I tried to install OS4 on my 3GS iPhone. Process reported that a restore and update were required. The restore failed with error message 1014. This has rendered the phone unusable. Any help for me since Apple technicians from India weren't able to help.

When I try to save a form as “Reader Extended PDF” in Acrobat Pro, I get an error message “This document could not be reader enabled”.
The steps I’m following are described below:
1. Insert electronic signatures
- In Tasks, click on “Add New Field -> Digital Signature”.
- Move the square to the place where you want to put the signature and click.
- Fill in the “field name” with the name of the person who has to sign here.
- When it is done, click anywhere on the screen.
- In Tasks, click on “Close Form editing”.
- Go to menu “File -> Save as -> Reader Extended PDF ->Enable additional features”, click on “Save now”.
- Fill in the file name and click on “Save”.
2. Save the Form
- In Tasks, click on “Close Form editing”.
- Go to menu “File -> Save as -> Reader Extended PDF ->Enable additional features”, click on “Save now”.
- Fill in the file name and click on “Save”.
I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 10.0.0 on a W7 workstation

Hi!
We have an Oracle 9iAS R2 v9.0.2.2 installation on Linux (Red Hat Advanced Server 2.1). We have installed PatchSet 2703110, 2581587 and 2842923.
Oracle9i Reports version is: 9.0.2.2.0
iAS and Infrastructure are on separate hosts.
Trying to run Reports demo test.jsp or test.rdf we get the following message:
javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: REP-56071: Security check failed with error message: Error code30001 - Cannot access the server:rep_dkipcias
In package:wwv_rw_usr function:security_check
Command line is: server=rep_dkipcias report=/repdemo/examples/Tools/test.jsp rundate="29-MAY-03 09:05:01"
Found on Metalink the following Note: 216847.1
This recommends to comment out the security and destination tags in ORACLE_MIDDLETIER_HOME/report/conf/<repserver>.conf file
After commenting them out reports works fine.
BUT
at the end of the note there is a note which states that "Commenting out the security tag removes the integration of the reports server and portal."
We need reports integration with Portal. We need SSO as well.
Could you give any workaround for this problem?
PS.: I have red Note:213171.1, Note:216118.1, http://otn.oracle.com/products/reports/htdocs/getstart/whitepapers/securing9i.pdf and BUG:2645629
None of them gave any solution for the problem

To be more specific: The mentioned security check failure exists outside of Portal as well. Eg. when we try to run the default portal test examples (test.jsp, test.rdf) from the iAS home page Demonstartions tab.

I am also receiving the above error - these reports are deployed on our Portal - to which all registered SSO users should have access to.
one more thing...
We obtain the error only when execute under some "load", example: 15 reports running simultaneously.

I am also facing this problem - I've deployed the reports on the Portal and authenticated users can access the reports.
The problem is that when any authenticated user tries to access the report, on his very first access this error is shown.
REP-56071: Security check failed with error message: Error code30009 - Generic access check failed..
But after the user click on the Personalize link of the portlet and specify the parameters values(which are empty initially) then report runs fine.
Plz let me know the solution as no user will like to see this error message for the first time he opens the report.

I also get the following error on running any report on this server:
REP-110: Unable to open file 'Test.rdf'.
REP-1070: Error while opening or saving a document.
REP-0110: Unable to open file 'Test.rdf'.
Anyone seen the same issue before?

SCCM 2012 R2 CU2 all latest patches.
I attempted to create a task sequence media and I get the error in the screenshot below. I have deleted and recreated the operating system,boot image, driver pack and task sequence. The usb media is 16GB and the task sequence size is 3004MB.
I only see the error in CreateTSMedia.log as below. How do you fix this?

Programmatically generated emails sometime failed with error "Message included an invalid address".

I am facing a strange problem. I would appreciate if someone can help me.
Our application sends emails periodically (every 30 minutes). Initially emails send out correct but then the emails stop with error message "Message included an invalid address" after some time.
FYI, the devices are using MDS/BES connection. Contect protection is enable. etc.
Below is the code used to send emails:
Message message = new Message();
Address toAdd = new Address(emailTo, emailTo);
Address toAdds[] = new Address[1];
toAdds[0] = toAdd;

I enabled the contect protection on my test device and then after few emails the emails show red cross when device was locked with the same error.
So I believe the email does not go out when the content protection is enable and deice is locked.

I have received the error code 87 when attempting to update Creative Cloud. I had previously received an update for Acrobat Pro (not the CC version), and the install failed. Now I cannot install any Adobe product. How do I resolve this issue? Rather important that there is not a long delay.

Fiscal Year Change in MM failing with error message

Hi I am with a company that is using SAP R/3 ECC6 Modules SD MM FI CO with COPA (costing based) for reporting. Our fiscal year runs 1 August to 31 July. I am a FICO support analyst, currently also filling in for SDMM until we complete recruitment of a new person in that post.
In MM when trying to open the new period/close the old, we are getting the error message 'The specified year 2009 is not the current calendar year.' the detailed log says 'incorrect period in control record of CoCo. The current period (month/year is 112008)
I have:
1) Maintained our FYV in the IMG and it is set to year independent (tried making it year dependent but that didn't solve the problem)
2)Set the apppropriate periods with correct year shift and texts
3) Assigned the CoCode to the FYV
4) Checked that the proper variant for posting periods are set.
5) Set the Global parameters for the CoCode
Financial postings work fine and there seems to be no problem with the FYV there, and everything worked Ok last year (our first with SAP since Go Live).
I have searched the relevant sections in my SAP Press config manuals for FI and MM and done a search on Google but there must be something I am missing.
Can anyone suggest a solution, please.

Thanks anyway, Vijay, but OB52 is for changing Fiscal periods. That table is set correctly, the financial postings wouldn't be working if it wasn't.
I hadn't checked OMSY, Syed, thank you for that suggestion. There are no entries in any of the fields for Year or FYr. I am willing to make entries here to try it if there is a good reason but why would it have worked all through FY2008 without any entry in these fields but fail now in the new FY? The period change worked without problem for the past 12 months, isn't this the same as most SAP fields i.e. if you enter nothing then it is open for everything, in this case all years?
I am using MMPV to try to open the new period but it is there that I am getting the error messages.

The system reserved partition serves a purpose. If it is deleted, then the OS will not boot back up. Scheduling a Deski report fails with error message: "Failed to get property

Hi,
We have created few Desktop Intelligence report. Now when these report are schedules to be refreshed weekly (on Sunday), it fails with the following error message:
"Failed to Get Property"
Have tried to refresh the reports manually in Full Client too but the report fails there too.
Have checked for the connection information. The servers are up and running.
Have tried to re-create the connection and even tried to re-import and export the Universe.
If we rename the report and save it and export, it works fine. Can not try this workaround as have more that 500 reports.
Please suggest.

usually the message "Failed to Get Property" is followed by an item name such as SI_FILE, or SI_VARIABLE, or SI_USE_ORIGINALDS, and so on.
Could you please specify as much information coming from the error message as you can?
Furthermore, is this issue happening with any Desktop Intelligence reports you schedule?
Are the reports using the same Universe?
Which DB are you using?

Essbase LCM export on non-foundation machine fails with error message EPMLC

Running an lcm utility command line export on a non- foundation machine fails with an error message:
EPMLCM-30043: Unable to load the plugin class com.hyperion.essbase.lcm.ESBLCMPlugin
bare in mind that:
- other exports like planning and foundation metadata exports run succesfull on this non-foundation machine
- running an essbase export from the foundation user interface succeeds too.
What files can be missing or other issue can cause this?

release transfer should work by steps what have you followed only requirement is to have create the similar namespace in the target software component first and then do the release transfer.
one thing just try unchecking the target SWCV (original objects option at down it should work then)
1.To release objectse from one SCV to another you need to follow the following procedure.
Login to Integration Repository.
Click on Tools -> Release Transfer. You can select the source & target interface or select individual objects if you want..
If you need further clarifications do let us know.
2.you may not have authorization to use Release Transfer so i would suggest use copyobject option to copy from one SWCV1 to SWCV2. right click on source select cop option change the SWCV
Select the namespace under your SWCV. Go to Tools->Release Transfer.
It will transfer all the objects under this namespace to the specified SWCV.

Or else you can select individual objects under the namespace and right click on the object and select Copy Object. You will get a dialog box where you can select the new location where you want to copy this object.

Project Server 2010 - Update Scheduled Queue job failed with error message" Error no 131- AssignmentAlreadyExists"

When I tried to update the schedule of the project , the job failed with the error message " AssignmentAlreadyExists". I further looked into the ULS logs but it wasn't that helpful.
This is the message I found in ULS logs "type = UpdateScheduledProject failed at Message 5 and is blocking the correlation Errors: AssignmentAlreadyExists,Leaving Monitored Scope (FillTypedDataSet -- MSP_WEB_SP_QRY_ReadTimeSheetAssignmentsAndCustomFieldData).
Execution Time=398.730006187937"
Pplease help me to understand the root cause of this problem.
I have verified all the assignments in the plan and I did not find any duplicates.
