Make a backup of your media and other important files.
Just to be safe, make a backup of your entire iTunes directory.
Restore computer or do whatever it is you need to do.
Restore your media and other important documents.
Install iTunes.
Try using search next time... this gets asked way too frequently.

I feel I've explained plenty what you must do but you aren't getting it.
All music on your old iPhone should be in your iTunes library on your computer. Transfer the music from your iTunes library on your computer to your new iPhone in the same way it was transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone - via the iTunes sync/transfer process.
Since you prefer the manual way, you must manually drag and drop the same 377 songs from your iTunes library to your new iPhone - in the same way the 377 songs were manually transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone.
Or you can sync which provides more options overall. Create an iTunes playlist for the 377 songs. Select Sync Music under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes and choose selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Select the iTunes playlist below that includes the 377 songs followed by a sync.

Once you have successfully done that you can go ahead and choose Erase and Sync when you plug your iPod in.

2. Transfer any and all photos & videos on your iPad to your computer.
3. Erase the iPad and restore the iPhone's iCloud backup to the device.
4. Transfer any and all photos & videos on your iPad to your computer.

You can't trasfer music between different accounts. If both computers use the same iTunes account, simply sync them to the same computer.
Music from old ipod goes to that computer, then select which tunes you want added to the new ipod and sync it.

I deleted a song from iTunes and it deleted all the music from the artist?

I was deleting a duplicate song from an album of an artist that I have a lot of music from and somehow iTunes deleted all the music from that artist. It's not supposed to do that especially when you're only deleting one song. Has anyone had this happen? It wasn't music that I bought from the iTunes store it was off cds.

Your music should be in your iTunes library, that is how it gets synced to the iPod. If that music is not present in the iTunes library, you will need to get a 3rd party software for the computer to get the music off the original iPod and then move it to the iTunes library to be able to sync it to the new iPod. I transferred as many files as I could from my old computer through my external hard drive, but many of my cds didn't transfer. When I hook up my ipod, I see it's entire contents. Hello, I am finishing up High School ready to go to college, and I wanted to make a new iTunes account with my billing information so I could start fresh. I have an iPod synced to a current account, and the rest of my family has their computers synced to this universal account as well. What I'm really trying to do is just create a new account, but find a way to move all of my apps, music, and movies to this account as well, all while keeping the old account untouched. Content can't be moved from the old account to the new one unless the iTunes Store staff says otherwise. You'll be able to use the old content after setting up the new account, but will require the old account's password to be able to update it or make in-app purchases from it.
