Imagebrowser (Elph 530) error message on installation

I just purchase an Elph 530, I tried to installed the software (Imagebrowser EX) yesterday but failed to installed.   I realized yesterday that it looks for the update in your website and I guess you were having some problems with it.  But today the website seems to be back to normal....yet, while it told me that it installed without a problem I get the following message when I try to run it:
The little screen comes up and gets to 60% starting then stop and I get a pop up screen with the message:
ImageBrowser EX has stopped working.
Then I can either close the software or look for an online solution, if I choose the online solution it tries to install again but that does not fix the problem.  
I tried uninstalling it and installing it again (with a reboot in between) with no luck.

I'm running Windows 7 (64)  I had the Zoombrowser software before for my Canon D10 and it worked without a problem.
