Insert column into shopping cart status screen

Hi,
I need to insert a column into the shopping cart status screen table control( search results).(BBPSC04).
Can u pls let me know whether i can achieve this by adding an append structure or standard screen modification?

How do i create a custom field in SRM_MDM shopping cart preview screen

I on SRM 5.0 MDM 2.0.
Requirement is 'temp labor'. i have a price form a speciific supplier for specific service is $80 in SRM_MDM catalog.
But i talked to supplier and they have agreed on a new price of $75. After I select this catalog item, and view the shopping cart preview screen i see "Price information and total price". I want to add a custom field to the shopping cart preview screen called "new price" to enter $75 as the new price and click recalculate to recalulate the new total price and send this to SRM for follow on functions...
is there standard functionality in SRM7 for this requirement?

Hi Alex.
I totally agree with Sudhanshu's comments. If you create a custom specific field it will always be a read-only. you can also use EForm for such usecases. Also in case of SRM-MDM Scenario, the price information field holds a standard behaviour which can't be manipulate for custom specific fields.
But if you want to achive this through the exisitng repository schema and the BADI. then you can follow the steps given below:
1. If you want to hold the value for the new price, you can create a new custom field (New Price)of type "Text" in the repository and store the price information in that field.
2. In the configuration screen, you can add the "New Price" to all the views(Result Set, Shopping Cart Preview etc).
3. In the "Shopping Cart Preview", now you can view the existing standard price information column and the newly created "New Price" column. Now you can change the quantity based on your need. Now when you click "Recalculate" button the standard price column will change and not the "New Price" column.
4. Now you can map this newly created field to any of the custom fields which were provided by default. (like NEW_ITEM-CUSTFIELD1).
5. You can make use of the BADI BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER to perform the remaining calculations.
6. The BADI will hold all the catalog related data in its OCI structure. Before transferring the data to shopping cart you can modify it by multiplying the quantity with the "New Price" value and send the updated price in the OCI standard structure "NEW_ITEM_PRICE".
Now SRM shopping cart will hold the updated "New Price" for the item shopped through catalog.

Cannot see list of Product Categories in Shopping Cart entry screen

Hi All,
I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this issue.
Although I appear to have sucessfully replicated the backend R3 Mat Groups into SRM Product Categories, as I can see them in the hierachy screen, i.e. Hierachy ID R3MATCLASS in trans code COMM_HIERARCHY, they are not appearing in my Shopping Cart entry screen Product Categories drop down.
I have looked in Org structure maintanance and can see two things that may be the root causes:
(a) In 'Exended Attributes', if I select the Source System, I do not get the option to list the product categories in the match code box
(b). In the 'check' screem, the system is displaying the message 'Attribute ITS_DEST not yet defined'
Any feedback on how I can pull in the groups during cart entry would be appreciated.

Hi Kathirvel,
I am not sure if this workaround is correct, but rather than using trans code BDLS as you suggested, I defined the logical system 'ABC' . This logical system was the assigned as a target system in 'Assignment of Logical Systems' under the product category customisation (table COMV_LOGSYS_MAP)
These changes subsequently allowed the drop down on the Org structure when selecting a Product Category in extended attributes, therefore making the list available in the web front end.
The IMG help text for COMV_LOGSYS_MAP says:
Case 1
You have created the categories in your test system. They therefore have the logical system <SYSTEM_TEST>. So that the categories can also be changed once they have been transported into the production system, the categories must have the logical system <SYSTEM_PROD> in the target system.
Maintain the following entry:
Source <SYSTEM_TEST>
Target <SYSTEM_PROD>
The logical system of the categories will be changed from <SYSTEM_TEST> to <SYSTEM_PROD>.
This appears to have resolved the issue. I would be interested to hear what you think,

I am working on utilities report in SRM server, If I execute the report the shopping cart per product will display at the output in ALV.
If I click on the Transaction number the needs to Jump into shopping cart.

It might be best to provide details on where you currently are with this project, i.e. is all you are looking for the WD Component to call to open shopping cart status or do you already have this but calling it results in runtime error or similar?
It is very important to include all the details rather than asking something like 'suggest me how to do this requirement', this indicates to the general community that you have not even tried yourself to do this and if the issue is that you are unable to code such a task then you should raise a thread in the relevent ABAP forums.

you can use the badi BBP_MON_SC to enhance Monitor SC screen.
more over if you want to adding CUF for header level and item level then you can use the standard Include structures provided by SAP and then to make it functional you can use the badi.

Missing print preview icon in Shopping Cart status srm 5.0

Hello,
Some users don't have the print preview icon in the shopping cart status.
I checked attributes and authorization, but that isn't the problem as far as I can see.
b/c some users have this problem and others don't I don't have any idea what the problem might be.

Shopping cart status I111 - Item in transfer Process

Hello Experts,
I have one issue in which enduser had created a shopping cart and now its approved but no follow on document is generated.
I checked in the application monitor : I saw the item status is "Item is in Transfer in Process'.
When i run the report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED. now the status changes from I111 to I1112. "error in transmission'.
Please guide me how i can repost the document so that follow on document will get generated.
I am in ECS scenario with SRM 7.0

I have checked the BBP_PD for the Shopping cart and the Item data.
My finding are :
BE_LOG_SYSTEM : VLBSRP300 " This is my SRM - SRP(Production) System and the client
BE_OBJECT_TYPE : BUS2201 " Again this is the PO business object
BE_OBEJCT_ITEM : Blank
BE_OBJEC_ID : 1 "
But there is no PO created .
When i ran the report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED. then my Shopping cart status changed from I1111 to I1112.
Now please let me know how i can process my shopping cart to create follow-on documents,

Problem with shopping cart status

Hi Experts,
We are implementing SRM 5.0. When i create a shopping cart for services, it creates purchase requisition in the backend but the status of shopping cart, 'Purchase Requisition Created', is not getting updated in SRM. But when I modify and save that purchse requisition in the backend, only then it updates the shopping cart status. I'm also using CLEANUP_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 programs as background jobs.
Kindly help me in solving this issue.

Hi,
This issue is resolved now.
The problem was when service PR is created from SRM on R/3, the system fails to create entries in table ESLH. To resolve this issue we implemented note 922372 and its working fine now.

BBP_MON_SC reports shows REJECTED shopping cart status as AWAITING APPROVAL

We are facing a problem in BBP_MON_SC report. This report shows some of the REJECTED shopping cart status as AWAITING APPROVAL.

Shopping cart status of 'awaiting approval'

Hi Everyone,
All Shopping Baskets that are rejected by the approver are entering the Order raisers Shopping Basket status report with the status wrong displaying as Awaiting Approval . On previous versions of SRM, the status would be set to In Your Inbox]. This issue is with this header status only as the line items for rejected Baskets does show rejected.
Any help is welcome. I am on SRM 5.

Actually, system behaves in the following way:
- A shopping cart is created and goes to approval;
- Approver rejects the cart and the workitem is send back to requester inbox in order to accept the rejection or change the cart and resubmit it to approbation;
- If requester checks the cart (Inbox or BBPSC04), its header status will be "In your inbox";
- If someone (administrator, for example), checks the cart via BBP_MON_SC transaction (Monitor Shopping Cart) before the requester acceptance/changes, the shopping cart status will be "Awaiting approval", since the cart is still in approbation process.

Inbound handler - German Signs not correct transfer into shopping cart

we use SRM 7.0 and external catalogues. After returning from all catalogues the german special characters ä, ü etc. will not be
transferred in a correctly way into shopping cart. Since 27th of february SAP is looking for a solution. Issue is not solved. Maybe someone has experience with german catalogues and SRM 7.0

Approved shopping carts not displayed in shopping cart status report

Hi Gurus
we are facing an issue in shopping cart status report. When the approver selects 'Approved by me' in shopping carts status report system is not showing any list. There are number shopping carts approved by the user . Other selection like selection period, status , completed indicator were selected properly. But if the approver selects 'Rejected by me' the system is showing all the shopping carts approved, rejected, and awaiting approval related to the approver.
This is happning with one user only. We had checked user authorization and parameters and every thing is fine . Aslo compared the same with other users for whom this report is working fine . We are in SRM 5.5 extended caassic senario.
Any suggestions/solutions on this

In olden days of SRM , we forcily assign account assignment for PR which do not have accounting data in the PR to create a successful SC in SRM and remove the account assignment while creating a PO in the backend.
but since your in SRM 7.0
and also you made ensure that your PR has account assignment but it is not sitting in the cockpit.
and your shopping card trying to create a PO and failed right?
since it has incomplete data , how PO is creating. How system can create a PO without vendor.

Hi Robert,
Have the start conditions for the workflow changed as a result of the support packs? It may be that you have to change the triggering event to reflect the new situation. I would check SWEL to see what event is actually published and compare to that which the workflow is using.
