IF command does not work on the value of a global variable

Dear all!
I created a global variable &CurQ, assigned it to my application and my current database and assigned a value "Q3" to it. Then I created a simple business rule: Forecast (IF (&CurQ==Q1) Forecast=Actual; ELSE Forecast=Plan; ENDIF;). "Forecast", "Actual" and "Plan" are Scenario dimension members. After validating and running this command I found that Forecast member always picks the values of "Actual" member although it should pick the values of "Forecast" (given that &CurQ has the value of "Q3"). I tweaked around with my IF command and found that it always picks just the first statement after the condition regardless of whether the condition is true or false. So I am stuck and can't guess where the problem hides. I will be very grateful for any hint!

Try using your variable in your fix and using the @ISMBR function as your condiation.
e.g.
FIX(&CurQ)
Forecast (
IF @ISMBR(Q1) Forecast=Actual;
ELSE Forecast=Plan;
ENDIF;)
ENDFIX

Most likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)
LibreOffice (a new direction for the Open Office suite.)

LOV filter - Auto Submit not working after the value is made to VS.filter

I have cascading LOV filters for a table with fields id, deptid, projectName. The filters are for deptid and projectName. When I select a deptid, the projectNames belonging to that deptid should be populated. I have set Auto submit for deptid filter and partial trigger for project Name. So if I select a deptid and when I navigate to Project Name filter I get the list of project Names in the Project LOV filter.This worked fine as long as I didnt change the value for LOV to Vs.filtercriteria.deptid. Once I changed it the LOV filter for Project Names only got refreshed once I hit ENTER key after changing the value of Deptid. But I have to keep the value for LOV to Vs.filtercriteria.deptid. Other wise the records in the table after applying the filter values didnt function properly. I dont know whether the AutoSubmit does not work when the value is changed to Vs.filtercriteria.deptid

I just found a way out from the disscussion : I can't use empty trash or secure empty trash.

We have enabled context sensitive DFF in Bank Branch Page for HZ_PARTIES DFF , We have created Flex Map so that only bank branch context fields are only displayed in the bank branch page and as we know party information DFF is shared by supplier and Customer Page so we dint want to see any Bank Branch fields or context information in those pages.
We have achieved the requirement but when open existing branches bank branch update is throwing below error message :

this error is thrown only when we open existing branches, if we save existing branch and open then it is not throwing any error message.
Please let us know reason behind this error message.

CRM R12.0.6 Map Type does not exist in the value set

Hi Everyone
When attempting to access Service Request Types in our CRM UAT Release 12.0.6 environment an error message appears referring to 'Value General for the flexfield segment does not exist in the value set'.
Checked the flexfields for the value set but did not set up a value for MAP_TYPES
Checked our PROD environment but no value set up as above.
Currently in progress of mapping service requests to responsibilites in UAT, could this be the cause and how to resolve? No mapping as yet for service requests set up in PROD. Has anyone else experienced this?

If you debug the same app in other VS machine, does it work well? So we could make sure that whether it is related to the VS IDE.
Please disable all add-ins in your VS IDE, and then reset your VS settings, debug it again.

Or you could run your VS in safe mode, debug it again, at least, we could know that whether it is the add-in's issue.

To make sure that it is not the project files' issue, create a new blank solution, copy the project files to the new solution, clean and rebuild the solution, check the result.

How about debugging it with "Step Into" instead of "Step Over"? Or you could add breakpoints between 234 line to 241 line, after the breakpoint is hit, check the watch window again. How about the result?
In addition, do you check other debugger window like local or others?

SQL*Plus COPY command does not work

SQL*Plus COPY command does not work in SQL Developer. I am using SQL Developer 1.5.1 on Windows XP.
copy from <source_db_connection> to <target_db_connection> create <target_tab_name> using select * from <source_tab_name>
Does it work on different versions of SQL Developer ?
Anyone had any success in trying COPY command in SQL Developer?

While it hasn't been updated for v1.5, this page lists the supported SQL*Plus commands. COPY is explicitly listed as not supported.

Always: If possible, give the exact command & output from your terminal, pefrerrable with copy & paste. We cannot see your screen and magically spot the problem.
In general, you should also include your database version and OS, although I doubt that this is relevant in this particular case.

It's a little different for events that come through Microsoft Exchange, you tap the event to bring up bubble and click the 'Details' button, and then press 'Decline' to remove the event.

You don't input the information in manually for iCloud mail. It is automatically set up for you when you sign into iCloud via System Preferences and choose the Mail checkbox. Sign out of iCloud or deselect Mail in iCloud preferences. Open Mail's preferences and choose accounts tab. If iCloud account still exists in the list, delete it. Sign back into iCloud or check the box for mail. The account will be auto created for you.

Take the iPhone to an Apple store genius bar for testing, and if it is defective and under warranty they will replace. Since you say iPhone 4, was this a used or refurbished iPhone?

Short key for copy does not work all the time now.
