This support document http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4451 relates to the 3194 error. Generally this error has to do with trying to install an iOS that is not the most current. Maybe you tried to jailbreak the phone, or downgrade iOS? Any of this apply to you?

All- I get this message ("iPhone can not make or receive calls. Restore from iTunes" (happend once while on airplain mode and now once while in wifi only area, out of cell range)). iPhone 4. Newest OS. Never happened with old OS! Cycling phone on/off does not help. Ignoring message causes phone to cycle off then on. After first time this happened, I restored. Six days later...same problem! Clearly a new fix is necessary. Suggestions?

My Ipad2 verifies my email address on it but I can not send or receive messages. How do I fix this?
I had this problem also. Yesterday, i called my e-mail provider. Turns out I had to change the port numbers in both the incoming and outgoing servers to numbers specific to that provider. Solved the problem.

settings>cellular>turn cellular data off>wait 10 seconds>then turn it back on and test

There are two different types of adapters by Apple that look similar. One is a 5 Watt adapter used with iPhones and iPods. The other is a 10 Watt adapter used with the iPad. Other than looking at the text on the adapter, which is hard to read, you can tell the different by looking at the socket the pin part plugs into the adapter. The 5 Watt has two notches and the 10 Watt has only one notch.
Make sure you use the 10 Watt adapter with an iPad. -
I Have an iPad mini operating on 7.1.2 iOS. My App Store icon as well as my iTunes Store icon are missing from my home scree. They are still listed under my settings, but I can't access them unless it's through an app that already exists. Where can I go to reinstall these? I use the same Apple ID on my iPhone 5c as well and they are on the iPhone, but I don't know how or why they just disappeared from my iPad and want to know how to get them back without having to reset my iPad and lose what I have on it. Since i updated my phone to iOS 5, I experienced my phone crashes adn it drains my battery. I don't know the reason why, whether the hardware (esp. memory) can't handle the more advance multi-tasking feature of iOS 5.
Any help that you may advise to fix this?No fix from me, just a "I have the same issues"
It even happens while doing nothing, and just charging it. Every few minutes I get the spinning wheel and the "recharge chimes" sound. I found a lot crash logs, most of them are for "Low Memory" or "SpringBoard" crashed due to a segmentation fault, also known as "BAD_ACCESS_EXCEPTION (SIGSEGV)" -
I have an ipod shuffle 1st generation. it will work ousing usb port in car or on computer but i can not get it to play using headphones. what would be the reason for this.

update my iphone and now the battery drains very quickly
my battery started draining after 4 or 5 hours on iPhone 4 8GB with little or no use. It was suggested in some of the threads I consulted that it might be related to a server malfunction on an email account, and to delete the account, hard boot the phone, and re-install the account, Sure enough, this worked for me. Charged at 100% at 11pm and got up next morning at 6am at 100% ( turned the email push notifications to OFF as well ) The previous 2 days I would get up and there would be less 10% battery life. A few days before this problem started my email provider had a server issue with Outlook, I couldnt get emails to and from that account to load on my iphone, so I suspect that this was the problem; iphone and or email provider was still trying to get those emails and this was causing the drain.
