Installing problem for Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium
I am getting an error message requesting I close Internet Explorer. I have closed the program but the error message remains. Any suggestion on how to remove this error mesage? I have uninstalled Internet Explorer. I do not want to start the installation process over from the beginning. Thanks
Terminate the process in task manager. You cannot uninstall IE fully, that's simply a technical impossibility since it's integrated in many Windows functions.

I have the serial key for my Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium that I bought in 2011 on my account page. However, when I put the serial number in the installer, it says "This serial number is not valid for this product."
I just want access to the product I bought. Can anybody help me?Are you definitely installing Design Premium CS5, not a similar sounding Creative Suite? And not CS5.5?

I have an old version Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium. I uninstalled it from my old computer and was trying to install it on my new computer. It copied all the files but I cant open them and it doesn't ask me for my registration info, which I have. What shall I do to get Adobe up and running?
when you were install your cs3 you should have been prompted for you serial number. were you?
if not, you probably didn't properly install cs3. copying/migrating/moving etc is problematic.
if yes, did you see any error messages during installation?
if yes, attach a screenshot of the error message.
if not, check you install logs, Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC -
I bought a new iMac 27" yesterday, running with Mavericks OS. Attempting to download Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium. Loaded software from discs. When I check for updates they fail to install. A window comes up saying "Some updates failed to install." Then under each applications it says "There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later." Have done this several times. Suggestions?

I had to restore my iMac from Time Machine. After the restoration all programs are functioning except my Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium. When I start any program in the suite the error message, "Licensing for this product has stopped working." I restarted the computer and tried again to run Photoshop and the same error message appeared. The message was followed by a message that stated that I needed to contact Adobe technical support and mention Error: 150.30. I need Adobe technical support to provide me a solution for my problem so I can continue using my Adobe products installed on my computer.
Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite. You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

What is the location for the swatches file in the illustrator product part of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium for windows (date and lenght)? File that manges its funcionallity.

I want them to compare the original size and date of creation with what I have installed on my computer... I have installed several times with my original CD and I tried once downloading the files from the adobe site (using my own license). I suspect the files has been modified or renamed on my laptop by an external unauthorized user causing the malfunction of the application.
Customer services does not support CS3 anymore and the updates / patches in the adobe site does not solve the problem... They redirect me to the forums for support...
Presently, my problem is that after creating a swatch and drag it to the swatch panel, it does not fill as it should a new form... Now, after deactivating and activating my license the swatch seems to fill the new form but when the filter that the swatch has is persistence in the next filling object created even though a different color is being used as a fill (X)... Help in the creation of a swatch over the internet just complicate the issue.
That's why I would like to know whether updates on my product are being received or files are being replaced without my knowledge...

My adobe suite 3 is on CD. I didn’t installed it in my computer that time. I wait too long to bay a new computer. And now 6 year after it doesn’t fit to the Mac OSX 10.9.5 I bought in 2013. My problem is that the CD with programs cost much money in 2007. I read on Adobe webpage that there is a special offer for CS user (40% discount). How can i get it?
Mybe the best for me is to sell my suite 3 CD. The development goes too fast for me. It is too expensive to bay pr month full version creative cloud. My be the only solution is photoshop with lightroom. -
I had all my software, including my ‘Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium’ removed from my MacPro (OSX 10.10.2) by a Computer technician after I had inadvertently installed some malware.
Now I can’t reinstall my CS4 because the installer software wants me to identify the product from which I am upgrading, but mine isn’t on the list. The old product from which I am upgrading is called ‘Adobe Design Collection’. Furthermore, it has 4 serial numbers (one each for Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and Illustrator), not just one, as the installer requires.
I know this can be done, as I have had it working for a long time. Am I doing something wrong now?Contact support be web chat and have them generate a working temporary serial/ challenge code for the install.

I have Adobe Creative Suite 5 "Design Premium" for Mac. It was purchased and downloaded ~Nov 2010. However, it appears that I never downloaded Adobe Acrobat, which looks like it's on a separate disk. Long story ... but am only starting to use this software now after 2 years! Anyhow, I'm wondering if I can safely download this disk at this point? Also, I see that there is a number of updates which I should be installing, so wondering if I should hold off on those until after Acobat is downloaded? I did get a serial number from the install of the the other Adobe software included in Creative Suite 5.

JaniceYou can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

Hi I need help installing my adobe suite program!!
I purchased the Adobe Creative Suite 5 design premium program a few months ago last year. I need to know if, I Can install this program on to a Apple MacBook Pro laptop computer if, this program is for a windows pc?? Because, i tried to download it before on to my laptop and a error message poped up. If, I cannot install this program on to my laptop could you please tell me which type of Apple laptop I should purchased and also how much memory and RAM should that laptop have in order for me to use this program on it as well. My mother brought me the program from the Academic Super Store online for $510.00. When I had brought this program I had brought it to go onto my Dell Dimension 3000 desktop computer for a PC that had windows on it. Then, later on, my desktop ended up crashing on me and now i am stuck with this program and i can't use it because, i can't download it on to my Apple laptop. My mother isn't going buy another one of these programs they are too expensive to keep buying.Standalone licenses are platform-specific. If you are still eligible for ediu pricing, simply buy a current product for Mac at the discounted price. Otherwise you would have to upgrade to CS6 and make the platform switch along with it.

I've purchased the upgrade to Adobe Photoshop CS6 - Trying to install, and it says the Adobe CS6 is valid - but only provides 'photoshop' options for entering my old serial number, rather than the adobe creative suite. How do I move past this so I can download it on my computer. I don't want to upgrade to Adobe Creative Suite 6 - as I do not need all the programs, just photoshop. From looking online, I read forums that said this was possible. Please advise

Unfortunately that option is not possible.
You cannot upgrade a Creative Suite to a standalone product.
Creative Suites can only be upgrades to other Creative Suites.
You'll need to return Photoshop CS6 upgrade since you cannot use it.
Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order
Some options:
Buy a Creative Suite upgrade, or
Buy a full new copy of Photoshop CS6, or
Join the Cloud -

Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium trial version says my serial number is invalid?
I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium from my my community college's bookstore in 2010. I successfully have used it all this time, but I recently bought a new laptop. This new laptop does not have a disk drive, but I was able to download the trial version of it online. It downloaded great, and I have been using the trial version, but the trial is up in one week. I deactivated my serial number on my old laptop, and then tried to enter it onto my new laptop, but the error message keeps saying "Incorrect Serial Number": "The serial number you entered is not valid." However, the serial number is definitely valid, and I spoke with Adobe and they just checked and were able to see that I do have an activation available for this serial number. Why won't it accept it?

I typed in the serial number correctly and checked multiple times

Any help is MUCH appreciated!!Same thing happened to me, except I lost disk 2 and was told to go to the forums.. Seems Adobe isn't too great on their customer service or fixing issues. The problem I was told, was that we have "Student" serials and the one from the download isnt a student version.
