We are planning to implement iStore and iSupport for our client.
Looking for already implemented internet sites which are built on both istore and iSupport modules.
We have seen many sites which are implemented on istore but none with iSupport.
Any references for the same is highly appreciated.

If you don't have a backup copy of the domain.sites2 file that resides in your Users/Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder, you will have to recreate them from scratch. Chapter 2.3 on the iWeb FAQ.org site has tips on using some of the existing files, image, audio, video, etc., from the published site in the recreation of the site.

Hi there. I'm having the same problem: my iPad won't import some photos from a folder, saying that they can't be read. They are all JPEGS and some photos taken at the same time have synched fine, but out of a folder with 200 photos, it only lets me synch 37. I'm synching albums created via Photoshop Elements 6, which has worked fine until now.
I've tried deleting all photos and re-synching, and have also deleted the iPod Photo Cache, but it hasn't made a difference.
The iPad auto-updated to the latest version of iTunes, so maybe that's what's causing it?
Any advice gratefully received!

How to identify the SQLs which are using the tables and new columns

I m using oracle 10G Database in windows. Developers have added some columns in some of the database tables and were asking to check whether there is some impact on performance or not. I have not done this performance tuning before. Kindly help me how to proceed further.
How to obtain the sqls which are touching the tables and the new columns? It would be really great if you can help me with this.

You can try to use DBA_DEPENDENCIES to get PL/SQL objects using tables: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14237/statviews_1041.htm#i1576452.
However if SQL code is not stored in database in a trigger, a procedure, a function, a package or a view, it is impossible to retrieve all SQL code referencing some table from database dictionary: for this you would have to analyze application source code.

I have idea about customization for iStore. (Using iStore admin Resp).
Is Customization would be same as IStore for ISupport Product.

if you type www.sdn.sap.com in the Internet Browser, it gets redirected to http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn , due to the presence of /irj/ in the url, i understand that www.sdn.sap.com is implemented using NW-EP. (let me know if this understnanding is not correct.)
I have seen NW-EP being used for intranet sites for the employees, consumers etc.
my question is: Is EP also used for hosting intranet conent.
are there any sites (other than www.sdn.sap.com) which are available on internet and that are implemented using NW-EP.

How to use viewslifetime managed property to get the list of sites which are least accessed?

I am trying to get the subsites of a site collection which are least accessed. I am using ViewsLifeTime managed property in a content search web part with a condition like this:
ViewsLifeTime < 0
OR
ViewsLifeTime = 0.
However, It is not giving any results. I even tried with ViewsLifeTime < 10. I have some subsites which are accessed less than 10 times. I came to know this when I saw the value of ViewsLifeTime
property.
Can anyone suggest how to add a condition on ViewsLifeTime property?

Need help in FR Reports Migration which are built on HFM

Hi,
We have all the Hyperion applications [HFM, Shared Services, FR and other BI + Services] on Hyperion 9.3.1.0 and we have to migrate the FR reports that are built in PROD environment to UAT.
These FR Reports which are available on PROD are working fine with out any issues.
To migrate these FR reports from PROD to UAT, i have followed below steps.
1. Export the FR reports one by one from PROD Workspace to .des files.
2. Login to UAT Workspace, Import -> as "Financial Reports" -> select the file and then click on "Import".
3. Select "Tools" -> "Change Database Connections" on Workspace , select the file and changed the DB connection file to the PROD HFM Database Connection file.
I have run the copy utility on HFM application to sync up the data between the environments and i have verified for the data too. Its looking good.
When i try to open up the FR report, I am unable to get the data on UAT environment and I am suspecting Connection related issues as my collegue hinted that there could be issue on the row and column level on the FR Grids. I haven't worked much on FR side, so not sure whats the issue.
Though i am not sure, I have tried changing the FR report connection details by opening it on "notepad" and tried importing the file and tried opening it. Even then i see no data on the report.
Can you please look into my steps and help me in getting FR reports run on UAT environment. Thanks you.

Being able to get into the application and being able to see data are two different things.
Log in as the same user that was trying to run the report and pull a data grid to see if you get data. If you get data on the forms/grids, but not on the report, something is screwy with reports.
As another troubleshooting step, why not make a new report to grab some obvious numbers. If the new report works, but not the ones you imported, something didn't go right on that import. If the new report doesn't work, you have another issue.
Finally, you should not have to make any changes to grids, etc, in the report directly. If you were manually updating the report, the only things you should worry about are :
DATASOURCE APPNAME
DATASOURCE_ID
DATASOURCE_NAME
DBNAME
SERVER
DATASOURCE_DETAILS
Also, if you are dealing with a report book, be careful. Report books apparently not only have "links" to the reports you want to run with the POV settings, the report book also has copies of the reports themselves! I don't quite understand why that is, but when you re-import a report book, it will attempt to store those reports as well.....

In some sites there are two menus competing and you cannot use the bottom menu

I have been using The Shopping Channel for years but since I loaded Firefox I cannot open some areas of this website (and other sites). Menus seem to be competing with each other. There is a regular menu below and a bold new menu on top. If I need to look for customer service it is blocked by this bold menu on top.
I have written to them several times but they claim the problem is at my end.

That is too broadly stated to be credible. Certainly IE6 has
its problems
but is highly compliant with most web standards. To be an
effective
designer/developer one must have a working knowledge of IE's
deficiencies,
not just write it off as non-compliant. After all, it is
still used by some
70% or web users (based on W3C Schools data.)

A web site has been downloaded without my permission and is the site which my computer opens onto and hard to exit. How can I remove this for good?

Web site IMUV downloaded by grandson. The site opens up at the beginning of each session when computer is started. It is an annoyance and inconvenience to exit the program and I have been unsuccessful in deleting it at all. I would like to open up with either the Yahoo main page.
Can you help me fix this asap.
