Integration of (32) Reports

Question

I have 32 reports; all from the same universe, but each one is a separate query with different variables.  Is it possible to integrate all the reports into one folder with 32 different reports and run the queries separately?  How do I do this?  The data provider is Medical Management Information Systems (MMIS). Data is submitted into MMIS from thousands of providers and the queries are pulled from a Claims universe in Business Objects.  I don't have Crystal Reports.  Using WebI XI R2.

I was given 32 reports that already had been queried from a claims universe in Business Objects.
I opened the first report and re-ran the query.  Nothing changed in the report because it was the query for the first report.
Then I Right clicked on the mouse and inserted a second Report2 tab. Now the Second Report2 page is blank; there's nothing in it.
I clicked on the Edit Data Provider (while in the Second Report2) and this brought up the query from the first report, on my second monitor.
I proceeded to edit this first query and match it to the second query variables that I want to use for my Second Report2. And ran it.
It ran for a little while and my "Second" Report2 query overwrote my First Report's query.
It did not create a Second report with data, on the Report2 tab.
I see the "Data" variables in Report Manager.  In "Map" it shows two Reports and only the first Report has data, and this was the overwritten second query in the first report.
When you said "on new tab you will create your new reports,"  what did you mean by saying "Drag and drop object you want to use in second report?  I was able to open the blank Report2 tab and drag data over from the Report Managers Variables, but the data had no order or format.  And the query was not what I wanted. 
Why did my second query overwrite my first query?
