. Now you would like to create something already created.
    Maybe, you have to check in the TADIR table (key R3TR / FORM / name of the form) if the form already exist. What is the system source for the form. (in the PROD)
    And finaly, you can go to the SE03, select the first line and execute (to find object R3TR FORM ..) in all the request order. That will show you who has play with this form, and if a request was lost between DEV & PROD.  (in the DEV)

  • Error while transporting ADDRESS to production system

    Hi all,
    We are in the process of a new rollout and we have created new plants and company codes. the same have been transported to quality and pre-production systems without any issues. however when we transport the same to Production, we face an error
    The object TDAT ADDRESS_4.6 has not yet been imported successfully into client 100
    The object
      R3TR TDAT ADDRESS_4.6*
    has not yet been imported into client 100 without error.
    the objects are getting transported with same address number as in development which in production points to a different address.
    as far as i know the system should generate a new address number and assign it to the object during transport.
    Any suggestion wud be great

  • Error while posting idoc in the receiving system.

    i have processed idoc in the same system( sending and receiving idoc in the same system ) by creating a dummy logical sys and uploading a text file for customer details.The outbound processing is succesful and it shows a status message 3. But duriing the inbound processing it shows status as 51 with error as 'ENTER VALID VALUE'. but when testing using we19 it is posted sucessfully without any error..is there anything that i have to configure to process inbound idoc sucessfully?? can any suggest me the correct method for doing this.. suggestions please..

    Hi,
    you need to make sure that in WE20 inbound processing parameters for you LS is maintained propperly. You need to give correct function module and enter whether IDoc should be processed immediately or IDocs should be collected and processed as batch. Also you may check whether the distribution model (BD64) is maintained correctly for the specific message type in the system for inbound processing.

  • Sales Order Error Message 'Product does not exist in system'

    Hi Gurus,
    we recently upgraded from CRM 4 to 7.0. There is a ECC attached (which was also upgraded from 4.7 to 6.0 before).
    Scenario: materials are replicatd from ECC to CRM. All mandatory customizing objects were initially loaded succesfully.
    Because of the upgrade we already have "old" products in CRM. We requested a single product from ECC, the bdoc went through with green. The product can be found via commpr01 and also on database in comm_product. But when try to add the product to an sales order e.g. quotation, it gives the error message "product does not exist in the system.
    We then tried to delete that product using the report com_product_delete_single. When entered the selection criteria for that report, we used the f4-valuehelp to enter the product. We found the product and then executed the report. But gives the message 'product not found'.
    We also created a product for testing purposes directly in crm, but it shows the same behaviour in sales orders and for the deletion report.
    Please help me with that issue. Your help will be highly appreciated!!!

    We are getting this error in smq2 when we are processing bulk idocs thru XI <i><b>"Error in target system "</b></i> . The setting on receiving system is <u>trigger by background program .</u>

    If so, can you control the number of idocs sending to XI box. This is workaround
    Is this may be because of number of work process . I am not sure here. So you can increase the work process.
    But you can seek help from SAP to audit on this provided if you are able to reproduce the error..

  • Error In Production XI system URGENT

    Hi Experts,
    Its very URGENT.
    I have one problem in Production XI system.
    we have one interface which is running fine for india.
    In this they are using multi mapping to split the messages according to the company codes and are sending to the same FTP server ie INDIA.
    Here in the input file have only INDIA data.( Initially there is no BPM in this interface) .
    Now they are sending UK and INDIA data in the same input file.
    Now we need to send UK data to UK FTP server and INDIA data to INDIA FTPserver.
    For this we have  used BPM to route the messages.
    NOw in receiver determinaion we have configured two receivers one for UK data and also we have used XPath condition to the UK company codes.
    If no records are with the UK data then it  has to route to the INDIA FTP server.
    For this we have used that if NO receiver found then it has to continue message processing with the INDIA FTP server ( Here at RCVR Detemination we have used 3rd radio button).
    Plz help me its URGENT.

    Here We got one error, that in  the 3rd radio button at RCVR Determination in production system, QA and Integration system also the same business system BSD_XX is coming.
    But actually it is as follows.
    INT--> it sholud be BSI_XX
    Qa--> it sholud be BSQ_XX
    Prod--> it sholud be BSP_XX
    plz keep posting to clarify this issue.

  • IDOC error - same client same system

    Hi guru,
    i have a requiremnt to generate the IDOC for the same and same client. actually i have to get the data from application server and i have to generate the IDOC.
    for this i have created a Zreport and passed the data from application server to segment and i called the
    FM "MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE". after executing the Zreport, IDOC is generated and show the error
    status as 29.i.e. Receiver of IDoc is its own logical system.
    my logic is as follows.
    MOVE 'LS' TO w_edidc-rcvprt.
    MOVE 'SBECLNT130' TO w_edidc-rcvprn.
    MOVE 'ISU_MR_UPLOAD' TO w_edidc-mestyp.
    MOVE  'ISU_MR_UPLOAD01' TO w_edidc-idoctp.
    pls let me know the solution for this problem.

    Hi,
    To send an IDoc from the SAP system to the external system, you must define outbound parameters for the message type and all relevant partners. This is valid even if your receiving system is same as sending systems.
    For more information, see Interfaces ® External Systems ® Configure Warehouse Management ® Communication R/3 -> External System ® Maintain Partner Profile in the Implementation Guide for Warehouse Management.
    If the system cannot find the partner (that is, the connected partner system) for sending the IDocs, proceed as follows:
    Define the missing partner profile.
    Resend all existing IDocs, which the system has not yet been able to send.
    What is the partner profile of your system ?
    Check your partner profiles in WE20 and maintain your message type in Outbound and Inbound parameter for the system.
