Indesign CS5 crashing on document open

Question

I'm having a problem with a roughly 30 page indesign cs5 document - on opening it crashes within a couple of seconds. In the windows 7 (64bit) error log, it gives me:

Things I've tried:
Installed the InDesign CS5 7.0.3 update
Deleted preferences
Reinstalled cs5, using the cleaner tool
Opened in cs4 - doesn't want to open
Opened on another machine
Deleted all fonts used in the project
Tried placing the indd inside another doc

Naturally we of course charge and it costs only 99, no-cure, no-pay. It does not get any better than that. Do you know how much time I spent recovering this customers file? More than an hour. It often takes "testing" page-by-page, by deleting a page, re-saving and repeating this step each time, from the recovered file in the 'intermediate layout format,' as just one 'for example' story from the trenches. Each job has generally something interesting and these files from the OP were tiny compared to some of the huge jobs we have to download, deal with and re-upload. This all said, I do see your point, so I think you should fully understand how I was 'led' here in this case, since you asked...
In this case the OP (original poster), emailed me the link to THIS forum url and asked me to help. So I did. Thus no, no bait being used here at all. Yet quite frankly, many would GLADLY want to hear about this service before going through many and various loops of fire only to have no results, when the Markzware no-fix, no-pay InDesign file recovery service is available, as this recent customer testimonial closes with (He wished he would have just turned to Markzware right from the start):

Thank you Bob for all the referrals as well, we appreciate that. Please keep them coming! In this case though, we were led here by the OP in a rush, like many of these bad InDesign jobs end up being, for a recovery solution. We provided that recovery with no strings attached, as we always strive to deliver.
