Problem in integration between Webcenter IPM and EBS

Hi,
We are implementing Solution Accelerator v 11.1.1.6.1 with EBS R12 and IPM 11.1.1.7.0.
As per the installation guide "Financials Image Processing Solution Accelerator 11.1.1.6.1", completed all the required settings.
Now we are able to see the task lists on Oracle WebCenter Imaging page but when click on any task link or "Auto Task" link, then it throws below exception:
"[APP: imaging] [DSID: 0000KEjKzll2rIwqwCvX6G1IrG89000003] ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #1"
I am uploading the IPM server and diagnostic log.
Need your expert advice for this issue. This is very critical and any quick help will be highly appreciated.

OBIEE 11g Real-time Decisions

Hello All,
I have installed OBIEE 11.1.1.6.0 and started Real-time decisions using the Url :http:localhost:7001/ui .Here, I was successfully able to login but I clicked on "Open Inline Service" and getting error like "There are no deployed inline services".
Moreover I am new to OBIEE-RTD ,Can anybody give me the step by step example for How to implement Real time decisions or SampleApp with example.

You will need to deploy the RTD inline service using the decision studio. Please refer to the developer guide for that.

Bilalus,
Queues are only good to transfer data if your application isn't deterministic. Since you are using Real Time, I am assuming that your application requires determinism. If you are using Timed Loops and you use queues to transfer data between your loops, you are losing determinism. In this case, you need to use the RT FIFO functions.

Frequently transfering databases between MS SQL and Oracle

Hello all,
I am looking for a solution to easily, efficiently and be able to migrate/transfer databases between MS SQL and Oracle frequently.
I need to be able to replicate a databases on Ms SQL and Oracle for testing purposes. I will need to do this on frequent basis - almost once a week.
Please suggest what would be the best way.

You have guessed it right to a great extend. Yes dont actually need to develop, rather need to test an application that supports SQL and Oracle databases. Now when testing the application its obviously vital to create proper systematic test data. This usually takes a lot of time and effort from the testing team/team-member. So, yes what I need to do is create the test data on one database(may it be SQL or Oracle) and migrate/transfer the data into the database on another server( ie. SQL to Oracle or Oracle to SQL).

Are you developing a product that works against both SQL Server and Oracle and trying to synchonize development efforts?Yes, thats correct to extend, I need to test an application against both the servers, as it supports both types of databases, and try to reduce the test setup efforts (literally double the amount) that go in after manual creating same data on each type of database.
Are you trying to replicate structural changes between systems?I am not 100% sure, what you mean by this. But whats important and enough for me is to replicate the data. It would not be a lot of work to run the scripts and create empty schema objects.

It would be sufficient for me to just get a copy of the initial dataset. And then replicating changes to it would not be that important. However, if I can achieve a solution to this, I can by all means create a new database on the one server (SQL or Oracle) and take the data-set of the most recent/correct changes and replicate it on the other type of server as and when needed.
No - this is not a traditional replicating environment. I say weekly, because it is usually once in a week or forthnight that someone from the team will need to spent time to manually copy the test-data onto the another type of server in order to run the same testcases on two types of servers.
How do you handle conflicts (i.e. if I modify a row in both systems, which modification wins)? This is not really a problem in my scenario, as I only need to be able to transfer the data across to the different server and forget about the two databases actually being in-sync.
I have also, looked at DTS for a possible solution on SQL, however it seems highly un-realistic, having to map somewhere like 250 tables from the a drop-down list, only because the two database servers use different cases to represent tables internals. So, table 'Table' in my application's SQL database is called 'TABLE' is my applications Oracle database. DTS is highly inefficient in dealing with this. Also, having 250 tables move makes this a bit of a pain.

Oracle Real time decesioning tool

Hi,
I have 2 questions in Oracle RTD.
1)I am using Oracle BI 11.1.1 and I want to change the persistance interval to 5 mins by default it is 60 mins So medel counts are getting incremented after 1 hr.
So can you help us to reduce the persistance interval.
2)RTD SDDS database is not refreshing automatically bacause we are unable to change the values in JConsole.
To reflect the data we are manually refreshing models and running the method CompleteSnapshot.
Please help us in resolving the issues.
Note:To Solve question 1 we tried to change the value in Application-->ModelDefaults-->Persistance level but its not getting incremented.

While creating sales order due to Strategy group in MRP3 view of material master does an availability check and determines the first date of availability.
b)Integration between delivery and Inventory module.
At the time of PGI (Goods issue)
Cost of Goods Sold is debited due to configuration in OBYC GBB T-Key To Inventory Account
c)Integration between Invoice and FI module.
In account assignment(that reminds me of your previous que CONDITION TECHNIQUE is used for Account Determination as well)

Also when Billing document is released to Accounting
Customer Account is debited for the amount in Invoice.
and credited to Sales Revenue Account

OFT is the old version of OpenScript, which will no longer be part of ATS as per the next major realize 9.20.
I would recommend to to spend any time looking at it.

I am an artist who built my site on iWeb 08. Although I have easily been able to transfer to Godaddy, my ability to publish is limited. I must upload my entire site and it is time consuming. How do I convert to iWeb 09 and is this easy to do?

I must upload my entire site and it is time consuming. I was advised to update to IWeb 09 (which I could get, I think? from Amazon) because it has a built- in option to publish to any FTP. How do I convert my 08 folder to an 09 folder? Will it convert correctly? I know eventually I will need to rebuilt the site, but I would like to use this option for awhile to buy time. Is this feasible? I currently own a Mac Pro.

Its just a question of installing the later version of iWeb from the iLife disk and opening your website in that version. Its a good idea to have a backup of your Domain.sites2 file before doing this. See this page for its location...

Oracle Clusterware and Oracle Real Application Clusters Install Guide

I've downloaded the latest "Oracle Database - Oracle Clusterware and Oracle Real Application Clusters Install Guide - 10g Release 2 (10.2) for HP-UX PA-RISC" (part no. B14202-01) dated August 2005 from OTN. I'm getting the following error when opening the pdf file in Adobe Reader:
"Cannot extract the embedded font 'PEPPLC+Palatino-Italic'. Some characters may not display or print properly."
When I print the manual, I get blank pages throughout the document which, in my opinion, should contain text and don't. Specifically pages 1-11, 2-5, 2-19, 2-24, 2-33, 3-5, 3-19 to name a few. When I go to those pages within the pdf file in Adobe Reader, I get the error: "There was a problem reading this document (114)."
Can you verify this problem on your end. Also, how do I get a good copy of this document?
