In which table we can find service entry sheet no to find the actual cost

In which table we can find service entry sheet no to find the actual cost of External service
Service code,     Service description      Quantity     UOM,     Vendor,     Cost

Hi,
Total Actual Material Cost - Sum up the total cost ENWRT against the AUFNR in the table RESB and display in the report
Total Actual External Service Cost - Provide the field AUFNR in the table EKKN and get the Purchasing document field EBELN & apply this field data in table EKPO get field NETPR and display in the out put
For link between operation & order - Selection criterion is the order number (Field AUFNR table AUFK). The content of field AUFPL has to be used afterwards as selection criterion in the table AFVC. The selection field in this table is again AUFPL and display the field LTXA1..

  • Service entry Sheet was reversed after the invoice as posted and rebooked

    Hi..
Service entry sheet was reversed after the invoice as posted and rebooked with final entry marked.  The rebook transaction created a different $ amount than the original SES.  The difference between the 2 amounts is causing a GRIR out of balance on the PO.  MR11 does not indicate a GRIR out of balance.
why did SES rebook a different value?
How can we clean up the GRIR out of  balance?
    Please help...

This is a standard SAP procedure.
SAP Note 440942 is helpful to sort this out.

  • Service Entry Sheet in ECC 6.0 shipment costing security object?

Does anyone know what security object is being checked during service entry sheet creation?  When I run the shipment cost create process in foreground (RV56TRSL) VI04, the program creates and settles the shipment cost, but in background only the shipment cost doc creates the settlement remains open (status A) and I get a message:
You have no authorization for this transaction with movement type 101
My assumption is a different object is being called in background versus foreground but my traces are not showing me anything useful.
    thank you

Shipment settlement in ECC 6.0 requires the users to have some version of the MIGO object to prefrom the goods movement.  this is a change from 4.7 and prior.

  • Shipment cost: number of items in service entry sheet

    Dear Experts,
Is there a customizing setting that restricts the maximum allowed number of lines in service entry sheets?
    Context:
Once I transfer shipment costs, several goods receipt sheets and service entry sheets are created.
I first thought that there was a one-on-one releationship between a shipment cost item and a service entry sheet. I.e. if there are e.g. 7 shipment cost items, than 7 service entry sheets are created.
The shipment cost distribution level is set on "delivery item": if for one shipment cost item, there are 250 delivery items, the cost is distributed all over these 250 delivery items. For each delivery item, a line is created in the service entry sheet. However, in my case 3 service entry sheets are created with on:
    - 1st service entry sheet: 99 items
    - 2nd service entry sheet: 99 items
    - 3nd service entry sheet 52 items
Is there a way to avoid that several entry sheets are created for one . In my case that only 1 entry sheet with 250 items is created after transfer.
    Thanks for the help!
    Kind Regards
    Thiago Santos

If you are not posting the delivery cost on the material value, then use A - Shipment costs item in the item category.
Delivery sub-item - A shipment cost sub-item will be created for every relevant delivery sub-item.
Shipment costs item - One shipment cost sub-item will be created.

  • Service entry sheet - Service PO Problem

    gurus
I have a service PO which has "N" number of SES entries in PO history as well as same number of GR and also N number of IR entries..
Can somebody tell me how to consolidate against which SES (GR) which IR is posted?
Any table for PO history or any standard T-code to find the IR against a SES (GR),
    thanks
    SACHIN

    Hi Sachin,
You have to follow below 3 Process for your requirement.
    1) In Service Order -
    > Item Details ---> Invoice Tab -
    > Just Check the SERVICE BASED IV ( If you have checked in the Vendor Master, it will automatically Flow)
    2) You post the Vendor Invoice in MIRO by choosing the referance Document as SERVICE ENTRY SHEET
    3) While posting the invoice in the above process, you enter the Service Entry Sheet number in the referance Field along with the Vendor Inv. No.
If you follow the above process, then easily you can get the datas from EKBE table.

  • Commitment item error at the time of Service entry Sheet

    Hi experts,
I have created a service PO, in which I have given the GL. Now when I am going to post the service entry sheet, I am changing the GL account. But system is picking the commitment item with reference to the GL earlier provided in PO.
I want to pick the commitment item with reference to the GL I am providing in service entry sheet.
Pl suggest how can I achieve this.
    Regards,
    Ankit Agarwal

    Hi Eli,
    Thanx for your response.
But derivation rule is same for all GL. Whether we put GL in PO or in Service entry sheet, system will derive the commitment item from the same single rule.

  • Purchase Order: Queries related to Service Entry Sheet (ML81N)

    Requirement:
A user exit to be trigger during the changing (update) of service entry sheet, This user exit should have a code which will go and check the credit memo in RSEG- SHKZG where the value is “H” and will check RSEG- LFBNR number with ESSR-LBLNI and compares RSEG- SHKZG with ESSR- NETWR value of the service entry sheet. if the value is less then or more then ESSR- NETWR (service entry sheet) value it should throw an error “"Amount must equal Service Entry”.
If the RSEG- SHKZG value and ESSR- NETWR value are equal it should allow to revoke the service entry sheet.
Scenario: When user clicks on Change button in ML81N for changing the Service Entry Sheet(existing one), an exit should trigger the error message and should not allow to change.
Please suggest how to achieve it, which Exit to use where I should code?

    Hi Amol
Why you created Framework Order ?.. You can not change account assignment category in service entry sheet..e.g. K-Cost Center.. F- Order
But depending upon settings, you can change account assignment values such order 1 to order 2
If there are requirement that SES can created for  Account assignment F or K. I recommend you to use following approach
    1. Create a Contract - ME31K with AAC as U- Unknown (If business already have rates negoiated with vendor for services)
    2. Create release order with reference to contract and system will prompt you to enter AAC- it can be K or F
    3. Perform SES w.r.t to Release Order.
Other Approach can but not strong one.. create two line items in the PO. one with K and Other with F.. then choose the line item at time of SES creation that business want to book the cost on CC or Order.

  • Reverse service entry sheet

    Hi,
We are involved in implementing Transportation module for an FMCG client, we were trying to show the reverse cycle to the client.
Service PO has been raised, GR done and service entry sheet generated and has been accepted. Now we want to reverse the whole cycle so we first tried to reverse the GR it gave an error "Transaction code MBST (=> use transaction ML81 / ML85) not defined" so we tried to cancel the service entry sheet first and then the GR.
I tried to cancel the service entry sheet thru ML81 it gave an error "Not possible to delete already accepted entry sheets" then we went to ML81N to revoke the acceptance but when we enter the purchase order and the service entry sheet number it goes into the display mode and the display- change button is greyed out, when we try to go into the set status all the buttons are greyed out.
we have all authorization for our ID.
Can any one of you give a clue.
    Regards

    Hi All,
Thank you for the contribution, i have got the reply from SAP please read below
    " hello,
a revoke of the service acceptance created by the shipment cost trans-
fer to FI/CO is not allowed. The only way to cancel this service entry
is cancelling the shipment cost transfer.
To cancel a shipment cost document (SCD) there a two ways:
    (1) Start VI02, enter the SCD number and ENTER
    (2) Select the transferred item, for which you want to cancel the
    transfer
    (3) Scoll to the end of data line in the overview screen
    (4) Set the flag in column 'Cancel' and press ENTER
    (5) Update the cancellation date, if the period (= transfer period) is
    closed already
    (6) Save the SCD
=> The Transfer of the SCD to FI/CO is canceled now
    (1) Start VI02, enter the SCD number and ENTER
    (2) Double click on the transferred item, you want to cancel
    (3) Select tab strip 'Settlement'
    (4) Set the flag in field 'Cancellation' and press ENTER
    (5) Update the 'Date canc.', if the period (= transfer period) is
    closed already
    (6) Save the SCD
=> The Transfer of the SCD to FI/CO is canceled now
In both cases the used Service Entry Sheet (SES) will be deleted, but
the Service Purchase Order will remain, even if the PO was created
automatically by the settlement process of the SCD.
I hope my explanations help you to clarify this issue.
If so, would you be so kind and close/confirm this message? "

  • How the freight cost are transferred from condition type of shipment cost document to service entry sheet and collected in service PO item

    Dear Experts:
could you please share with me the knowledge for below topic:
How the freight cost are transferred from condition type of shipment cost document to service entry sheet and collected in service PO item, because these three objects use three different pricing procedures, and different condition type.
how did the condition type of service entry sheet know to copy the value of whcih condition type in the pricing procedure of shipment cost document?
Is this SAP standard function OR there need an enhancement to do that?
I didn’t find related condition value copy setting in background, could you please share related setting with me? Thank you very much for your kind help!
    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi, Gopi,
Glad to see your feedback, but i still have question on your feedback:
which condition type in the pricing procedure of service entry sheet should know to capture the net value of shipment cost doc? becasue there are so many condition types,
And i have checked the corresponding condition type (PRSX) of service entry sheet pricing procedure in my SAP system, this is a self-defined condition type, but NO any calculation routine maintained for the condition type (PRSX), how did the condition type (PRSX) know to copy the total cost of shipment cost document?
Below is the example and another question:
what the relationship between the pricing procedures at service PO item level and service line item level?
    1. The freight cost in shipment cost document—including used condition type and pricing procedure
The pricing procedure of shipment cost document
    2. The freight cost in service entry sheet—including used condition type and pricing procedure
The pricing procedure of service entry sheet--the pricing procedure at service line item level
    3. The freight cost in service PO item—including used condition type and pricing procedure:

  • Issue with Service Entry Sheet Acceptance

    Hello,
I am running into an issue when accepting service entry sheets. Here is the scenario
I created 6 service master records and assigned unique valuation classes to each one of them . Each valuation class determines unique G/L account in Inventory postings ( Tcode OBYC-GBB)
I am creating a service entry sheet for these 6 service master records against a PO and accepting with different dollar value for each of the records. When I check PO, I can see only one line in Material document being generated with a cumulative dollar value from 6 records being posted to G/L in the PO  ( I was expecting one Material doc with 6 different lines with postings made to individual G/L account mentioned in the Config)
What am I missing in the config/data setup which is triggering postings to account in PO instead of individual accounts from OBYC setup
    Any inputs appreciated
    Thanks

    Hi,
For service procurement( which is without material master) ,the account determination for service or without material master, the G/L accounts are assigned with service group/material group where you defined material group in OMSF and then material group link it with valuation class in OMQW.
In OBYC ,_no valuation class needed for Service  with WRX key_.Use t.code: OBYC, Enter Chart of Account. Now & Double click WRX,, in next screen ,click RULES in application tool bar & then in next screen do not select check box of valuation class & save.
Now come back & Use t.code: OBYC, Enter Chart of Account, Double click WRX & enter your G/L account ONLY for GR/IR Clearing(for service)save.
The accounting entries are for service procurement are:
The accounting entry after SES released
    *Service Procurement(KBS): Dr
    GR/IR Clearing-service( WRX): Cr
The accounting entry after MIRO posting:
    GR/IR Clearing(service): Dr
    Vendor Account: Cr
The *Service Procurement account triggered during SES released bcuz of the same G/L account you entered during creation of PO/SO with cost center( check PO account assignment TAB in PO item details)

  • Service entry sheet validation required

    Dear Experts,
    i am facing a problem while accepting service entry sheet, the scenario is as follow;
when accepting service entry sheet reference to PO, the price change indicator is set in order to allow the users to enter a price not percentage, the problem is this scenario allow users to enter price more than that in PO which is totally wrong, so kindly please advice if there is any error message based on VALUE not QUANTITY can be generated on the system to control the value entered on the SES not to exceed the PO.
    thanks in advance...............................

thanks for your feed back, but the problem is the system allow which give the users the chance to accept service entry sheet with price more than in PO (No control at all), i tested it by myself and the system didnt stop me.

  • External Service Number(Service Entry Sheet)

    Dear All,
I want External Service Number( EXTSRVNO) In Service Entry Sheet (item level) to be get displayed while doing the
    MIRO Txn.
Please suggest how to include field EXTSRVNO  in MIRO screen at item level.
    Thanks & Regards
    Akshay

    Hi,
As per my knowledge. The Miro trxn depends on the Purchase order. and the Service entry sheet and invoice are the mannual doccuments which are not get included in each other but you can view them in the Po history only. and if you want to add it any how u have to maintain it in text only. becoz system will check you invoice depend on the material came in side the invetory but not on Goods receipt no. in the system.
    Please try your self.

  • Release Procedure for Service Entry Sheet Wr to the Purchasing document

    Hi,
I have configured the Service entry sheet release procedure on the basis of Purchase order document type by creating Characteristic With table -field (CESSR - BSART) and also class is maintained where the defined characteristic has been assigned.Release group is assigned to the class and all necessary customizing activities carried over. I assigned release group n Strategy thru Cl20n and also checked in Cl30n for the document type where system is exactly proposing only one value for the document type. But when i create Service entry sheet thru ML81N after saving the document i checked for release strategy through Goto-> Service entry sheet -> Release Strategy which is grey mode.
I tried thru ML85 System says that no suitable purchasing document is available for release.
    thank u

  • Purchase order and service entry sheet

    Hi
Is there a way to prohibit modifications on the position of services purchase order when the service entry sheet and the invoice were already entered for that position?
Thanks in advance for your help
    Tomas

hi, thanks for your help, but the problem that i have is when the service entry sheet and the invoice are allready entered, the user change the value of the position and the service tab, so the user can enter services for more amounts. So its produce difference on the purchase order history between the values of LERF (WE) and the value of the purchase position. For example
Service Purchase order for 100 dollars.
Tab service: 2 units for 50 dollars
The user enter one service entry sheet for 50 and the invoice for 50 (lerf and WE= 50)
Then the user change the position of the purchase order and increase the value to 100 and modifies the service tab to 1 services for 100.
Then he enter one service for 100 and the corresponding invoice..........so the result is the following:
    Service purchase position: 100
    LERF-WE: 150
so the purchase order history is inconsistence.
For that reason i whant to know is there is a wat to prohibit modifications on the position of purchase order
Thanks in advnace for your help
