Im from South Africa and i cannot purchase games from the UK or any country.
The games for South Africa are limited and *****, i like to purches simulation games like air to air combat and games like Grand Torismo

That is correct.
You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence AND ONLY while you are physically located inside the borders of that country.
There is nothing to be done.
If the itunes store of your country does not sell them, then you cannot buy them.
