Im downloading OSXML but it keeps giving me an error. Can't install it, can't download it! Says the file was corrupted during the download!
What can I do?
Redownload OS X Mountain Lion. If the issue appears, open Disk Utility and verify the disk, and Che k the Internet connection

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

I have an Intel Desktop iMac and I am upgrading from Tiger to Snow Leopard. I keep getting an error when it tries to load the Mac OS X update combined. It says that it was corrupted during download. Have try loading from Apple website Mac OS X V10.6.7 upgrade combined but it still won't do it? Any other suggestions. The printer is not working either - I am not sure if they are connected. Everything else is fine.
Please excuse, but I have to ask an obvious question: Did you already update using the Snow Leopard Retail install DVD? (You must do this first; 10.6.7 is just an update if you already have 10.6.) Are you, then, trying to update from whatever version was on the install DVD to 10.6.7?
Otherwise, I'd keep trying. The 10.6.7 Combo is a huge update. -

Whenever I launch iTunes on my computer, I get a message that states "Problem with Shortcut: The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'iTunes.link' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again."
I tried reinstalling/downloading iTunes on my computer but I continue to get error messages concerning problems with my j:drive (no idea what that is) and I'm wondering if this all has to do with the fact that the newest version of iTunes isn't compatible with my Windows XP system? It used to work fine a couple months ago...and now, nothing! Please help...Delete the shortcut from your desktop.
Use Windows Explorer to go into C:\Program Files\iTunes and select the iTunes exe file.
Press Ctrl+C.
Right-click on your desktop and select Paste Shortcut.
Rename to taste.

I need an extension installed in Adobe Flash Professional CS6 called jAnimation Tools and the only way I've found through the internet is to use Adobe Extension Manager. The problem is that everytime I try to install it it says I need Adobe Flash CS6. What the heck is it talking about I do have Flash CS6?
You have to use Extension Manager CS6 to install this extension for Flash CS6. You can’t use Extension Manager CC or CS5.5.

Yesterday I changed my email password on my home computer. Today, I can't get any new emails on my Samsung Galaxy 4; I deleted the email account entirely and tried to set it up again as a new account, using the new password, but it keeps giving me an error message that reads: Cannot safely connect to server. The new password is working on my home computer. I even tried the old password; it just gave me the same error message.
I'm sorry you're having issues with your e-mail account on your phone Rusty1112. Let's figure out what's going on. First, please try deleting account/information again and then restart phone. When phone is back on, try adding e-mail account again, and be sure you're entering exactly as you set up, meaning its case-sensitive. If you're still getting same error, please let us know and let us know what e-mail account it is, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, etc.

HT4095 I tried renting a movie but it keeps giving me a download error.
When I started the download I was on a public wifi network which I think wasn't the best. I tried to continue the download once I got to my hotel room, but it keeps giving me a download error message. I can still use the Internet and FaceTime on the hotel wifi network but it won't let me download the movie. How do I cancel the download, remove it from my downloads, and ensure I'm not charged for it?
Try deleting the projects render files. Perhaps a corrupt file stalls the export. And if that doesn't work; try copying your project into a new one. That solved it for me once.

You have a "good WiFi connection". What does that mean exactly? Can you send and receive email and are other internet related activities working OK for you? Have you tried restarting or rebooting your iPad? Sometimes that helps. If nothing else, it's a good place to start.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

What version of iTunes are you currently running? To check, in iTunes go "Help > About iTunes" and wait for the version number to scroll up from the bottom of the screen. For example, I see:

I can't rotate images or text with two fingers on my trackpad.
I have the most recent version of Keynote, using iOS 10.9.1 and a bluetooth trackpad. Everything was working fine with the various gestures and now the rotation (two finger twisting) won't rotate images or text boxes. Anybody else having this issue
