Internal Concurrent Manager is Not Active at this tim

Dear,
We are on 11.5.10,
Concurrent manager is not working properly. whenever, we start concurrent manager it's whow active but after few second approvx 15 second show not active.
Any boday have idea.

my concurrent manager is down.
here is the output of adcmctl,
when i start using the above utility, ICM becomes active but after a min it again goes back to inactive status.

After installation of EBS 12.1.1 we got above error

while starting CM. and form are not open getting error

Internal Concurrent Manager deactivated.

Iam working on setting up R12 instances on Amazon Cloud Virtual machines.
After running post clone steps when I check the concurrent managers - manage screen I see old node name. How to update this with the new node name.
Also after changing the node name the internal concurrent manager is in deactivated state, How to get this activated.
Pls let me know how to resolve the issue.

Also after changing the node name the internal concurrent manager is in deactivated state, How to get this activated. From the application (as mentioned above by Taher) or stop/start the CM using adcmclt.sh script.

Hello Friends
I am facing a serious problem in my production server. After Stop/Start my application I have to run cmclean.sql to active "Output Post Processing" concurrent manager.
I have find out that when I down my application FNDLIBR does not down properly. I have put sleep time 10 minutes and I also wait 5 hours to check is it down or not but After 5 hours the process still running. To down the process I have to execute kill -9 <process id>.
Please see the below Diagnostic message or Shutdown concurrent manger.
No concurrent manager is defined to process this request, so it cannot be processed.

I need your help on a concurrent request ( Receiving Transaction Manager ) showing as Inactive/No Manager.
EBS: R12.1.2 on Linux
Database: 11.2.0.3 on HP UX Itanium
A user is submitting the concurrent request - "Receiving Transaction Manager" (It is a concurrent program not a concurrent manager). The request ends up as Inactive/No Manager. When I click on the diagnostics button this is what it shows -
"No concurrent manager is defined to process this request, so it cannot be processed.
Contact your system administrator to define a concurrent manager to process this request or to verify that existing concurrent managers have the correct specialization rules."
I ran analyzereq.sql and the analysis is
Analysis:
Request 1427025 is in phase "Pending" with status " Normal".
                           (phase_code = P)   (status_code = I)
This request is an unconstrained request. (queue_method_code = I)
It is in a "Pending/Normal" status, ready
to be run by the next available manager.
Checking managers available to run this request...

This should show on the form as Inactive/No Manager
Check the specialization rules for each
manager to make sure they are defined correctly.

I ran another SQL to find out which manager runs the program :

I thought that for a concurrent program when no specific manager is defined, Standard Manager is the default. Is my understanding wrong ?? Have anyone of you faced this issue? How did you fix it ?
I did check the profile - Concurrent: Conflict Domain for the responsibility and it is blank.
Appreciate any help.

Your understanding is correct, unless this concurrent program is excluded from being processed by standard manager.
If the request was not processed then the no rows output is an expected behavior -- (Doc ID 344011.1)
Have you tried the solution in (Doc ID 1303315.1)?

It means your phone was hacked to unlock it and has now been bricked. Buy a new phone.

Am trying to verify my email contact address. In the confirmation email I received, the link to verify is not active. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now.

I have recently got an iPhone 4 out of no where it has decided to think that my headphones are in and they are not but does work with headphones in.
