Interface Mapping Doesnot Exist in Runtime Cache
Hi
I am doing Http - Webservice scenario.I have created all the mappings but when I am testing I am getting the following error
<SAP:Error><SAP:Category>XIServer</SAP:Category><SAP:Code>MAPPING.NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND</SAP:Code><SAP:P1>http://sample.sc.com/filetofile OrderProcess_To_Webservice_IM</SAP:P1><SAP:Stack>Interface mapping http://sample.sc.com/filetofile OrderProcess_To_Webservice_IM does not exist in runtime cache</SAP:Stack></SAP:Error>
I have done Cache refresh in SXI_CACHE and in RWB also I have done all kind of cache refresh. But still I am getting the same error. If I am testing in Intergration Directory I am getting success..
Please help me in resolving this

Interface mapping Object does not exist in runtime cache
I am getting the following error after importing IR into our test system (PI7.0 SP10).
Interface mapping Object ID 19C3AC9D13B03787AEEB85169D0B6900 Software Component 8C51B2209F3C11DB94CEEB180DDF0074 does not exist in runtime cache Exception of class CX_XMS_SYSERR_MAPPING
You want to execute interface mapping Object ID 19C3AC9D13B03787AEEB85169D0B6900 Software Component 8C51B2209F3C11DB94CEEB180DDF0074 . However, the data of this interface mapping is missing in the runtime cache. Activate the interface mapping in the Integration Repository.
I cannot change the mapping and reactivate - as this cannot be changed.
I have run SXI_Cache, Cleared SLD caches on IR and ID and run cacherefresh=full, but no luck!
The mapping is there and I can test it in the IR.
Any thoughts?I had this problem today, maybe this helps someone when searching about this (at least this is the first hit at a very big search engine when searching for interface mapping does not exist...)
I have a RFC => PI => File scenario. I was aware that this would need to be asynchronous so I set up the message interface (service interface for PI > 7.0) as asynchronous inbound. This is the file receiver part of the interface.
Hints on the error: Audit Log in message details of RWB showed a line like this: RFC adapter received sRFC for ZMY_FM from <sender SID>/<sender client>. Attempting to send message synchronously. This of course could not work as file is asynchronous by default.
Bottom line however was, to make the call of the sender RFC asynchronous by using "in background task" like so:
CALL FUNCTION 'ZMY_FM'
IN BACKGROUND TASK
DESTINATION 'PI_DEST'
EXPORTING
t_file = lt_file.
COMMIT WORK.
Don't forget the commit work here.
Hope this helps.
Cheers

Interface Mapping does not exist in runtime cache
Hi,
I have a scenario of RFC to SOAP, when I do the test I get the error message "Interface mapping http://sapxi.xxx.co.za/XXXXXX/ InterfaceMapping_Name does not exist in runtime cache"
Regards
ScharlotteHi...
Try to re-create the Interface mapping.
And also test your Configuration with test tool where you can find the error on which step.
if the error found in interface mapping.. do re-create the interface determination step and receiver agreement.
Provide the payload which is taken from sxmb_moni --> Inbound msg --> Payload
u can follow this blog for how to test configuration part:

Error : Interface mapping does not exist in runtime Cache
Hello Guys
I have a simple SOAP-To-RFC connection which was working fine until recently. I have not made any changes
but the data is not getting transfered from one point to another.
I checked SXMB_MONI and saw the following error:
Interface mapping http://cincom.com/config AddConfig does not exist in runtime cache
Then I went and checked SXI_CACHE and it says 'Cache contents are upto date' with a green light.
Just to be on the safer side, I shutdown and restarted XI server selecting All tasks.
But still has the same problem.
Can some one help me with this? I would really appreciate it.
Thanks
RamHi,
We too faced the same problem.
Do the following
1) Delete the Interface mapping and re-create it
2) First test your Config with test tool
/people/paul.medaille/blog/2005/06/24/test-your-xi-configuration-with-the-new-test-tool
I think here you will find the error on Interface mapp or Receiver agreement
Then delete the interface det and receiver agreement also and re-create those.
Make sure that u have provided the sample payload which is taken from MONI--Inbound msg--Payload
Then finally u will get the success

Interface mapping not found at runtime.
Hi all,
For the idoc to idoc scenario i was getting an error
Runtime error
Unable to read the payload from the message object
I have cleared the sld cache and also checked in SXI_CACHE to check the mapping at runtime .I m unable to understand where the problem lies.
Can anyone help?
Regards,
Shrita.Hi,
Please check you message first properly all conditions supporting or not.Is message is having any exceptional chars , and Check whether your are using Async or Synch communication , respectivly the sender and receiver communication mode supporting both sides. and check your J2EE is working fine or not, Check your interface is having the module processors in sender side/receiver side is yes , those are working fine or not , those are properly imported properly or not.
these diffects may not effect the activation of components.
Also check your receiver Business system is working fine or not
And also check your receiver agreement is configured, receiver determination and interface determination all are refered same business systems or not.
,please see the following threads

Interface mapping Object _Doesn't exist in RuntimeCache_Error_SXMB_MONI
Hi EXperts ,
Issue in XI --Dev System
I have an simple IDOC (DESADV.DELVRY03) ->Flat File Scenario . Mapping is done as per the Line of Business requirements .
I have tested mapping and I get the response as expected.
We released the IDOC (Outbound Processing ) in SAP R/3 , but I get the mapping error in SXMB_MONI.

Activtaed the Interfcae mapping and refeshed the configurtaion Object : Interface , Receiver Determination.Noticed that we have error in Cache Notifictaion --Design Part . The Configuration --Cache update is fine.
I have raised the Ticket to resolve this error.
But as this was high proirity task to be delivered, how can i try fixing this issue myself . I have tried couple of times, creating new interface mapping , activating , referring new interface mapping in : Interface , Reciever Determination but nothing fix this issue.
Please provide me inputs.
Thanks,
VaraThanks to all of your for your support .
Yes as Udo said , I did reassign the Interface mapping in : Interface Determintaion / Reciever Determination and activated .
Buta s this isuse was in Development System , and I reliased that there was mismatch of Password entered for : PIAPPLUSER --pipeline user and Cache Error with SLD in Design . Configurtaion / SLD .
Raised ticket for Cache Error which got solved . Resetting password of PI service user also worked .
Release new IDOC in WE19(--outbound DESADV.DELVRY03) and it was successfully processed to File(xml).

XSLT Interface Mapping Not Found For HTTP Response
NW 04's SR 10, RFC => XSL => HTML
The scenario transforms data from R/3 into XML using XSLT and sends it to a 3rd party vendor wrapped inside a field of an HTML form via the HTTPS adapter. XSL was used for this instead of standard MessageMapping to meet the customer's needed for the XML data to be delivered in an untransformed structure, including their DTD declaration, so they could parse it upon receipt.
The outbound process is successful and the data is posted to the customer's database. Upon receipt, they send back a simple HTML form containing the success/failure in an H1 tag and our submitted XML data in the Body tag.
The problem is that due to the use of an XSL as the outbound mapping XI does not have a cached message structure to which it can map the response and thus throws the <b>Interface mapping .... does not exist in runtime cache</b> message. I do not feel this is a cache problem since I've cleared the XI cache, CPACache and anything else I've read as well as verified that the outbound mapping exists in the XI Cache list. I honestly feel I'm just missing a necessary piece to tell XI how to map the HTML response message back to the RFC Sender.
I have attempted numerous ideas, one of which included the use of the same RFC structure as the inbound and outbound MessageType so that a Response mapping could be specified but a NullPointerException was thrown in the mapping step since the response was of a completely different structure.
My question is how to handle the return data when using XSLT to create the outbound structure dynamically to prevent runtime errors in XI?
Thanks in advance,
LaneThanks for the quick response Bhavesh.
I figured out the response mapping option after I posted the question and also thought of using XSL to handle the response but I ran into a few other issues relating to my limited experience with XSLT that is preventing me from completely solving this.
The response is a plain HTML file structured as:
< html >
< body >
< h1 >Success/FailureMessage< /h1 >
< br >
Record Created
< br >< br > XML Data: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><!DOCTYPE ....
< /body >
< /html >
where the actual XML data posted to the client system is embedded in the HTML body. Therefore the response is not well-formed XML and fails on parsing but also contains another XML message within the HTML structure that throws off parsing as well. Do you know XSLT well enough to get around this?
What about writing a Java function that just reads the incoming information but in doing this how do I go about mapping back to the RFC? Can I get ahold of the XI API somewhere to instantiate the RFC Objects dynamically?
Thanks again,
Lane -
Hi All
I have done a BPM which collect messages and send them to a file adapter in one message.
I have added a tranformation step , which uses the interface mapping IM_map
when i run the program it failes , and in the sxmb_moni_bpe it showed mapping error and navigating to the message it says the following
http://test.com.IM_map
(SWCV=127593A01FA211DBC43DEDD90A16547D) not found.
I deleted the Interface mapping IM_map and created a new Interface mapping IM_map_2
and refreshed the cache and changed the mapping program in the BPM to the new one , I can se the IM_map_2 in sxi_cache but whenever I run the program it stille shows the message refering to the deleted inteface mapping IM_map that is not found .
how can I get rid of this error.
Thanks .Hi Malu
while creating new IM in IR activate this with your software compnent
right Click on the BP object in the IR and activate it select SWC also with this and activate
then make a full cahe refresh either BY t code SXI_CACHE
or In IR go to environment and make a full cache refresh
or through URL
http://<host>:5<sys#>00/CPACache/refresh?mode=full Full CPA cache refresh

NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND : Mapping program is not available in runtime cache
Hi,
I have a SOAP to RFC scenario. Where the source is a service interface and target is ZBAPI. When I test this interface I get
'NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND : Mapping program is not available in runtime cache' error.
I have tried the following things but none worked.
1. Checked the Message Mappings and reimported it in the Operation Mapping.
2. Deleted and created the Operation Mapping again.
3. Cleared the SLD Cache.
4. Performed the Complete Cache Refresh from SXI_CACHE.
5. Reimported the ZBAPI.
6. Deleted all the IR and ID objects and created it once again after performing the Cache refresh.
Note: I had one observation that the newly created Operation Mapping object had the same object ID as that of the deleted one.Hi experts,
I have a SOAP to RFC scenario. Where the source is a service interface and target is ZBAPI. When I test this interface I get
'NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND : Mapping program is not available in runtime cache : Object ID <ID of Operation Mapping>' error.
I have tried the following things but none worked.
1. Checked the Message Mappings and reimported it in the Operation Mapping.
2. Deleted and created the Operation Mapping again.
3. Cleared the SLD Cache.

Note: I had one observation that the newly created Operation Mapping object had the same object ID as that of the deleted one.
The ZBAPI is a wrapper for a standard BAPI with Request, Response and Exception as a structure.
Can anyone please highlight on the above issue also please consider the note above.

Message Interface no longer exist in Integartion Repository
Hi,
I am working on a IDOC to file case, in which I want to determine the receiver at runtime using a value in IDOC, with the help of Context objects/ XPATH. In Receiver determination of ID, after selecting Sender and Sender Interface, when I try to select Receiver, it's giving message "Message Interface no longer exist in Integration Repository" and I am not able to see the Sender IDOC in the conditions field before the Receiver selection. Anybody having any idea why I am getting that error message.hi,
check if the system that you're using has this message interfaces in sender/receiver tab (double click on the
system in directory)
if not maybe the you need to add dependencies
to the software object (product/software component) which has this message interface - this idoc
(if you do remember to refresh sld cache)

Message Interface does not exist in IR u0096 but it does!
Hi, well again i have a problem. I am still trying to get the XI-demo Checkflight . to run but there are some obstacles on my way.
I just wanted to check a MI given in the ID to check the attributes and picked it in the ID to get linked to the IR but a pop-up appears saying
Message Interface does not exists in Integration Repository
Whats the reason for this because obviously it is there, still existing.
I tried to refresh the cache of all XI-components, did a server restart but nothing seems to be working.
On the other hand I have some other questions:
- Why is it not possible to delete an object (business system) from the ID? I know because of the dependencies of the different channels but it should be possible because of re-generation of the communication-channels (this was also my approach for solving the problem mentioned above!)
- When do I have to refresh the cache in general? Is it indefinite whenever I want to or it seems to be the right time because something is not running the way it should and it seems a little oddHi Carsten Heinrich,
This will help you,
1) Cache Connectivity Test
In RWB component monitoring, we now have the option of checking whether the cache-connectivity is functioning correctly. This is useful when we are experiencing problems when updating the runtime cache. The system displays a separate window in which we perform the test. If no previous tests have been performed, the system displays a corresponding message. Otherwise, the system shows when and by whom the last test run was started, together with the result of this test.
To start a new test run, choose Start Test.
The system displays the first results of the test run. Since the whole test takes some time, we can update the displayed results if necessary.
To Update the displayed results, choose Refresh Display.
The overall result for each component is displayed as a green, yellow, red, or gray symbol. A green symbol is only displayed if both update steps for the runtime cache were successful, that is, they both have a green symbol.
2) Cache notification status
a) Start the Integration Repository.
b) Select Environment ® Cache notification.
c) Have a look at the entries for the relevant user and date.
d) Have a look at the entries for the relevant cache instance, user and date.
3) Cache update and resend the message
a)Start transaction SXI_CACHE.
b)From the context menu XI Runtime Cache select Start Complete Cache Refresh.
c) Call transaction SM58 to check the status of the refresh process. If no entry for function module SAI_CACHE3_REFRESH_BACKROUND is Present any more the cache update is finished.
4) Deleting the SLD Cache
Many actions require to access System Landscape Directory content from the Integration Builder. To optimize performance, this content is loaded into a cache so that the System Landscape Directory does not have to be accessed directly each time that System Landscape Directory content is required.
However, this cache is not automatically updated if changes are made to the content of the System Landscape Directory. For this reason we delete the System Landscape Directory cache if changes have been made to content in the System Landscape Directory. The cache is then filled each time that the System Landscape Directory is accessed. If we log on to the Integration Builder after we have made a change in the SLD, we do not need to delete the SLD cache.
To clear the SLD cache, from the Integration Builder main menu, choose Environment ® Delete Cache for SLD Data.
Once we have deleted the cache for SLD data, accessing objects in the SLD may take longer than usual initially.
