In the ticket section, I have two Open Ticket options. Only one works

How can I remove the Open Tickets option that does not work? I can't find the settings that would let me remove that entry.

First select the Move Tool
Drag the source picture to the tab of the destination picture
The tab will open to reveal your destination picture, do not release the button yet, but drag the move tool onto the destination picture.
Then release the mouse button.
Tell me how you did.
