Thanks in advance.
Madhu.

Hi Madhu,
Did you try this.?
you can reimport the request with these "Option" in the "Import transport request" dialog box.

    No. You have no alternative but to plug it into a computer running iTunes and restore it.

    Rahul,
    You will require to Change the Maintenance system for the Object.
    Follow below steps:
    1) Go to Transaction SE03
    2) Select the option "Object Directory" -> "Change Object Directory Entries of Objects in a Request"
    3) Put the details for Package, person Responsible and original system of the Object
    Change the system and save the entry. This activity will not generate the TR.
    Hope this helps!

  • Problem in importing ESS Business Package in EP 5.0

    Hi
    I am aiming at importing the ESS 4.6C Business Package which is a zip file into EP 5.0. At the time of import i receive a prompt saying that the files with only the following extensions can be imported into the portal.
    The file extensions that can be imported into the portal:
    CDF, XML, IVU, PCK, IVS, PAG, PGS, ROL, FLD, PIV, TPL.
    Can anyone suggest the method of importing the ESS Package into EP 5.0?
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Priya

    Hi
    Check the zip file to see if there is a .pkg file, the pkg file contain definitions on what are the associated files (CDF, XML, IVU, PCK, IVS, PAG, PGS, ROL, FLD, PIV, TPL). Try importing the pkg file (unzip zip).

  • LR3.2 import problem on computer with Windows OS

    LR3.2 import problem on Windows OS
    This is a continuation of a question that I posed on August 22, 2010 in the discussion string "Cannot import CR2".  I have not been able to resolve the issue of importing an image into an existing folder location.  I had not been able to work on this issue for a number of weeks due to other circumstances, until today.   Note that the following people had attempted to provide answers and suggestions already:  ssprengel, JayS In CT.
    I use a laptop with a Windows operating system and a Macintosh desktop with Snow Leopard.  I run Lightroom on both of them.  The Windows laptop has Windows Vista Home service pack 2, version 6.0 [6002].  Around August 12th I upgraded from Lightroom 2 [481478], to Lightroom 3 on the laptop.  I left the LR2 on the laptop as well as LR3.  On September 12th I upgraded the laptop to LR3.2.  No other changes have been to the laptop or its software applications that I know of.
    My current attempts at resolving the issue reveal that when I created a new catalog "Test Catalog" in LR3 and saved that catalog to my desktop new folder labeled "Test Catalog" that I can import an image into LR3.2 to a new folder on the laptop's desktop.  I then deleted the images via LR3.2 Folders Remove function and tried to import the images into an existing folder as presented in the LR3.2 Import dialog, but get the error message "The following files were not imported because they could not be read.".   When I import images into a new folder placed on the desktop, I can use all functions in LR3 e.g. Develop module.  I cannot import images into existing folders on the laptop's hard drive - I have tried importing into the entire existing folders in the following hierarchy:  c:\users\Michael\My Documents\My Pictures\2010  but always get the same error message.
    LR3.2 does correctly backups upon exiting each time I quit the program, so I know that there isn't any issue of writing to that backup folder which is contained in an upper folder that contains the lightroom catalogs.  I have even created a new Word file, saved it into the folder with Lightroom catalogs, opened it up, modified it, saved it, and saw that it works OK, so that tells me there is no problem with a Read-Only folder attribute.
    I cannot recall if upon the upgrade from LR2.6 to LR3 that I chose to upgrade the catalog to LR3 version.  Would that matter, if yes, what do I verify, how do I manual upgrade the catalog.
    History of actions between August 10th that I have taken follows between the [[[[ and ]]]]:
    [[[[Preference settings for Default Catalog are set to start with a specific catalog that I call "Lightroom master catalog", it is not set to the "Load most recent catalog".
    All of the following were using my laptop:  Previously I had no problem with LR2 for any functions.  I just purchased an Epson 7000 media storage device, and in early August and practiced importing images into LR2, and those images were pulled in OK. Next, I upgraded to LR3.  I discovered that the Epson's images had been placed into a wrong folder when I opened LR3.  I used the remapping function in LR3 to move the images into the correct folder.  Next, I used a SanDisk card reader to import images into LR3 into an existing folder of images, but the following error message appeared "the following files were not imported because they could not be read" (Import Results said  'some import operations were not performed').  I tried importing a single image, and multiple images, but had the same error.  I tried switching the card reader to each of 4 different USB port on the laptop, with the same error occurring on each USB port used.
    In order to try to isolate the problem.  I took the SanDisk card reader with the memory card and successfully imported the images into LR3 on my Macintosh desktop computer; so to me the problem is not the card reader or the memory card.  I also used the SanDisk recovery disk while using my laptop to look at the files on the memory card and I could see all the images correctly while in the recovery program, but I have not copied the images to the laptop's hard disk, and have not tried an import into the laptop's LR3.  I did not import images directly from my camera to the laptop LR3 since I did not think it would help with the troubleshooting.
    I then ran the Repair from the Adobe LR3 CD upgrade disk, on my laptop.  Then I tried doing the import using the SanDisk reader and memory card, but the same problem occurred and same error message, that the files could not be imported (I was trying to import into a folder of existing images).  I then used the Laptop's Control Panel function to remove LR3 application.  Then I did a fresh upgrade of LR3 on my laptop, but the same error message and I am unable to do any import of the memory card from the card reader.  I then tried to do an image import from the Epson 7000 into the laptop, and the same error message and I am unable to do any import into a folder with existing images.   I then tried doing an image import into LR2 on the laptop, and got the same problem to occur when trying to import into an existing folder of images.  I have a couple of  Canon EOS SLR digital cameras, and the issue occurs for any of the file types of the cameras.
    Went into LR3 Preferences, General Tab, I now checked the previously unchecked box for Import Options - "Show import dialog when a memory card is detected".
    Connected the Canon XTi directly with a cable to the laptop computer.  Note that Canon's information said that Picture Transfer Protocol is automatically used when the XTi is directly connected to a computer, so I did not need to change anything in the camera's menu for communications choices (there is no communication menu in fact).  I selected one image and copied it to the laptop desktop.  Tried to import it into LR3 into a folder of existing images but got the error message "Could not copy a file to the requested location."  While in LR3, I changed the location of where the file would be copied into - any of my existing folders of images; tried 5 different folders, but kept getting the same error message.
    With the card reader connected via USB port on the laptop, I copied one image file to the desktop, and then tried importing into LR3 into a folder of existing images.  Got the error message "Could not copy a file to the requested location."]]]]

    I am not clear if by 'import' you are trying to copy or move the files from a location to another or if you are adding the files to a catalog.  My comments may not, therefore, be too helpful.
    Firstly, with both LR2 and LR3 installed you will have both catalogs present, but if you try to open the LR2 catalog with LR3 you will be prompted to update the catalog.  You will thus know which catalog you are working on.
    Secondly, if you are reading direct from the camera, you should connect using the 'PC connection' mode.
    Thirdly, there is an issue with reading .CR2 files directly from the early Canon DSLRs (in Europe named 300D, 350D, 400D).  While they are visible with the Canon software, they can not be seen with Windows explorer nor can they be accessed with Lightroom.
    I suggest that you take the CF card out of the camera and copy the files using Windows Explorer in to the destination folder.  You are then sure that the files are on the PC.
    If you have the right Codec installed, you can view them with Windows photo gallery; if you don't, you can use one of the Canon software packages to view the files.  You are then sure that the files are not corrupted.
    Then import the files to your LR catalog using the normal import routine selecting 'add without moving'.  I have tried this routine  successfully using my 350D using both LR1.x and LR3.x.  If that doesn't work - I'm lost.

  • What is import statement for ?

    Hi all,
    Sorry for asking a silly question. Since it is a new to java forum I am asking this.
    What is happening when an import statement is triggered at compile time and at runtime.
    What is the difference/advantages/disadvantages between importing an entire package and importing required classes only.
    Is there any size limit on the generated class file.

    MONITORING CLASS LOADING AND GARBAGE COLLECTION
    Have you ever wondered what classes are loaded when you launch an application or from where the classes are loaded? Have you ever wondered when garbage collection runs or how long it takes? The java command line tool offers several different command line options that you can use to get answers to those questions.
    You might already be familiar with a number of command line options available with the java command line tool, such as -cp, -Xms, and -Xmx. The -cp option is used for specifying the classpath. The -Xms and -Xmx options are used to specify the heap size. For example, instead of setting the CLASSPATH environment variable, you can use the -cp option to tell the system to look in a specific directory for necessary class files:
    java -cp ExampleDir MyExample
    Here, the system will look in the ExampleDir subdirectory for the MyExample.class file and anything else needed besides the system classes. The ExampleDir in the command line tells the system to look only in the ExampleDir directory (assume that it's the parent directory). If MyExample.class is located in the current working directory, the system would not find it.
    Two less frequently used command line features report on class loading and garbage collection. The -verbose:class option reports when a class is loaded into the Java virtual machine and from where it came. For instance, if you use the -verbose:class option when loading the SwingSet2 demo that comes with the J2SE 1.4.2 SDK, you get a report on the many different classes that are loaded as part of the demo, such the following two:
    java -verbose:class -jar
    C:\j2sdk1.4.2\demo\jfc\SwingSet2\SwingSet2.jar
    [Loaded FilePreviewer]
    [Loaded javax.swing.plaf.TableUI from
         C:\j2sdk1.4.2\jre\lib\rt.jar]
    The first line indicates that the class came from the main JAR for the demo (assuming it was started with java -jar SwingSet2.jar). The second line indicates that the TableUI class was loaded from the rt.jar file that comes with the runtime located in the c:\j2sdk1.4.2\jre directory. (From there, the rt.jar file is located in the lib subdirectory.) Different implementations of the Java platform can have different formats here. The only requirement is that -verbose:class displays messages as classes get loaded and unloaded.
    Let's see when classes are loaded, and how many classes are needed for the following simple program:
    public class Sample {
    public static void main(String args[]) {
    System.out.println("Hello, World");
    Compile the Sample class. Then run it with the -verbose:class option enabled:
    java -verbose:class Sample
    When you run the command, you'll see that this simple program requires the opening of five jar files (such as rt.jar) and the loading of almost 250 classes.
    To see an example of a class unloading message, try the -verbose:class command line option with the RunItReload class shown in the August 19, 2003 Tech Tip titled Unloading and Reloading Classes.
    The -verbose:gc option reports on each garbage collection event. This includes the time for garbage collection to run, and the before and after heap sizes. This is demonstrated in the following lines:
    [GC 27872K->26296K(42216K), 0.0069590 secs]
    [GC 28973K->26455K(42216K), 0.0036812 secs]
    [GC 29134K->26474K(42216K), 0.0016388 secs]
    [GC 29117K->26487K(42216K), 0.0008859 secs]
    [GC 29134K->26498K(42216K), 0.0009197 secs]
    [GC 29180K->26479K(42216K), 0.0008711 secs]
    [GC 29149K->26484K(42216K), 0.0008716 secs]
    Like the output for -verbose:class, there is no requirement for output format, and it is subject to change without notice. The "GC" at the beginning indicates what kind of collection occurred. The number before the "->" is the heap occupancy before the collection. The number after the "->" is the heap occupancy after the collection. The number in parentheses is the currently allocated size of the heap. The seconds are the duration of the collection.
    This information can be useful in debugging. For example, it could help you determine if garbage collection happened at a critical point in time, and might have caused a program to crash. This sometimes happens when mixing Java and C/C++ code with JNI, especially when there is an underlying bug on the C/C++ code side.
    If you're ever curious about why it takes so long for an application to start, or if garbage collection in the middle of an operation appears to cause a problem, be sure to try out these command line options.
    hope it helps

  • Language Import problem

    Hello all,
    We met a language problem after SMLT importing ZH language.
    Our system is ECC 6.0 SR3, newly installed, support package level:
    SAP_BASIS    SAPKB70014
    SAP_APPL      SAPKH60011
    after  installing, I import language from DVD 51033496_6, and then, I logon system with ZH language, most of the words are displayed as Chinese but strange is that some descritptions (when I click F4) are displayed as blank, function consultant said it should be displayed as normal. so, I'm confused wether there are some more language I need to import.
    Currently in SMLT, under Chinese, there are two items:
    Imported packges:SAPKLZHM10
    Suplemented ith: ENGLISH
    I have following two questions:
    1. do I need to import anymore languae packages in order to display all chinese correctly?
    2. do I need to import netweaver lanuages? since some tcodes like DB02, SM37 are still in english
    3. is it obligatory to download othe language packages in solution manager? because I search "language neweaver" in service market place, but no record returned.
    Thank you very much for all.
    Freshman

    Hello Freshman,
    As you are running an ECC 6.0 SR3, you have used the correct language package to install ZH language (that is, package SAPKLZHM10 from DVD 51033496_6).
    But installing the language package is just the first step that you have to perform when installing a new language in the system.
    This is what you have to do next to complete the Chinese language installation:
    1. Install the language part of Support Packages.
    If Support Packages have been applied into the system before installing ZH language, the texts in ZH included in those Support Packages are not available yet in your system. Therefore, you must proceed as follows:
        SMLT --> single click on 'Chinese' to select it --> Language --> Special Actions --> Import Support Packages
    a new screen will be displayed with all the Support Packages of your system. If any of them has a red light, it means that the ZH texts from that package are not in your system, so you have to click the 'Go to next screen' button. Now you will see a list with the Support Packages that had a red light in the previous screen; clicking again the 'Go to next screen' will start the import of the Chinese texts stored on those Support Packages.
    2. Now you have to supplement Chinese language with English in all the clients of the system, starting with client 000. In order to do it logon into client 000 and go to:
        SMLT --> single click on 'Chinese' to select it --> Language --> Supplement Language
    if a screen pops-up with information about the Secondary Language, just click 'Yes' to continue.
    Write anything you want in the 'Description' field, leave the default options and click 'Execute' to start the supplementation.
    Once that it finishes, do the same in all the other existing clients in the system.
    3. Finally, go to transaction SE38 and execute report RSTLAN20. In the selection screen that is displayed after executing the program select all the check boxes. It will refresh the language load from the buffers.
    After that check the screens again, this time they should not be displayed as blank. Anyhow, if you have any problem update this thread and I'll have a look at it.
    Regarding your second question about importing the netweaver language package, it is not needed. The language package for ECC 6.0 is enough. You must take into account that the degree of translation of Chinese is 0 (it can be seen in SMLT, double click in 'Chinese'). It means that SAP has only delivered some texts translated into Chinese, you cannot expect to have all the texts in the system in Chinese. For the languages with degree of translation lower than 2, most of the "technical" transactions (DB02, ST04, etc) are not translated and will be displayed in the supplementary language (English in your case).
    And regarding the Solution Manager language package, in an ECC 6.0 system you don't have to install any Solution Manager language package.
    But if you have a Solution Manager system, you must use the corresponding language package created for Solution Manager systems. Depending on your Solution Manager release, you have to use one of these DVD: (you will find all the information about which DVD and language package corersponds to each release in [SAP Note 330104|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/330104|Link to SAP Note 330104] )

  • JSP import self made Package that imports another self made package!

    I also posted under JSP section.
    I really need an answer please.
    Quite new to JSP & java. Not sure about how to use import properly for my problem below:
    Using Tomcat4.12 & jdsdk1.4 on WinXP
    So I create a package - lets call it p1.
    For all java files that belong to this packge I put on the top line of code:
    package p1;
    All files of package p1 are put in Tomcatdir\webapps\myapp\WEB-INF\classes\p1
    everything complies & the packge runs fine - theres a servlet in it & I'm happy.
    Now I create a new package to go with my webapp. Lets call this p2.
    However there is a java file in p2 that uses a class from p1 package.
    So in that file I put:
    import p1.theclassname;
    However this will not work because this line refers to:
    Tomcatdir\webapps\myapp\WEB-INF\classes\p2\p1
    so it will not find the class. Because its in:
    Tomcatdir\webapps\myapp\WEB-INF\classes\p1
    Anyway I can make it comple by moving files about & making a more complex dir structure & more complex package names - but this cant b the propler way to do it?????
    Anyway with my quick fix to this problem I cause a new porblem - in my jsp files that use both packages I cant import the classes I needas the are all complied in packages that are now in the worng place on the hard drive!
    I also tried doing this by just having p1 where it was to start with & then instead of making p2 - I'd just complie it in the classes folder & have it import p1. This works fine until I try to import the classes in JSP - I tried things like:
    <%@ page import=".*" %>
    but it doesnt work unless its in a packge like
    <%@ page import="p2.*" %>
    but if its in a package then the sturcture to the other packge is all wrong again!!!!!!!!
    I hope someone knows what I'm going on about.
    Please help me.

    you are answer izzaman's problemYes
    he has solve already,
    right?Well, I wasn't sure if he really solved it, or just found an ugly workaround, so I wanted to make sure it wasn't the latter.
    can you help me to clear me doubt also. I'm new
    to Java. my problem has been posted earlier....I don't know specifically how to fix your problem. It's probably a classpath issue, though it may also be some simple oversight like a misspelling or something. It's hard to say without more details. If it is a classpath issue, then whatever izzaman did may also work for you. I haven't done much with servlets and JSP lately, and when I have, I've never had classpath problems, so I don't know what kinds of issues are common there.
    I would suggest starting a new thread for your problem. That's generally what you should do anyway, and it will get more notice if it's in its own thread. Don't put it in Adanced Language Topics though. Put it in the JSP forum or Java Programming.
    Good Luck!

  • Import javax.mail package does not exists

    Hi,
    when i tried to compile the source code for email using jdk1.3.1, it compiled fine. but when i tried to compile using jdk1.4.., it had the following errors such as
    import javax.mail package does not exists,
    import javax.mail.internet package does not exists
    package javax.activation does not exist
    Is it because of the jdk version problem???
    Pls help me

    I have the same problem with javax.ejb
    Now i've downloaded and installed the j2ee and set my classpath to the j2ee.jar. I've had to make a new path cause i'm running XP.
    This doesn't work.
    to compile it in Jcreator or JBuilder I can make it work by adding this package (j2ee.jar) in the project settings - required libraries.
    But I have to do this for every project again and again.
    I can make it work but i thougt the classpath would be enough ??

  • Subtitle import Problem, HELP!

    Thanks in advance for the help. Here is the problem. I am finishing a DVD project today complete with 6 different subtitle languages. I have been importing files for weeks with no problem. But today, for whatever reason, when I import a .son file, two files that are the new correct. tiff’s are imported as the wrong old .tiff. I have rid my computer of any .tiff with the same name, yet it still shows up wrong. Is there any way to purge, cache, parse subtitle files? It is referencing an old wrong one, I just don’t know how. Any thoughts please help.

    Hi Brian,
    Yes. What DVDSP does is turn these subtitles into mpegs and places them within the project itself.
    If you open the project by "Show Package Contents" from the finder. navigate your way through to Resources/Render Data and the files are in there. Just delete the files (not the folder) and you should be able to open up again and force a new build.
    Let me know if you have any other problems

  • How to use RZ10  after I have  imported the langugage package!

    Hi experts!
       I meet a problem with T-code RZ10 .  After I have imported the language package with T-code SMLT, then I want to modify the language setting of logon screen , so I go to the T-code RZ10, The proble is that  after I active the new profile, and stop then startup  my SAP ,my GUI  can not  log on to  SAP.   the profile I have actived is as follows:
    SAPSYSTEMNAME = TAL
    SAPGLOBALHOST = SAPECC6
    SAPSYSTEM = 00
    INSTANCE_NAME = DVEBMGS00
    DIR_CT_RUN = $(DIR_EXE_ROOT)\$(OS_UNICODE)\NTI386
    DIR_EXECUTABLE = $(DIR_INSTANCE)\exe
    PHYS_MEMSIZE = 512
    rdisp/wp_no_dia = 6
    rdisp/wp_no_btc = 3
    icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$
    **********add on parameters**************
    zcsa/system_language = 1
    zcsa/installed_languages = 1DE
    **********add on parameters**************
    SAP Messaging Service parameters are set in the DEFAULT.PFL
    ms/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=81$$
    rdisp/wp_no_enq = 1
    rdisp/wp_no_vb = 1
    rdisp/wp_no_vb2 = 1
    rdisp/wp_no_spo = 1
    DIR_CLIENT_ORAHOME = $(DIR_EXECUTABLE)
    New parameter creating by myself is including "add on parameters"  above, after I active the new profile,  the menu "Utilities -->Check all profile ---> of active server " , result is no error .
    I don't know how to log on the SAP with my new language imporing by SMLT.
    Best Regards
    Richard

    Hi!
    I have actived the three language in RSCPINST, but after I run the report , I find out that something is strange as follows:
    S e l e c t e d   S e t t i n g s :
    Language(s):
    ZH (1 ) Chinese
    EN (E ) English
    DE (D ) German
    Country code:
    RSCPINST will update TCP0D entries when activated.
           No country selected
    R e s u l t s :
    Code page configuration type:
    Unicode configuration
    Processed language entry:
    RSCPINST will update TCP0I entry when activated.
    1DE
    TCPDB for Unicode configuration (should be empty):
    RSCPINST will update TCPDB entries when activated.
    <Empty>
    T a s k s :
    Required OS locales and their current status:
    Off     Locale check not required for Unicode
    Required profile parameter modifications:
    RSCPINST does NOT change the value of profile parameter.
    Please check the value of below parameter(s) after activation.
    1)  Please update zcsa/installed_languages.
        e.g. Copy the new value and paste it into a field in transaction RZ10
    New:                  1DE
    Current (sorted):
    SAPECC6_TAL_00       1DE
    2)  Please proceed with Check result for below parameter(s):
    OK     Checked and no inconsistency found.
    then I go to the SE11 ,Input table name  TCP0D , I find out that there is only one entry: the "COUNTRY" field is blank and the "DBLANGU" is "E".
    I have no idea what it means :  Required OS locales and their current status:
                                                     Off     Locale check not required for Unicode
