Integration model activation issue - After Prod to Quality refresh of R/3

Hi Guys,
Our R/3 quality system refreshed from production. Hence all the integration models Logical system pointing APO production system. Mistakenly I deactivated all the integration model in R/3 Q system which having APO Production logical system.
All the IM in R/3 quality system are inactive. When try send material getting error message "relavent location doesn't exist".
For that try to move the Location getting error message "Location already exist in APO Quality" system.
Now I want to active the all the Plant, material.etc integration models. Please let me know if any more information and help to overcome the issue.

Make a table level change and set the integration model flag as active in the table CIF_IMOD. This will help you solve the issue .
Go to transaction SE16 . Give table name as CIF_IMOD. Give the name of you integration model and execute . Now all versions of that integration model will be displayed ( this will happen if you have many inactive versions and do not have the RIMODDEL program to delete inactive IM's) . Choose the latest version and go to change mode  and set the value of "Entry is active"  (technical name ACTIVE) field to  I.
You can take help from development team if you do not have authorization to SE16

    I hope you have created subcontracting purchasing info record and connected with the productuon version.
    Secondly whether it is valid.
    A purchasing info record of the category subcontracting which documents the subcontractor as the source of supply of the end product.

  • Integration model activation

    Hi All
    Goal : To activate the Integration model
    Right now, we are working on quality systems (both ECC and APO). There is a Int.Model for masterdata from ECC to APO. The Integration model is not getting activated.
    Reason: In APO under /sapapo/cq we have these line items "Base unit of measure for product X cannot be changed' (several hundreds of materials).
    Looks like there is a mismatch of Units of measurement for the same product in ECC and APO. For now I am matching the Units of Measurements in both the systems, but its kind of cumbersome because there are several hundreds of materials in the queues.
    Also, suprisingly there are some products whose Units of measurements *match* and are still in the line items (queues)
    Is there any better way to address this and activate the Integration model?

    Hi Pooja,
    It is not advisable to change the base unit of measure in R/3 for the materials which have been transferred to APO. But it may be necessary to change it in R/3. During that time SAP is kind enough to give the warning.
    I am not sure how many materials are there in R/3 whose unit of measure has changed. If it is possible to find out using some kind of change document report then it will be good input to next step.
    Next step would be to maintain new base unit of measure of the material in the R/3 system is created as an alternative unit of measure of the product in APO (transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1, 'Units of Measure' tab) so that the units can be converted in APO if necessary.
    Since you only change the base unit of measure in an R/3 system in exceptional cases, it is assumed that you will subsequently change the change material manually in APO.

  • PPM Integration Model Activation did not send delta change data

    Hi all,
    I have an integration model of PPM's. I activated the PPM for the initial transfer.
    When I create a new prod. version, I created a new version of the model for PPM, above the previous active one.
    When I activated the new version of model, the system tried to send all data.
    I supposed that the system would only send the changed data, because the previous model is active.
    but the system sent all PPM's
    and it takes too long.
    Would you please answer why does the system react like that and what must we do?

    In order to check what is occuring, in your ERP system look at Table CIF_PPM_CHANGED, this will tell you the Material, Plant and Prod Vers of your PPM,s. It also has a field CHANGED to tell you if any changes have taken place and a field PROCESS, which should be set to "X" if the change has passed over to APO.
    Check the values in your table to see if this has been set. It should only send the delta records where there is a value in CHANGED and PROCESS=" ".
    Also check to ensure that people are not changing the Bills of Material or Routings etc, as this will also resend the PPM´s.

  • ODS Activation Issue in Prod - Critical

    We are in BI 7. We have a huge ods ZXYZ in Prod. It has more than 400 million records. BEx reporting - off.
    Over the last weekend some data was added the requests were being activated and there was master data activity in parallel. The ODS activation failed with SYSTEM_EXCEPTION. Unfortunately not investigating the root cause, the ODS activation was resumed and it returned SYSTEM_CANCELED again as there was master data activity going on.
    The problem is that request is now partially activated and it became in faulty status. When trying to activate, we get the following error message.
    <i>Activation of M records from DataStore object ZXYZ terminated
    'A' and 'U' entries exist in RSODSACTREQ for request REQU_CTAKWUIM6ZAWBQC1K6Q5TVL8M - termination</i>
    When trying to delete that request which was partially activated, it fails complaining about Faulty status of the ODS.
    The problem is we are not moving forward as the request cannot be deleted/activated due to this.
    RSODSACTREQ table has Activation status 2  - Activate failed for this request.
    Can you experts please advice.

    I see that your message was not answered and you may not have this issue any more. But for future reference you could refer to note 947481. You might be able to use step 1 from this note to clean the failed request and reload your data.
    Hope it will help some day. It did work for us.

  • IPad2 activation issue after factory reset

    I did a factory reset "Erase all contents and settings" on my iPad 2, but there are issues with activating the iPad. I have tried it connecting with itunes and restore it both with Recovery mode and DFU mode, but still the issue persist.

  • Activation issues after restore and OS upgrade

    IPAD was disabled. Only option I had was restore. After restore, it offered to upgrade the OS which I accepted. Now, Activating IPAD requires my apple id which is ******@icloud.com. I don't even remember creating any account on icloud.com. I have tried to retrieve it unsuccessfully from Forgot Apple ID link. Any suggestions? workarounds? Many Thanks in advance.

    You will not be able to re-activate your iPad if you do not remember the old Apple ID and Password.
    This is the new security feature of IOS 7.

  • Materials not in integration model

    Something has happened in my R3/APO Development system where lots of Materials are not in any Integration Model.  They should be, and checking in our prod system they are.
    I've de-activated and re-activated Int Models but to no avail.
    How can I check/update materials to be part of an Integration Model?

    For material master integration, the indicator in MARC table should be set properly. During the integration model activation if the MARC table is locked for some reason, this does not happen.
    Pl. refer to the following reports
    RAPOKZFX - Set APO indicator in MARC table after activation
    RCIFIMAX - Consistency between integration models and MARC table
    RCIFMTDE - Log the deactivated material masters

  • Manual Reservations Integration Model

    Hello All,
    In our project, during Go-live we dint had manual reservation Integration Model Activated due to some business reason. 
    whenver a process order is created in R/3, Reservations for Components appear in R/3 and APO.
    Now when the components are good Issued in R/3 during Finished Product Process Order, these dependent reservations are not deleted in APO though the stock is reduced. Upon analysis we found that by activating the Manual Reservation Integration Model , these reservation will be deleted and hence both the R/3 and APO System will be in sync.
    Now the Problem is when we are trying to do this manual reservation Integration Model activation through Batch Job , activation is taking a very long time. Upon further analysis we found that for the material-Plant combinations, program tries to search records in table RESB and approximately it takes around 5 minutes for each material -plant combinations. In our integration model we have around 2400 Material-Plant Combinations. CFC3 settings for Reservations are select block size of 1000 and filter block size of 512. R/3 version is 4.7.
    Table entries in RESB are close to 3.5 Million with 141 Extends.
    So just wanted to check with you guys if anybody has experienced this problem before and what resolutions were put in place to addres this ? Are there any SAP Notes available ? I searched but could not found any.
    also what would be the best way to go forward? Some of the options i could think are
    1) Run the I.M for selected material-Plant Combinations
    2) Run the I.M for generic selection Criteria ( i.e AS IS) during Weekend.

    As i understand from your message that if a final Issue Indicator is unchecked, then those reservations should be present in APO. However i got confused with your below statement
    Therefore it is neccessary that reservations with final issue indicator set are available in APO.
    I think you might be trying to tell  reservations with final issue indicator unchecked ( and not SET) are available in APO.
    Regarding Transaction Code MBVR, I have few queries
    1) Does this T-CODE MBVR sets the deletion Indicator in Table RESB or does it delete the Reservation permanently from Table.
    2) I am not able to locate Completed Items field, which will enable me to delete Reservations. Can you pls let me know the field name.
    Pls note that whenever i am trying to delete reservations thorugh t-code MBVR, it gives a message " No Document exists for the Speficied data".

  • Staring integration model after activation throws an error

    Hello Experts,
    I am trying to import Sales Orders from SAP ERP to APO. The integration model is done and the master data like Products and Location are transfeered to APO.
    But when I try to transfer the Sales Orders I get an error saying:
    Outbound Queue Blocked.
    Function/Q/SAPAPO/CIF_ECM_INBOUND
    Text:        Processing of change number 500000000007 cancelled
    Then the dialog box gives the options to goto the: qRFC Monitor, Ignore or Cancel.
    The qRFC monitor records theame error.
    Kindly let me know how I can solve this and transfer theSales Orders to APO.

    Thank you for you reply. I will check the authorizations.
    After this error I canceled it and went ahead. Then it gave me another error saying Product <> not found.
    After getting beyond this error too it gave me about 260 successful messages in the logs. But when I execute the BAPI BAPI_SLSRVAPS_GETLIST2 OR go to the table /SAPAPO/ORDKEY in APO I cant find any Orders.
    Can you kindly guide me as to where I am going wrong?

  • Issue with CIF Integration model for Transaction data

    Hi Gurus,
    I have activated the Integration model for PO & PReqs by location wise and i assumed that transaction data is online and we need not to re activate for any new Product / location combination got created in system.
    But the issue is that every time a new material got created, we need to deactivate and activate the integration model for Transaction data to get the transaction data into APO.
    Is there any way to avoid the following exercise as it is taking very long time for activation.
    Please guide me as it is very urgent.

    I assume 1,60,000 location products are spread around different locations.
    Rather than one Integration Model it is better to have multiple Integration Models.
    For example: one for each region like North America, one for Europe, one for Asia (assuming you have countries spread across the world). Or create Intgeration Model by Country.
    This way you reduce the number of Products in an Integration Model.
    It is very important to have manageable set of Integration Models. Let me give an example - you have some problem hence the single Material Master Integration Model is down (inactive). At that time any PP or PDS transfer will not have the Header or COmponent products transferred to APO (in effect PDS/PPM cannot be transferred). If you are creating or converting Planned Orders they will not transfer to R/3 (as Header product is not part of active intgeration model).
    But if you have country spefic or region specific Integration Model - only that country is affected not all.
    In fact you should have other integration model (like PDS/PPM, Procurement Relationships, Planned / Production Orders, Sales Orders, Stocks) in same manner i.e. either Country(s) specific or group of countries by region. The risk of models getting inactive or taking too much time to activate after regeneration easily outweighs management of more number of Integration Models (compared to one Global integration model per object).
    Hope this gives you some direction.

  • CIF Queues generated without active integration model

    Hello All,
    We are facing a unique issue, where queues are seen in SCM queue manager although those products are not there in any active integration model for transaction data.
    The scenario is as follows:
    1. We are CIFing only master data as we have only DP and release to R/3
    2. There is active integration model for master data
    3. There is no integration model for transaction data
    However in SCM queue manager, I am seeing queues of type CFFCC "Location" "Product".
    The function module name is /SAPAPO/CIF_IRQ_REDUCT_INBOUND.
    We observed in R/3 that the goods movement transaction code MB1A is trigerring TRFC's which is generating the queues.
    Has anyone encountered a similar scenario like this?

    I think Vikas got the point, but let me be more specific...
    The transfer of requirement reduction depended in previous releases (until PI 2002.1) only on an integration model for material master data being active. Then a new type of integration models was created to control the sending of requirement
    reduction.
    To activate the new logic a flag has to be set in customizing.
    Use transaction /CFC9
    OR
    R/3 SAP Customizing Implementation Guide
    -> Integration with Other SAP Components
    -> Advanced Planning and Optimization
      -> Application-Specific Settings and Enhancements
       -> Settings and Enhancements for Requirement Reduction
        -> Evaluate the Requirements Reduction Filter Object Type:
    Then, flag 'Filter Object Requirements Reduction'
    If you set this flag no queue of type CFFCC* will be sent if there is no explicit active integration model for Requirements Reduction. Please set this flag in production and delete any existing queues of type CFFCC*. No new such queues should be created in the future as long as you don't activate the transfer via an integration model.
    I hope this information helps to clarify this issue.

  • Problem with activating integration model

    When I am trying to activate an integration model, that includes a scheduling agreement (type LF), the activation isn't successfull. It isn't blocked, but it never stops.
    In the screen I have a message called "determining delta model" but it never continous with executing the activation.
    Does anybody know what could cause this problem?

    Please split the volume in multiple jobs and see wheather it is running fine or not ?
    Also please check CFG1 log on R/3 side .
    Also check SLG1 log on APO side .
