Can receive a call no problems, however can only hear person when on speaker, take speaker off, i can not hear them, they can hear me.......
what to do????

In-coming calls on 8120 heard through speaker phone
When I answer a call on my new 8120 the first couple of seconds can be heard on the speakerphone. The caller then can only be heard as expected through the normal phone ear speaker.
How can I turn off this feature (if it is indeed a feature)? I don't want in-coming calls (at least the first seconds) to be heard by all in a crowded room.

Have all of your replacements been in an effort to solve this one problem? What model is your phone? I haven't tried to get a replacement phone mainly because the problem went away, I thought. It hasn't totally. It doesn't happen as frequently but still happens occasionally. I've yet to figure out if it happens in any certain mode, etc. Let us know if you get it figured out.

TURN ON THE RINGING ON / OFF BUTTON ON THE SIDE OF YOUR PHONE JUST ABOVE THE VOLUME BUTTONS. THEN MAKE SURE THE VOLUME IS UP TO THE HIGHEST. NOW JUST TRY THIS!
I ALSO LOOKED UP A MANUAL ON IPHONE4:
Ringtones, Ring/Silent switch, and vibrate
iPhone comes with ringtones that sound for incoming calls, Clock alarms, and the Clock timer.
You can also purchase ringtones from songs in iTunes. See Chapter 22, iTunes Store, on page 94.
Set the default ringtone: Go to Settings > Sounds > Ringtone.
Turn the ringer on or off: Flip the switch on the side of iPhone.
Important: Clock alarms still sound even if you set the Ring/Silent switch to silent.
Turn vibrate on or off: Go to Settings > Sounds.
Assign a different ringtone for a contact: In Contacts, choose a contact, tap edit, then tap
Ringtone and choose a ringtone.

THE REASON MY PHONE HAD NO RING TONE, WAS SIMPLY BECAUSE THE VOLUME WAS TURNED DOWN. :-/

ATA SPA122 - In-coming call problem
Hi there,
I was previously with Distributel Inc. and 3Web.
I just switch-over using cable internet and VOIP with Acanac (about <1 month)
The VOIP was "porting" over to Acanac first, using Cisco ATA SPA122 (new purchase), everything was working as expected (cable internet still with Distributel for few days later)
When Cable Internet switched over to Acanac. My VOIP started acting-up!!!
Calling out (out-bound): no prolem at all
to non-Acanac phone number=OK
to Acanac phone number=OK
In-coming call (in-bound): Problem!!!
from non-Acanac phone number (Rogers, Bell, cell) = PROBLEM: (a) I didn't hear any ring - (b) callers heard busy tones, and then dropped - (c) the caller NOT redirect to vmail
from Acanac phone number = OK (phone ring, vmail, talking)
Took my ATA to my neighbor who also using services with Acanac as same as me. Also borrowed the ATA from neighbor and test in my place.
Test result still same on my ATA @ his or my place/network. I didn't change the configure on each ATA - kept them as-is
My internet is function as normal. My ATA connecting with or without router still having same issue (not blocking ports)
I personally don't think my ATA device broken, please advice. My device also has been factory reset but didn't help on the issue
the firware already update. Comparing the ATA configure with neighbor, everything matching except personal info/password. My though would it be (??) Acanac voice system doesn't allow any "outside" calls to establish with my phone/number .. routing issue within VOIP system??
I am @ the 4th-week of no-phone service. Acanac support is not very helpful at alll. I am looking for an advice from expert, any suggestion is very appreciated.

Hello,
We've done another check on your line and for the most part everything looks correct. I am getting an error when checking your IP address:
"[Jan 18 11:47:04] NOTICE[13945] rtp.c: Unknown RTP codec 100 received from 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx'"
This error usually occurs when there is a configuration issue with the device, possibly the codec initiated is the wrong one for your SIP. Please ensure the settings of your ATA is correct and re-attempt.

(1) Spoke to Toyota Technical Support today about 2013 Toyota entune, had them gooogle "wiki BlackBerry Z10" had them, then, to click 3rd one down on google listing : " BlackBerry - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia " had them, then, see picture of my BlackBerry Z10 and under it on the right side 5th item down see and read to me : " Units shipped 200 million "
Toyota states they are working on their 2013 Toyota entune included for 36 months which integrates iPhone V and Samsung Galaxy Android but no BlackBerry to Navigation, SmartPhone usage, e-mail to Z10, read e-mail while driving Z10, and Contacts with address to extend 100 maximum limitation into 2013 Toyota Navigation on-board silly memory, USB support to Z10 with the USB plug provided, POI points of interest on Navigation where you click it and it dials the phone number on record of every business selected by 200 categories gas dentist doctor pet doctor groceries bakery restaurant shopping mall motel camping grounds RV hook-up etc.
(2) T-Mobile currently supports 10.1.0.2006 but I have loaded on previous BlackBerry products bootleg updated s/w releases which worked perfectly well and solved many of my previous issues on the 10 or so previous BlackBerry products I’ve owned since BlackBerry became the choice for users where security is the main purpose for business users, not mp3 listening to music for Apple which is just an over-priced under-technology product with lots of apps all of which I am complaining about in this post.
I’d like to do that again now, and see if any of these issues we all are having are being worked on in the least by BlackBerry. Where can I get instructions of where to download whatever is the bootleg people know does fix at least 1 of these issues, please ?
(3) In-coming calls show only phone number. Never had a BlackBerry like that, ever. Understand this is a known bug, while others waste your time with swipe down from Phone App and Click Settings and Click one of the 13 settings in there such as SMART DIALING and do something with the 3 area codes local calls where I live and something with National Number Length also not explained where it can be corrected doing that. I need to see the caller-id name and number, some folks refer to as Deluxe Caller-ID. Number and name, not just the number. No idea who is calling me, ever.
(4) Take in-coming call and press the number in the PHONE LOG on Phone App, and it calls the customer back. I want to save the number to CONTACTS and either choose a contact to add it to, or have multiple listings for the same contact where I see one has a number and one just the e-mail I added. I am still not satisfied with the add new contact every time I add via e-mail address when I already have the e-mail address and want to see it. But, at least I can add contacts to the several thousand I deal with and at least have them in there twice. That’s a start.
(5) Visual Voice Mail, I am now paying for at T-Mobile. And, I have programmed it on on the Z10. What is Visual vm ? If I have it, where do I see it ? What is it the Z10 provides on visual vm ?
(6) There must be an updated manual from the lackluster manual I downloaded when I upgraded from the BlackBerry Bold 9780 to Z10 which goes into a lot more detail than the one I downloaded, printed and went through to get to where I’m at, which is
Still after many months now, having a Z10 phone which :
(1) does nothing with 2013 Toyota entune ?
(2) must have a bootleg solid s/w release I can load with instructions ?
(3) in-coming caller phone number and Name, not just # ?
(4) Phone Log App click last in-coming call and Add to Contacts ?
(5) Visual vm turned on both carrier and settings and not seeing it ?
(6) latest manual on Z10 which someone surely has updated to address these issues
Anyone else having these issues items (1) through (6) ?

My problem is that after upgrade to IOS 6.1.3 my iphone not sounds! dont have sounds notifications for whatssap, FB, mails and can't listen music and talk with skype without headphones or speakers! only have vibrator and sound for one coming call!! what can i do!???? Thanks a lot for help me!!!!
I have a nearly identical problem with my Ipad 3. Mine is the left channel. I've yet to find help, but have found a number of other posts on this and other forums discussing the issue. People have tried restore, reset etc. Also, cleaning the ports with compressed air or cotton swabs. It appears to be a software issue, but no one is sure.
Along with the original poster, I'd appreciate any help.

Macbook pro two days old...bought logic from app store...logic has installed partly each time i open it up it wants to download rest of programme then stops half way thru and gets error message 'logic is unable to continue with download' help needed !

I would trot back into the Apple store and have them fix the problem (or call Applecare with a warranty issue). There is no sense in you wasting your time trying to troubleshoot things on a new computer.

i know you have a volume control when a call is taking place and is right up but dont think it is that.
any help would be grate thanks.I am having similar problems with my phone, mostly just when using the earphones/mic that came with the phone. Don't have any solutions yet, just wanted you to know there are others having similar problems.

I have a problem with my iphone 4. My 3G always stays activated but I lose my network signal. The bars all get lost and I'm not able to receive / send sms, mms or phone calls. Could you guys please help me fix this problem? Ios 5.1.1
I haven't gotten a new sim card because the problem has been presenting itself in various cards not only mine. So far, all I've done is reset my network settings.
Last night, I turned off the 3G tab and it had all the signal bars. Today, I did the network reset and it's working apparently. But like I said before, previously the bars just disappear and the iphone only has the 3G activated. -
My AppStore wont update my apps because my old iTunes account keeps coming up and asks for billing info HELP!!!
Apps are always associated with the Apple ID that was used to purchase them. This cannot be changed. To avoid getting the request you are seeing delete all apps that request the former Apple ID and download them again.
Any apps for which you paid a fee will require that you purchase them again. -
I am currently using iphone 4s , i didn't update the latest IOS 7.1 (I forgot i have updated which ios 7) . I can't go in to a particular apps, so i restart my phone. After I restart my phone, all apps are disappear including setting, contacts, and call icon and etc. can someone help me? The phone now only remain two apps. Swipe back (right to left) to the home screens that contain the rest of your apps.
Failing that, reset the phone: hold down Sleep and Home buttons until the Apple logo is displayed. No data is lost.
