Index Name Exceeds Maximum Allowed

I'm using the IKM Oracle Incremental Update and it creates a unique index on my interface table. The problem is that the interface table is i$_<Table Name>. The index is then created as i$_<Table Name>_idx.  The table I am working with is already 25 characters and the maximum allowed on Oracle (10g) is 30.  Is there a setting that I need to change or do I have to customize the knowledge module?
Thank you,
Troy

So you can try to remove a few char without changing a lot of thing.
For exemple you can modifiy the Unique Index procedure of your IKM Oracle Incremental Update.
I think you have this in the Index procedure:
create unique index <%=snpRef.getTable("L","INT_NAME","W")%>_idx on <%=snpRef.getTable("L","INT_NAME","W")%> (<%=snpRef.getColList("", "[COL_NAME]", ",", "", "(UK)")%>)
<%=snpRef.getUserExit("FLOW_TABLE_OPTIONS")%>
Which return you the the name of your index like i$_<Table Name>_idx
if you change what is in bold in the script you can remove 5 char and maybe it woulb be good for you.
By replacing INT_NAME by TARG_NAME you can obtain an index nammed <Table Name>_idx which remove 3 char
and after that you can change the "_idx" by "IX" which will give you <Table Name>IX and which remove 2 more char
so the procedure will look like :
create unique index <%=snpRef.getTable("L","TARG_NAME","W")%>ID on <%=snpRef.getTable("L","INT_NAME","W")%> (<%=snpRef.getColList("", "[COL_NAME]", ",", "", "(UK)")%>)
<%=snpRef.getUserExit("FLOW_TABLE_OPTIONS")%>
--> Evidently you can change a lot of other things to obtain less char for the name of your index

  • Javax.transaction.SystemException: Exceeded maximum allowed transactions on

    Hi,
I receive the following error when restarting weblogic server instance. Same error occurs when re-deploying the package.
I had previously deployed this package OK. Nothing has changed for the jar file it is complaining about.
I have restarted all java processes and even had the unix server restarted, however the same error comes up. I have no idea what to do.
Currently I have no application deployed as it fails every time. Nobody I know has seen this error or knows how to recover.

Error: - Failed to Upload File.Uploaded file of length 545451768 bytes exceeded maximum allowed length (134217728 bytes)
The patch file is what it is (545451768 bytes). How do I install this patch? I'm trying to upgrade a 10.1.0.3 DB to 10.1.0.4
    Thanks

Did you deploy Lync edge server?
The Edge Server rejects the authentication request, and redirects the Lync 2010 client to the Lync Web Services (https://lyncexternal.contoso.com/CertProv/CertProvisioningService.svc).
It seems the redirect fails, please check the event view on Lync edge Server.

  • "Project exceeds maximum allowed content duration" in iDVD

Trying to burn in iDVD 4.0.1, two and a half hours of video captured in FCE4. Size of file: 31.8 GB.
Got the above error. I was able to burn a one and one half hour capture, size 20 GB.
These are the original QuickTime Movie files produced by Capture. I did not Export.
Anyone know what iDVD's max content duration is? Is it a time max or a file size max?
Would exporting compress the file such that I could get more minutes of video on one DVD?
To try to answer that, I then did File/Export on the 2.5 hour QTMovie file, yielding a 1.62 GB FCEMovie file, still 2.5 hours. I tried to burn DVD but got the same error message - exceeds max allowed content duration.
Thoughts on max duration? Rental movies go longer than 2.5 hours, right?
    Thanks,
    TT

    hey there TTTTTT,
iDVD has time limits--2 hours on a single-layer DVD, 4 hours on a dual-layer. commercial DVDs may employ a dual layer disc to get more that 2 hours on a disc or use other options for getting more info on a disc--reducing the bit rate for the audio, using variable compression on the video, etc... commercial discs are usually replicated from tapes(DLT) & maybe authored using hardware accelerated very, very expensive software. if your Mac has the capability, try using a dual-layer disc. you can find this info this way: click the Apple> About This Mac> More Info> System Profile> Disc Burning.
    good luck.

  • Exchange2013 preparead error: "length of the access control list exceed the allowed maximum"

    Hi,
when when preparing ad (2008) for exchange 2013 installation, I get this error "length of the access control list exceed the allowed maximum"
after some searh I found this solution on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973848/en-us
which consists on the following steps:
Click Start, click Run, type ldp, and then click OK.
In the LDP console, click the Connection menu, click Connect, type domain controller name, and then click OK.
On the Connection menu, click Bind, type the credentials of the domain administrator, and then click OK.
On the View menu, click Tree.
In BaseDN drop-down list, select the appropriate domain context, such as "DC=Contoso,DC=com," and then click OK.
In the tree view, under DC=<var><domainname></var>,DC=com, locate to the object "CN=Microsoft Exchange System objects,DC=<var><domainname></var>,DC=com".
Right-click the object in step 6, click Advanced, select Security Descriptor, make sure that the SACL option and the "Text dump" option are
    unchecked and then click OK.
This will open a new window with security descriptor details
In this security descriptor Window, click to select the DACL check box.
In the middle pane of the Security descriptor Window, select and delete all the access control entries (ACEs) that have “\0ADEL:” in the Trustee column. Multiple ACEs can be selected and then click Delete
    ACE to delete them.
Close the security descriptor as soon as you delete the corresponding ACE's
    Close the LDP console.
    Force Domain Controller replication.
Rerun Exchange setup and it will install successfully
But I didn't find the object ""CN=Microsoft Exchange System objects" since I've removed it before the preparation!!!
Can anyone help please to solve this issue??
    Thanks

    Hi,
Please make sure all the access control entries (ACEs) that have “\0ADEL:” in the Trustee column have been deleted in the 'Microsoft Exchange security objects' OU. Also make sure the permissions are not inherited by the root domain
so go to properties of the domain.com, If there are any unknown accounts listed in ACLs, remove all of them.
Then follow your original posting of step 10 to 13 to rerun Exchange setup to have a try.
    Thanks,

  • Bex Query: Too many table names in the query The maximum allowable is 256

    Hi Experts,
I need your help, Im working on a Query using a multiprovider of 2 datastores, I need to work with cells to assign specific acconts values to specific rows and columns, so I was creating a Structure with elements from a Hierarchy, but I get this error when I'm half way of the structure:
"Too many table names in the query. The maximum allowable is 256.Incorrect syntax near ')'.Incorrect syntax near 'O1'."
Any idea what is happening? is ti possible to fix it? do I need to ask for a modification of my Infoproviders? Some one told me is possible to combine 2 querys, is it true?
Thanks a lot for your time and pacience.

    Hi,
The maximum allowable limit is 256 holds true. It is the max no. of characteristics and key figures that can be used in the column side. While creating a structure, you create key figures (restricted or calculated) and formulas etc.. The objects that you use to create these should not be more than 256.
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/4d/e2bebb41da1d42917100471b364efa/frameset.htm
Not sure if combination of 2 query's is possible.  You can use RRI. Or have a woorkbook with 2 queries.
    Hope it helps.

  • Packager fails with "Maximum file path name exceeded" on InCopy

Attempting to build the full suite with CCP 1.5.0 Build 83, running on Window 8.1 update 64-bit.
When building a 32-bit package it reaches InCopy it always stops and provides the so helpful "Maximum file path name exceeded error".  This appears to only happen when building the 32-bit package, building the 64-bit package caused no issues, and even in building the 32-bit package after the 64-bit package when everything is already downloaded the same error occurs.
    Tried it with:
    Cache path: C:\Users\iholmes\AppData\Local\Adobe\CCP\
    Destination path: F:\ISO\Adobe\Cloud\Working\CreativeCloud-06192014x86
    Also tried:
    Cache path: g:\Adobe\CCP
    Destination path: f:\cc\x86
These are all local paths, not mapped network drives.

    Same here. From: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\PDApp.log:
      <errorType>LongPathError</errorType>
      <filePath>C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\{839FDA1E-684B-4164-A8A0-AC83A4D37D3F}\AICY\ LS20\10.0\InCopy_10_LS20_Win32
I can manually extract the zip file from:  C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Adobe\CCP\AdobeCCPCache\AICY\LS20\InCopy_10_LS20_Win32.7z to the above path (which I think is what it's trying to do) with no error, so it seems to be something Adobe is going to have to fix.
Someone else worked around it by creating a local user with a single character as the user name: Creative Cloud Packager Keeps Failing on InDesign: "Maximum File Path Name Exceeded"

  • Document name exceeds allowed length

    Hello all,
We are getting an "Document name exceeds allowed length" error when we want to approve a shopping card. There is no attachments in the SC and no reason for this error. First of all we already created the SC and approval WF started and now when we check the document this error occurs.
Do you have any idea where to start checking?
    Best regards

    Hi
The error should not be raised in the case where no attachment exists, it is raised normally when the attachment URL exceeds 255 characters.
However - perhaps you need to apply the note [1269204|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1269204]. This may be the issue in your system.

  • Sum of values exceeds the allowed maximum value per service line

    Hi Guys,
While creating PO wrt to contract : I get error msg : Sum of values exceeds the allowed maximum value per service line Message no. SE402. Can I change it to warning or should I bifurcate one line into two , as the value is very big. Totalling to 11 characters excluding decimal. Its like xxx, xxx, xxx.xx inr.
    Regards,
    SK

    Hi,
For service line items, the maximum allowed limit is 999999999.99 (total 11 digits including 2 decimals) as per design. If you want more than that, you may split the service in to two line items.
The note:   1810281 - System does not issue error message SE 402  explains the logic.

  • Credit receipt exceeds Maximum amount allowed

    Hello,
We were recently requested to update one of our expense type's "Default/Max. value", also we were requested to have the "Amount type" set to "Error message for exceeding maximum".  We have now come across a problem where credit receipts that are uploaded to our system are above the maximum amount allowed and are receiving the error message, these receipts cannot be itemized with personal expense down to the maximum because of the error message, so the users are having to enter these receipts in manually.
Is there a way to keep the error message for the maximum value and be able to itemize the receipt even if the receipt is above the limit?
    - Edward Edge

    hi
    no you cannot.
the only way you can change the system error message as warning and proceed.

While using Creative Cloud Packager to create a package I receive the error 'maximum file path name exceeded' during the download.  The package save location I orginally chose was \\server\share\adobe\Creative Suite.  After the first failure, I mapped a 'Z drive' to that location and am still getting the error.  How do make a path shorter than 'Z:\'?
I'm using Windows XP SP3 to create a 64 bit Windows package.  I just downloaded and installed the Creative Cloud Packager today.
Thanks to  anyone who can help.

I did some further troubleshooting and couldn't get it working on the XP PC.  I installed the Creative Cloud Packager on a Win 8 PC and it looks like it's working as it should.

  • 600 is the maximum allowable size of an index.

"600 is the maximum allowable size of an index. Composite index specified is 1275 bytes."
The above is the error I receive when I deploy my application in JBoss version 4.0.1. I am using Sybase 11.5. I am using jtds-1.1 database driver.
    BankService is an entity bean.
I am unable to figure out where the problem is.
I am in the middle of a deployment at a client's and am desperately in need of help.
    Thanks in advance.
