For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

My guess is that the security settings on your router and iPod do not match.
For a test, change your router so there is no security. See if you can connect and get to the Internet. If that works, set up the router with security and use the same settings for the iPod.

I can't activate my iphone because my cousin's account was hacked. Is there any other way to fix this?

my aunt got my cousin a new iphone, so she gave me my cousin's old iphone. I reset the the phone she gave me so i can set it up for my own use now. The problem is that i need the account of my cousin in order to activate the phone, the bad news is that her account was hacked. Is there any other way that i can activate this account and put it on my list of devices? So that if i want to reset it, i'll just use my account to activate it.
P.S.
i Do have a proof that this phone was given to me by my aunt and she is the one who bought it for my cousin.

Your cousin needs to contact Apple and ask to speak to someone in account security to get the Apple ID back under his/her control.
If your aunt has original proof of purchase for the phone, she can bring that, along with the phone, to an Apple store or call Apple and they may be able to assist.

How do you make the Filter so we can use the FIM cmdlets to list Users who have no Manager attribute

I can easily create a Set of Users who are "unusual"
The SET criteria is
EmployeeID starts with %
and Any of
    EmployeeStatus not starts with %
    EmployeeType not starts with %
    Manager not in All FIM users
This criteria works and gives me all the users when I push the View Members button.
But when I look at the Set's Filter it seems to refer to a uuid of that All FIM users Set. To be honest I dont fully understand the set's XPATH filter.
What I hope to do is to some how build a filter so that the FIM cmdlets can be used to identify and fix up these users, especially those who do not have a valid Manager. There are hundreds of these non-standard users and although possible, its not practical
to do this by hand via the "All Non Standard Users" set.
Any hints welcomed.

I updated the software as required for the iPad and now I can no longer delete photos from the app in the photo section. I had been able to do it but now there are multiple photos of the same pic and I can't remove any of them. What is wrong?

Photos in the Camera Roll or in the Imported Images album can be deleted within the album. One the album and select the icon with the curved arrow. Then tap on the photo or photos you want to delete to select them. Finally tap delete.
For photos in other albums you delete them by moving them out of the albums they were in on your computer. If you're using a Mac open iTunes on your Mac and move the photos out of the album then go through the sync process with your iPad.
If you're using a pc then move the photos out of the folders they are in and go through the sync process.

Thanks for those examples. Yes, I see how to change bg color with a text page, but bg colors are still greyed out when I try to use them with a photo-only page.
It is impossible to select the black (or any other color) bg. Perhaps this is because, as you said, the white border is part of the Photo Essay template. This isn't an issue in other templates, and I would be perfectly happy using Picture Book, but that template doesn't give the same arrangement options, particularly on the 6-photos to a page layouts. I wish there were more flexibility/options with these layouts--they are very limiting.

IPhone 3GS group messaging: why don't I see that there are other recipients?

I have the iPhone 3GS with iOS 5.0.1. When a group iMessage is sent to me, it does not show me the other recipients. It only looks like the person sent it to me ONLY. The only reason I know it's a group iMessage is because it says "Happy Holidays everyone!" for example. I receive replies from everyone else the message was sent to (annoying! all these numbers replying to my phone), but it seems that they don't see my replies. I've asked a few friends if they've seen my replies to the group iMessage and they haven't, even though I received theirs. That is not necessarily a bad thing, since I could have embarrassed myself on multiple occasions. But can anyone explain why this happens? It is weird that someone could group message me without me even knowing, when I can't see who else is on the message. Please let me know if there is something I can do to ensure that I see other recipients in a group message, AND to stop getting everyone else's replies, if possible. Thanks!

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

Save them from the tumblr photostream to the folder being shared on iTunes or your iCloud photostream.
There is no automated way to accomplish what you are wanting to do.
