Moving a field to the left side in a region closer to a radio button...

I'm frustrated not being able to place a field on a form closer to a radio group. I have a radio group of 3 options in which I would like to place a field to the right side of the radio button so that the user can type in an ID and then search a table by way of a search button on the screen. I can't place the field any closer to the radio button on the left side of the page...as it appears to the right side.
A drag and drop format would be nice.....
Is there a way to place the field in the exact location of where I want it?
2nd problem is that depending on which radio button the user selects, can I change cursor focus to a particular field on the screen?

Problem exporting to PDF (1st page moves to left side of spread)

When we export an InDesign file (a long book) to PDF, we are finding that whereas the application specifies that page 1 is on the right hand side, the PDF created commences on the LEFT hand side, throwing out all the page spreads in the book.
What do we need to adjust to get back to our first page being on the right (so that all the odd-nuimbered book pages stay on the right in the PDF as well as in the InDD file?

Problem found: it was to do with this menu area in Acrobat Reader:
page display> show cover page during two-up option. Hadn't had occasion to adjust that setting previously.

Move dynpro field text from right side on yhe left.

Hi experts. I have a DDic field (char1 as chebox) on screen. I need to move the DDic text for this field from right side to the left side of the checkbox. How can I do it? Is it neccesary to split this one object into two? To create a new text field and handle it in program?

Dont use the quantity field same as that it come from interface Fm declare one field for quantity in the global settings and write the logic to pass the value to that field and pass that global value to the particular texts...same is the case with currency fields also.

Subcontract GRN - disable quantity field for 543 movement type

Dear All,
1) while making the GRN for subcontract PO the raw material will get consumed by 543 movement type but here the field is editable and we need to make it uneditable
2) also if you might have observed that raw material qty will be calculated as per ratio but if i change the semi-finished matl qty the consumption qty of RM is not amended immdiately and if we need to take as per ratio in PO, we need to close the line by pressing " + " and amend the semi-finished qty and system will calculate the ratio and you can check by again pressing "+"
this is certainly not desirable and we need the change in RM qty immedietely after changing semifinished goods qty.
Please suggest me how to make it without help of ABAPER.

Saying with regret that it is not possble in standard SAP .we had faced the same problem at my cleint side.We had gone for a custom development where the quantity field against the Input material will be not editable .

The new itunes overfills my window. When I try to move it to the left so that I can use the slide bar on the right, part of the left side of screen is not visible. How can I fix this, please.

The problem of tracks becoming de-linked between iTunes and the music files in your iTunes music folder happens for different reasons - this seems to come up fairly commonly in this forum.
The solution can be to locate each song in the iTunes library, as you mentioned - or, but wait, before I get to that...
trouble finding the original track in your iTunes music folder? maybe look for it under compilations, or if not using the 'group compilations preference' then look in the folder under the songs artist name, but what song artist name iTunes uses depends on what you have in the metedata tag spot for album artist or song artist. Any varyation in artist name spelling, in the menu item 'get info' metadata for any selected individual track will cause iTunes to create that as a separate artist folder in the library, even names like 'various' or any difference at all (even the word 'the' can change where in your iTunes music folder a track gets placed by iTunes). You can try to use the finder function of find file (finder munu item outside of iTunes) to locate hard to find items.
Back to how to re-link any de-linked tracks .
There may be scripts that can help re-link de-linked music files - or, at least provide you a list of such files, Scripts are easy to install and use...

Smartform - Format quantity field - CIZ

Hello all,
I have a quantity field which has a value 11.000.
I need to print it as 11 (no trailing zeroes ). But if the quantity is 11.23, then it shud print 11.23.
To acheive this, In sapscript, We used to write the quantity field with a C in bracket.
for eg. &CAUFVD-GAMNG(C)&
How Could I acheive this same functionality in smart forms ?
I beleive CIZ shud work in smartforms also..but unfortunately it is not..
Am i missing something.. ?

I donot think control commands are possible in Smartform like in sapscript. You have to create a program lines node and there u can write ur logic to meet this requirment.
Ex:
data: val type p decimals 3 value '10.230'.
data: l_char type c length 10.
data: l_whole_no type c length 10.
data: l_decimal type c length 3.
l_char = val.
split l_char at '.' into l_whole_no l_decimal.
if l_decimal = '000'.
l_char = l_whole_no.
endif.

till now in all previous ff i could easily move vertical scrollbar from right side to left. but i cant find the instruction now

Every quantity field has a reference field.
Check the reference field in the table through SE11 transaction & click on REFERENCE tab. Trace your quantity field & corresponding reference field.
In the Smartform mention the same reference field against the quantity field declaration & activate it.

Hide the quantity field at goods movements in cofirmation.

My client is using CO11N for confirmation. and doing auto goods reciept and auto goods issue.
Whn I am clicking on Goods movement in CO11N system is showing me which material is going in goods reciept and which is in Goods issue.
Now my requirement is I want to hide the quantity field of the material in goods movement because some time user is changing the quantity of goods issue.
Wat can I do for the same?

Dear Nilesh,
Try to achieve the same using the authorization control.
You can take the help of the BASIS consultant and try to find the authorization object and the value
which's allowing to change the quantity.
Check whether this is the particular object C_AFKO_AWA is allowing the same(I'm not sure).
After finding out the Authorization object remove the tick mark for the value which's for change or delete.
You can find it using SU24 T code or using SUIM and other related T codes.
If it cant be done even after authorization control ,revert back to the forum.

Remove the trailing spaces of a quantity field in smartform

Hi,
I am printing a quantity field in a smartform as follows:
&G_S_DATA-SAL(C)&.
It is compressing the leading spaces but there is a space between the field and full stop.
Eg: if G_S_DATA-SAL = 144.00 the ouptut is displayed as 144.00 . (space between the amount and full stop).
How can I remove this space?
