If you have Windows 7 Pro you can try to install CS3 in XP mode.

Once you get your S/N and download the software, back them up to a CD or backup HD. Not doing that is like purchasing a CD, installing software, and tossing the CD in the trash.

The model 6,1 Late 2009 and the model 7,1 Mid 2010 use an A1331 battery. You can replace it yourself or have Apple do it for you for $129. If you need it quickly make sure you order it from a U. S. seller. Orders from China can take two or three weeks.

Where can I get a link to download Elements 10, as I need to re-install on my PC. I can only find links to Elements 12

You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

No need to re-install earlier versions first. The upgrades include the full program code.
Just re-install PP CS6 and LR4, enter your serial number.
If it's an upgrade serial number, the installer will ask you to enter the serial number from an earlier qualifying version. Then the install will complete.

Hi I had a simular problem with my iPhone 4 and iPad 3 and found that the USB connection on the computer was at fault so I moved the connection to a USB port on the Mother board.This curred my problem,see if ti works for you.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

The original Install media shoud have 32 and 64 bit installers. If the system is 64 bit, it gives the option to install both. If it's 32bit, only that one will install.

You must follow the instructions VERY CAREFULLY. There's a link to login with your Adobe ID and then you have to refresh the downloads page or the download links WILL NOT WORK.

I have the same problem tho i bought mine out right, i have no program to open the download with? All i need to access is the interface to enter the (old) serial code, then i assume it downloads?!

Have firefox 5 install on both my Windows PC and Android(beta5). But I can't find on either device where to enter the three sets of number to sync them. All I can do is get a set of number.

The reason, I included the annotation that I'd upgraded my Itunes, (On my Computer) is B/C in many forums - the very first question, *HELPERS* ask, is. "Do you have the latest version of Itunes downloaded on your computer." I wanted to knock out any obvious replies.
