In Facebook half of my photos do not appear but they are OK with Explorer

When i go into my profile on Facebook, many of my photos are listed but do not appear. I don't have this problem when I use MS Explorer

It is possible that you accidentally clicked the 'Block Images' item in the right click context menu while trying to save an image.
Check the image exceptions: Tools > Options > Content: Load Images: Exceptions - See [[Options window - Content panel]]
A way to see which images are blocked is to click the favicon (''Site Identification'' icon) on the left side of the location bar and click the "More Information" button.
This will open the Security tab of the ''Page Info'' window (also accessible via Tools > Page Info).
Go to the ''Media'' tab of that Page Info window.
Select the first image and scroll down though the list with the Down arrow.
If an image is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box ''Block Images from...'' then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

Hi,
I'm new to this board and trying to transfer pictures and videos from my Blackberry Bold (work one with T-mobile) to
my PC. I tried to do it by using media card reader and was sucessfully able to most of the files
but for some reason a few of the photos will not transfer as they are saved as jpeg.rem files
on my media card. Any ideas why would some of the pictures would be save in a different format
and any suggestions how to transfer them?
I have the same issue with the videos..out of 20+ that I have on the device memory i was only
able to copy about 5 that are in .gp format...rest of them will not open as it appears to be encrypted.
I also have a blackberry curve (with AT&T) as my personal phone...would it read my media card from the
Blackberry Bold?

So you have business contacts that were lost... do you not have these on a Database in some shape or form? Sounds like you need to invest in a RAID1 backup setup for your computer so you dont have this issue in the future.
As for repairing your problem, sounds like you are going to need to start from scratch at this point or if the data is still on your phone look into a program that can take the information from the phone onto iTunes.

File Sharing over Bluetooth is not a feature of iOS devices. iOS does not include the required Bluetooth profiles to allow this. You cannot add this feature, so you may as well stop trying.

What is the easiest way to sort photos within an album. I have photos from a trip but they are all mixed up. Photos from one part of the trip are showing up in other parts. Please help.

I have a MacBook Pro laptop and am trying to use iPhoto. I uploaded pictures but they uploaded out of order. Photos taken from different locations on my trip are all mixed up and I would like to sort them in chronological order. Things I have tried have been time consuming and often take several attempts before the moved photo "takes" to its new location within the album. If anyone can provide step by step instructions for this senior, it would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

My voice mail messages are not appearing as they are left. Often no voicemails show up until 4 weeks after they have been left

I am having trouble with my voice mail on the iPhone. The voicemails are not appearing until 3 even 4 weeks after they are left by a caller. Last night 10 voice messages came through all at once, one left before Thanksgiving. Is this an iPhone issue or an issue with the carrier?

I'm having the same issue. It began three or four days ago. I'd notice that I'd miss a call but the person wouldn't leave a message.
Two days later, suddenly three or four new voicemails will pop up from the past couple of days. The time stamp on the messages is correct-- it will show that the caller left the vmail a day or two before.
Also, in what has to be a related problem, some of the voicemails appear to be corrupted and cannot be played.
I have a 4s and my software is up-to-date. I have made no material changes to my phone, other than automatic software updates to explain this.
It's enormously frustrating and as a job seeker, I can't afford to miss voicemails. Does anyone know if this is the phone or the carrier (AT&T)?
Any help and input will be enormously appreciated.

back to an earlier version of my project but got the same problem.

I am sure that it is the enhanced classes loaded from within the web-app
because when I simply delete them Kodo won't find the classes at all. All
Kodo-jars are in the web-context/WEB-INF/lib directory.
Could anybody tell me the possible reasons that can cause this exception? Is
it just a test for "implements PersistenceCapable" that is done in the
setup-method, or maybe a bit more? I really can't think of anything else I
could do.

Aperture will not open library - permissions not correct -- but they are

How do I get Aperture to open a library when I get an error message saying the permissions are not correct, but the permissions are correct, and other libraries open fine?
I was using Aperture current version with a library on an external drive connected via airport extreme. I imported about 15 images to an existing project in that library and was editing the images when Aperture closed suddenly. When I try to reopen the same library I get an error message that says Aperture does not have access to that library because the permissions are not correct. But the permissions are set to everyone read write. Aperture opens other libraries on the same drive with the same permission setting.
1. I ran disk utility repair permissions -- it says it fixed permissions on my laptop internal drive, but disk utility does not recognize the external drive so apparently it did nothing on that drive. Same error message on that library.
2. I deleted user name >> Library >> Preferences >> com.apple.Aperture.plist and tried opening the library again. Same error message.
3. I tried rebuilding the library using control command Aperture. Same error message.
4. I used "show package contents" on that library and moved the project I had been working on when Aperture crashed to another drive and created a new library and imported the project successfully. Works.
I read through existing topics and found suggestions like 1-4 but none work for me.
I would be grateful for any help!

If you're wired to the Airport Extreme, that's better, but forget about running a remote Aperture library on a wireless connection! Even wireless 802.11n isn't fast enough, though I'm sure someone will argue that.
Still, the Airport Extreme only has a USB interface, which is painfully slow! Firewire 800 is supported on all the new MacBook Pros and on the 17" "gen1" MacBook Pros. I'd highly recommend a FireWire 800 external hard drive or even a eSATA interface if you're running Aperture libraries remotely!!
Depending on your total storage needs, just replace your internal MacBook Pro's hard drive. I've replaced a few in the past couple of weeks in some MacBook Pros to the 320GB WD Scorpio drive. Also buy a cheap (~$20) external USB enclosure for your old hard drive to repurpose your old internal drive and aid the restoration of your data. Next install the drives and use Migration Assistant to restore your data to precisely where you were before the hard drive upgrade. Pretty easy except for the actual install of the hard drive in the MacBook Pro, which can be tricky and requires special Torx tools; certainly more complicated than the standard MacBooks. Unless you know what you are doing here, pay someone skilled to do this for you.
Seriously, I'm sure part of your problem is the lousy transfer speeds for Aperture trying to read data, causing data corruption, especially when you force quit so often.

At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button, go over to the History menu and select Clear Recent History....

Click the arrow next to Details to display the list of items that can be cleared.

Hey gang, I need some help!
I want to upgrade to a color iPod without having to buy the G5. I like the fact that the accessories plug into the top of the G4 and you can charge it while using any of them, not so with the G5! I am working on some projects with my G4 mono screen and I want color and photo ability. Also, I like the fact that the photo is still USB and Firewire.
Here is the question: Is the audio quality TOO poor? I am not an audiophile so I don't care if it is perfect, but I want it to sound good enough for me to listen to. Please, I need help with this as the iPod I want is almost out of stock.

I have a 60 Gb photo and I love it. I am up to 6700 songs and 1500 photos and still have 28.6 gig free. I bought mine with version 1.1 firmware and created smart playlists that stopped working when I upgraded to version 1.2. I recently rolled back to 1.1 and that is where I will stay. I use headphones around the house, and using the headphone jack, plug into my home stereo, use the cassete adapter in my truck and in the wieght room, and use speakers on my desk at work. I don't care for the podcasts or videos so my iPod is perfect for me.

Contacts are not appearing when they are imported after wipe!!! HELP!

I have a Z1 running 4.4 and so far this is the most annoying bug ever!
This has happened after I tried to do a full wipe on SUS!
It seems that after I import my contacts from my sd card, everything is okay. However, I use an HD Contact app which often requires me to wipe my contacts list a few time just to refresh the photos.
When this wipe happens, my contacts do not anymore appear on my list even though the system says "Contacts added/imported"
My list remains blank except for the "Emergency Number" and "Myself" entries.
My god!
I have tried to run it on Safe Mode, hard restart, reboot, force stop the Contacts app yet nothing seems to work!
The only solution is a full wipe again and again.
This has never happened before the 4.4 update or when I tried to reinstall 4.4 via SUS.
Is anybody having the same dilemma? I could really use some help

Have you checked the filtering option in contacts? Open contact menu button > filter. Perhaps you have a filter hiding the contacts.

I'm not enjoying Exch2013, the lack of a "proper" admin console is a pain and I'm having trouble getting the required diagnostic/tracking information out of PShell to fix my problem.
I've installed Exch2013 RC1 on a new 2012r2 Domain, the install went OK and there were no obvious issues however internal email's wouldn't deliver, they appear in Sent Items but aren't received in the internal rcpt's inbox.
while trying to fix the problem, I installed ExchCU7 and bingo everything sprang to life and mail was working, inbound/outbound & internally - so I assumed the service pack/update had fixed it but the next day I rebooted the server and to my horror,
I'm back where I started - no mail flow.
One single test message which I sent outbound using the Web mail, rather than Outlook did arrive but hours after I sent it? confused.com
this is running on a HV-2012r2 as a VM, with a dedicated Nic and plenty of Fixed VD storage.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
I'm very close to removing Exch2013 and re-installing but I worry this would cause more issues.

this server is the first and only Exchange server in a single site/AD enviroment.
Doamin and Exch are both brand new, with one DC and Exch runing on a member server.
This server isn't recieving inbound mail yet, however the SMTP port is availible.
Am I correct in thinking that internal mail from one mailbox to another doesn't require SMTP, instead the msgs are transmitted within the HUB. I'd like to stress that the isntallation of ExchCU7 instantly fixed all the mail flow problems, then a day
later and after a reboot it reverted to back to its current state.
