In Photoshop 7.0 when I save an EPS as a jpg, I don't see the jpg in the folder, I see the Photoshop logo (eyeball)

I'd like to be able to see my files without having to open them - I used to be able to see them but somewhere a setting changed and I can't figure it out! When I go to properties everything looks the same with jpg's that I can see and jpg's that show the logo - can anyone help me?

You have not provided any system information or other details, so we really can't know. If this is Windows, e.g. installing another program that takes over the file association can easily account for this behavior...
