If he does not have an ID then

Deleting the account only deletes it from your device, not from iCloud. Your data will reappear when you sign back in, assuming you are signing back into the same account with just a changed name. The only thing you might want to do before deleting the account is to your camera roll before deleting the account (by tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon -- box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll).
If you don't know the password for the old ID, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

i googled for answer to resolve the zoom problem. all the anwers just told you to read links but didn't tell how to fix the screem back to normal then it can be able to go to Setting to fix the zoom funciton. HOWEVER, I accidentally found the solution myself by using a fingers or more
to draw circles clockwise on the screen....it will reset it normally. I spent hours trying to go diagonally, compressively still didn't work.

You may want to check to make sure that the iTunes Store Country is correctly set for the Norwegian one. You may find the following article helpful:

You can't use the wifi card to do both connect to a wifi network and then use the wifi card as a wifi hotspot. You'll need to connect the mac by ethernet and then you can set the wifi card as a hotspot.

Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.

i'm not quiet sure atm but should normally work like this:
connect to itunes store -> log out with ur account (upper right corner where ur apple id is displayed) -> sign in with ur wifes apple id -> activate computer (store->activate this computer)
