Installation problem: I'm not finding ...\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\15\1\.cp\lib

<p>I&#39;m following the PDF on &#39;Creating a Thick Client Application&#39; and I do not find a 15 folder in the ...\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\ folder.  What piece did I not install?  </p><p> </p><p>Thanks in advance. </p>

You can find the JAR in question, ReportViewer.jar, in ..\eclipse\plugins\com.businessobjects.sdks.jrc.11.8.0_11.8.1.v671\lib as well.  Note that "11.8.1.v671" above denotes the version number, which increases with every update; you should always use the latest version.

  • Hyperion Planning - Invalid or could not find module configuration

    Hi,
    I have changed the essbase properties file in both essbase server and reporting server as below and restarted all the hyperion services.
    netConnectRetry=30
    netDelay=2000
    netSocketTimeOut=20000
    After restarting the services, I am not able to open the planning applications. I am getting error message - "Invalid or could not find module configuration"
    Thanks,
    Aravindh K

    Was that error straight after restarting the services, usually that type of error can be caused if the jdbc connection pool is full which shouldnt really be happening when the service is starting up.
    Are you able to log into Planning directly though? If not, restart the service again and check if any errors are logged.
    Cheers

  • Error "Invalid or Could not find module configuration" and "Required application module HyperionPlanning.planning is not configured

    Dear
      I use version 11.2.1, try to open an application one by planning and workspace is the error below.
      "Invalid or Could not find module configuration" and "Required application module HyperionPlanning.planning is not configured"
    I checked the oracle site, but the suggested solution is not possible because using the OHS and found the file HYSLWorkers.properties.
    Solution
    On the server que hosts the Apache component:
    1. Navigate to HYPERION_HOME%% \ common \ httpServers \ Apache \ 2.0.59 \ conf
    2. Edit the file named HYSLWorkers.properties,
    3. Locate the entry starting with "worker.HP__8300.port"
    4. Set its value to the value of the Planning web application's listening port incremented by two,
    5. Save and close
    6. Restart Apache only
    Anyone have any suggestions?

    If restarting the services does not help, run the EPM configurator again and configure foundation web server again then restart services and try logging into workspace
    Cheers

  • Time capsule problems: Mac does not find it

    Hi,
    Although my Wi-Fi Network is properly functioning, and Time capsule is responsible for that, my iMac is not finding Time capsule when it comes to Time Machine back-ups. I have been backing-up my Mac for about three years and the problem appeared recently. What suggestions you all have? Should I Format my Time capsule and restart it all over again? How do I manage to keep my older back-ups?
    Thanks
    Luiz

    Hi
    I thank you all for the efforts in trying to help our uneasy days! Let me tell you how I was able to solve the problem I had with Time Capsule.
    As I said, my Mac would not find Time Capsule anymore.
    Followed this steps:
    1. Turned off Wi-Fi.
    2. Restarted my Mac with ethernet cable connecting Mac to Time Capsule.
    3. Entered Ethernet Network connection configuration and configured IPV6 to Link-local only. Applied changes.
    4. Opened Time Machine preferences. There it was my Time Capsule again! Selected it and ordered to back-up!
    5. It is backing-up again!
    Good luck to all!

  • Error: Could not find file for old Adobe Reader Bundle

    We are running Zenworks 11.2.3a (just upgraded to this version last week) on a linux server. Today, I received calls from a number of users, their computers were displaying the following error message:
    Could not find the file "/var/opt/novell/zenworks/content-repo/tmp/zpm/plp//windows/x86/en/E8833D51-5176-4B73-B6D2-A47603C3270D.plp" to install.
    They are getting this pop-up message 2 times every time Zenworks refreshes.
    I tried to find this file on the Zenworks server but the directory does not exist on the server. In fact, I can only navigate as far as /var/opt/novell/zenworks/content-repo/tmp/zpm - there is only one folder in this directory named dauzip.
    Here is the error message from the zmd-messages.log on one of the workstations:
    [GenericActions.FileCouldNotBeFound] [Could not find the file "/var/opt/novell/zenworks/content-repo/tmp/zpm/plp//windows/x86/en/E8833D51-5176-4B73-B6D2-A47603C3270D.plp" to install.] [] [fd868047b8dda3fab8f372c803a2a4f3]
    Any idea what's causing this error or how to fix it?

    No idea what is causing this.
    To fix, maybe just delete the bundle and create a new one ?

  • VDI 3.0 installation problems - VDI database not starting

    Hi
    I am trying to install VDI 3.0 (released yesterday) on a Sun Fire X2200 server, running Solaris 10u6. The package installation runs just fine, but I can't get VDI configured properly. When running the vdi-config program, I choose to set up a evaluation VDI host, and then everything runs fine until it reaches the "Starting Sun VDI database (MySQL)" point. It hangs there for a couple of minutes, before simply stating "Failed". The configuration program also prints out the following in the end of the run:
    Common Agent Container Configuration
       + Restarting Common Agent Container service...
    Error when trying to start SMF service: [svc:/application/management/common-agent-container-1:default].
    Please check the SMF log file for more information: [/var/svc/log/application-management-common-agent-container-1:default.log].This seems to be because the common-agent-container-1 service depends on vdadb:sql running, which it fails to.
    If I try to start vdadb:sql manually after the configuration (using svcadm clear vdadb:sql), the following is put into the services log, and the service is still in maintenance mode:
    [ Mar 25 15:16:19 Executing start method ("/opt/SUNWvda/lib/vda-db-service start") ]
    Configuration:

       NDBD_CONNECTSTRING=[localhost]; NDBD_INITIAL_ARG=[--initial]; NDBD_NODE_ID=[2];
    Starting the Sun Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Database service:

       - Starting Data Node...
         Arguments: [localhost --initial]...
         Error
    [ Mar 25 15:21:26 Method "start" exited with status 95 ]I can't seem to get any further debug messages, and I can't find out how to go any further with this, as "Failed" and "Error" seems to be the only error messages I get.
    As far as I can see, the error message is coming from the "waitForNdbdNodeStartup" function on line 296 of /opt/SUNWvda/lib/vda-db-service, but I can't really get any nearer than that.
    Does anybody know how to get further in this regard?
    /Jeppe

    Hi, I have been reading and trying the solutions on this post to no avail ... as this post is still open and it seems like the subject still applies to my problem, I am using this one... the case is:
    I am trying to setup an evaluation for vdi3 using several machines, 1 for the vdi core, 2 for the secondaries and another one as the storage server. the main and one secondary installed and got configured fine, but the second secondary is failing and I dont know why, I just unconfigured and uninstalled it and did reinstalled and reconfigured it again, but something went wrong, I havent
    touched anything except changing the 300 to 16 in the ini file ...

  • Can not find Database Configuration Assistant

    It's my understanding that once I have download and installed XE one of the first task I need to do is to create a database. It appears that Database Configuration Assistant is the tool to use for this. Unfortunatly, I do not see how to get to it. On my start menu I see references to batch files to backup database and restore database but nothing to create a database or get to Database Configuration Assistant.
    I received an error on the install which may be part of the problem.
    "The installer is unable to instantiate the file C:\Users.....\AppData\Temp\{540....}/KEY_XR.reg. This file does not appear to exist."
    I'm running Window 7 Home Premium, 64 bit operating system.
    Any idea what I am doing wrong?

    Home versions of Windows are not supported for Oracle installs - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17781_01/install.112/e18803/toc.htm#BABGGAJA
    So things may or may not work as advertised.
    In general, when you install XE successfully on a supported OS, a database is automatically created for you - you do not need to use DBCA. In fact, the XE install does not include the DBCA executable

  • Problems with program not finding Fonts

    Problems with Fonts on new iMac.
    I'm not sure if this is a problem because I switched to Snow Leopard or because I ported all my information using Migration assistant to the new iMac.
    Every time I open Firefox 3.6, I get the same annoying popup messages that Firefox can't find Arial and Times New Roman and wants to allow Firefox to use those fonts on my backup hard drive (which is actually the hard drive I was running Leopard on on my previous computer) I have checked my new computer, and yes the fonts are installed on my new computer. I have used FontBook to resolve duplicate fonts. When I tried to search on Firefox issues, people have problems with the wrong fonts rendering on the screen, which I don't have. For some reason, Firefox is looking in the wrong place. I don't think this is a Firefox issue, as I'm running the same version of Firefox on the new computer as I did on the old computer and I didn't have any problems on the old computer. Is there anything I should be checking in FontBook to make this problem go away?

    Can't address your FireFox issues, since I use Safari and these forums are for solving issues with Apple's products. You might try the FireFox forums. Additionally, give Font Management in OS X a look see.

  • Weblogic 6 Post Installation Problem - weblogic.Server not found

    I reinstalled my recent downloads of the evaluation
    copy of Weblogic 6.0 server three times on my NT 4.0 Service
    pack 6 notebook computer. Installation works. However, I can't
    start the server using the "startWebLogic.cmd". I get an error
    that says that the class "weblogic.Server" is not
    found -
    Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/Server
    javap command cannot locate the class either.
    My suspicion: weblogic .jar is corrupt.
    Question: How do I get a new jar file? I have already
    downloded the install files twice with no luck.
    I have enclosed the command prompt messages.

    It looks like your startWebLogic.cmd script has problems with the class
    path. You should doublecheck that.

  • Problem with filters not finding an image in LR 4.0 after being edited in Photoshop CS6 beta

    I am running Lightroom 4.0 on a Win7 Professional 64-bit system. I have come up with a strange problem I can describe but don't know how it can more generally be duplicated, unless this is a Photoshop CS6 beta bug.
    I am looking through in Library module at a shoot. When I filter by a keyword that some of the pictures have, a recently edited image does not show up. Here is what I mean; let X=IMG_6260:
    1) For X.CR2, edit in Photoshop CS5. All works well - X-ed.tif gets created and added to my LR previous import set.
    2) Clicking on X-ed.tif, edit in Photoshop CS6 beta. All seems fine - X-ed-2.tif gets created and added to my LR previous import set.
    3) The keywords on all three images - the original and the two edits - are the same. I can confirm that by, in grid view, selecting these three and noting no asterisks in the composite keyword view. One of the keywords is the person's name - let's say it is "Sara".
    4) Now, when I click in the keyword list on "Sara", all images in this most recently imported set show up with her *except* X-ed-2.tif - the one created by CS6 beta.
    Strange! Should this be reported in a CS6 forum? Thanks.

    Yep, it returns nothing. Debug output seems to be largely irrelevant except this oddity:
    -- Debug: Received Message:
    -------------------------- BEGIN NETLINK MESSAGE ---------------------------
    [NETLINK HEADER] 16 octets
    .nlmsg_len = 36
    .type = 2 <ERROR>

    .port = 1853883468
    [ERRORMSG] 20 octets
    .error = 0 "Success"
    [ORIGINAL MESSAGE] 16 octets

    .seq = 1421583995
    .port = 1853883468
    --------------------------- END NETLINK MESSAGE ---------------------------
    Message type = "error" with a message = "success"? Not sure if this is normal or not

  • Godaddy SSL certificate installation problems - intermediate certificate not being recognized

    domain = mail.gottfried.org
    Installed both the certificate and the intermediate certificate from godaddy (used the 10.6 mac os x version)
    Response from:
    http://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=mail.gottfried.org
    The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. You can fix this by following GoDaddy's Certificate Installation Instructions for your server platform. Pay attention to the parts about Intermediate certificates.
    When I check in 0000_any_443_.conf
    I see:
    SSLCertificateFile "/etc/certificates/mail.gottfried.org.1E5F3C903B64E78E3241929B16F616D1DDD130FE. cert.pem
    SSLCertificateKeyFile "/etc/certificates/mail.gottfried.org.1E5F3C903B64E78E3241929B16F616D1DDD130FE. key.pem
    SSLCertificateChainFile "/etc/certificates/mail.gottfried.org.1E5F3C903B64E78E3241929B16F616D1DDD130FE. chain.pem
    I am assuming that the intermediate certificate should be:
    mail.gottfried.org.1E5F3C903B64E78E3241929B16F616D1DDD130FE.chain.pem
    When I look at that certicate it is the same as
    mail.gottfried.org.1E5F3C903B64E78E3241929B16F616D1DDD130FE.cert.pem
    When I check keychain and exported both the mail.gottfried.org certificate and also the starfield secure certification authority they match what was installed initially (what I downloaded from Godaddy).
    It looks like in the install process the intermediate certificate is not being linked to the ssl certificate and that the ssl certificate is being used for the chain.
    Anyone have any suggestions?
    I have talked to both Godaddy and Apple Enterprise support. Godaddy has nothing past 10.6 instruction wise (though the support person really tried to help). The Apple rep couldnt really help and if I really want help from them I need to talk to integration where costs start at $700....
    Anyone have an SSL provider that worked properly with 10.8  or has really good support for mountain lion server?
    Please let me know.
    Thanks!

    While you still can, get a refund for the certificate, and get a certificate from somebody else, and preferably one that doesn't need an intermediate?  That'll be the easiest.
    If you're not doing ecommerce or otherwise dealing with web browsers and remote clients that you don't have some control over or affiliation with, you can use a private certificate and get equivalent (or arguably better) security.  Running your own certificate authority does mean you'll learn more about certificates, though.
    Here and here are general descriptions of getting certificates and intermediate certificates loaded, and some troubleshooting here and particularly here (TN2232).  I have found exiting Keychain Access to be a necessary step on various versions.  It shouldn't be, but...
    FWIW and depending on your particular DNS setup and whether you're serving multiple web sites, you'll need a multiple-domain certificate.
    Full disclosure: I've chased a few of these cases around for customers, and it can take an hour or three to sort out what the particular vendor of math, err, certificates has implemented, to confirm the particular certificate formats and possibly convert the certificates where necessary, and to generally to sort out the various posted directions and confusions.  (I'm not particularly fond of any of the major math, err, certificate vendors, either.)

  • Can not find system configuration

    hey,
    i thinh i deleted "system configuraton" . how can i get it back?
    thanks for helping me!

    Hi
    Do you mean System Preferences? Did you just remove it from the dock, or did you actually delete it from your Applications folder (where it normally is)? If you actually deleted it (and it's not in the trash), you may need to use Pacifist to recover it.
