Inactive and Active Workspace in CONS not in sync

Question

Hi,
We are facing a situation in the NWDI. The Public Part declared in a DC was renamed to Common_FunctionsSDA and Common_FunctionsAPI. During the activity imports into CONS system we observed that the activities failed because the DC in CONS system still refers to the old name of the Public Part (Common_FuntionsSDA and Common_FuntionsAPI) as below,

The DEV area does not have any problem and the public part definitions look as below in the active and inactive spaces for that particular DC(comm_fun).

In the CONS area the inactive space looks as below and is same as in the DEV.

The CONS active looks as below

The active and inactive spaces of CONS are not in sync at all... How do we correct this error? Can we directly sync the active and inactive spaces with some tool? Also, the inactive space is similar to DEV still it ends with the error of being unable to load the definition of the Public Part (error as above)..how an this occur when all the activites are first imported into the inactive space of CONS and then integrated into the active space..correct me if I am wrong here.

Hi,
If you know the missing data then either you can try to do a selective loading by creating new DTP from DSO to Cube.
But if you don't have proper selection available then you might have to go for Full Repair i.e. Full load using new DTP.
Note: You will have to delte all the existing data from Infocube before full load. Make sure that DSO has all the data available.
