InDesign No Longer Opening After a Crash

I have CS6. I was working on a project and it crashed. No I am no longer able to get InDesign to even open. My tech people have tried everything they know. We have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing. Any ideas?

It does work when we log in under a different user. We did the uninstall, the cs cleaner tool and a reinstall. We removed my user profile and rebuilt my user profile.It still isn't working. It tries to load and gets to the point where it is "Starting up Service Registry" and then it quits. We have gotten the message:

Just so you know, my computer is a Dell Optiplex 7010 Intell i3-3220 CPU 6GB RAM 64 bit OS with Window 7 Professional Service Pack 1
