Intigration builder address not maintained error

Hi All,
While accessing intigration builder in ECC5, i am getting the following error.
"Intigration Builder address not maintened"
Along with this error teh following directory was opened automatically..
"C:\Documents and Settings\sundaramj\SapWorkDir"
can any one provide solution for this problem?

Hi Experts,
I'm about to start the configuration on PI PROD (PI 7.1) server, but I keep encountering an error, saying "Service cannot be reached"
Service cannot be reached
What has happened?
URL http://hostname:port/nwa call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
Note
The termination occurred in system PIP with error code 404 and for the reason Not found.
The selected virtual host was 0 .
What can I do?

What's more weird is that I can't launch sxmb_ifr because 'Enterprise Services Builder address not maintained'.
I already made some RFC Destination such as AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER, AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER, LCRSAPRFC, and SAPSLDAPI and when I test the connection, here's the error message said 'Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc=2 thRc=67'

Check if you have more than one system. If so, check whether host, port and URL of startpage are maintained on the correct one.
Also, please follow the MANUAL steps of the SAP Help link below:

Ensure you have created the RFC Destinations in the ABAP and Java Environment
You need to create the following RFC destinations in transaction SM59
(ABAP) and the Visual Administrator (Java):
AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER
AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
LCRSAPRFC
SAPSLDAPI
Last, please check whether, In tcode SM59, the destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI.
The user maintained in the Logon tab should be PIISUSER
and ensure he password is correct,and check if the destination will test successfully.
All of those will solve this issue

ABAP Proxy Error - Integration Builder address not maintained

I intend to use ABAP proxy between R/3 (ECC 6.0) and XI (PI 7.0).
On configuring the relevant connections, I run SPROXY and get the following error:
Integration Builder address is not maintained in the Exchange profile (Connections)
I have created the connx LCRSAPRFC & SAPSLDAPI from R/3 to PI but the connectivity does not work.
On running the reports
SPROX_CHECK_IFR_RESPONSE
SPROX_CHECK_HTTP_COMMUNICATION
SPROX_CHECK_IFR_ADDRESS
SPROX_CHECK_IFR_CONNECTION
My question is:
What is the Program to be used in LCRSAPRFC & SAPSLDAPI? I have used LCRSAPRFC_<sys id of XI server>
and SAPSLDAPI_<sys id of XI server>
Should the XI Integration Builder address be maintained in R/3?
If yes, is there any place where IB address can be maintained in R/3 (I believe there is no such thing as exchange profile in R/3. then how can IB address be maintained in R/3??...pls correct if I am wrong)
If IB address of XI has to be maintained in R/3 then can anyone pls tell me how to do it?

Just recheck the steps with this and come up with doubts then

1) Were you able to open in exchange profile?
To findout, try the following URL
http://<hostname>:<port>/exchangeProfile
2) Make sure to check connection parameters in Exchange Profile and the following values are set
com.sap.aii.connect.repository.name
com.sap.aii.connect.repository.httpport
3)Make sure your J2EE server is running. You can find out by going to the URL http://hostname:50000.
Also complete all your post installation activities.

Retention Period Not maintained Error when Archiving

Dear Experts,
i am trying to Archive the Archiving Object(MM_EKKO) but i have got the error below

In SPRO - IMG - MM - Purchasing - Define tolerance limit for archiving. In this maintain the residence time 1 & residence time 2 for the Purchasinh doc type & also with item category also.
Define Tolerance Limit for Archiving
In this step, you specify how long external purchasing documents are retained unchanged in the database before being archived.
You can define two time periods, via which you control the archiving of the documents:
Residence time 1 for items without a deletion indicator
Before the deletion indicator is set for a document item, the system checks when the relevant item was last changed. In the process, a change in the PO quantity is taken into account in just the same way as a goods receipt, for example.
The date of the last change is compared with the current date. If no change has been made within the residence time 1 entered , the deletion indicator is set for the item.
Residence time 2 for items with a deletion indicator
For document items for which the deletion indicator was set manually or during the archiving run, the system checks how many days have elapsed since the deletion indicator was set.
The whole document is only archived if:
The deletion indicator has been set for all items of the document
None of the items have been changed during the residence time 2 entered - i.e. the last change is the setting of the deletion
The archived documents are then deleted from the database.

Partner profile not maintained error while testing inbound processing

Hi gurus,
I am trying to upload a customer master data using LSMW idoc method, I followed all the required steps and then I tried to test the inbound processing using T.code we19 and there i gave my basic type as debcor01 and I clicked on standard inbound test but it gives me an error which says partner profile is not maintained, but I have maintained the partner profile and assigned the same in LSMW. So anyone of you can please help me to solve this problem.

Short text and number of outline not maintained error in BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE

Hi Experts,
I am using BAPI BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE' for creation of service entry sheets.
I passed below data into the respective parameters
Entry Header Sheet -
SHORT_TEXT
THIS IS SAMPLE TEXT
PO_NUMBER
231002130
PO_ITEM
00010
And just executed BAPI, I am able to get the ENTRYSHEET NUMBER.
Next I tried passing below data again
Entry Header Sheet -
SHORT_TEXT
THIS IS SAMPLE TEXT
PO_NUMBER
231002130
PO_ITEM
00010
ENTRYSHEETSERVICES:
QUANTITY
10.000
BASE_UOM
AU
And then executed - I am getting an error saying 'Short text and number of outline not maintained'.
My input file to BAPI contains the structure as PO, Item Number, Short Text for Service Entry sheet and Quantity.
Please suggest if any ideas.

App Builder produces "Not Executable" error with Strictly Typed VI Refs

There is a very frustrating problem with the app builder in LV 8.0.1. Certain VIs compile and run fine in labview, but the app builder
refuses to make them into applications.
The error message is very long and ends with something like "The VI is not
executable". Standard advice for this problem is to force LV to recompile
everything you're building by either mass compiling or ctrl-shift clicking the
run arrow, but this hasn't worked for me in two separate cases (completely
different projects).
It seems that this problem is caused by wiring a strictly typed VI reference to
an invoke node with the FP.open method selected. In both cases I resolved
the issue by changing the Static VI Reference to be weakly typed (right-click
the static vi reference and make sure "Strictly Typed VI Reference"
is unchecked). After that, the project build successfully.
This is very hard for a user to track down for several reasons:
- The error message in the application builder does not give any
indication as to what the real problem is
- The app builder reports that the top-level VI is broken, even when the
strictly typed reference and invoke node may occur in a sub VI
- Nothing (that I can
find at least) in the documentation suggests that strictly typed references
won't work with the Open.FP method.
There is a page that says "some of the properties and methods do
not work when you configure this function to output a strictly typed VI
reference," but no indication is given of which methods fail
Note that in one case I was also able to make the project
build by deleting an instance of "IMAQ Create.vi" from the top-level
VI. I
have no explanation for this.
Hopefully this post will save some other users the trouble
of tracking this down and maybe even get NI to correct the issue for future
versions.

Batch Not Maintained error

Hi,
This sounds to be a small prob, but i hv got totally confused over it.
When I am trying to make a Stock Purchase Order (ME21N) from one plant to other, after entering the details, the error message is coming "Batch not maintained".
I have checked up the data (maynot be right) where I can see the batch is maintained for the said plant.
I think some values needs to be updated or checked for it to work.
Please provide help to me.

Clearing Accounts are not maintained error during CAT7

Hi All,
I have got query related to CATS posting to CO i.e. CAT7.
We are doing inter company CATS. While transferring data to CO, we are getting error that clearing accounts are not maintained for the set of company codes and posting key is not defined.
We have maintained ZERO rate in KP26 for the year for which we are posting timesheet.
My questions are:
Can we post CATS to CO with ZERO rates maintained in KP26 for that year??
When rates maintained in KP26 is ZERO then do we need to have clearing accounts maintained thorugh OBYA??

goto tcode HRPBSIN_NMBRNG click up on Change intervals ...........
Then maintan number range screen you will get
over thre select "ADD Intervals" then over thre you need to give the New intervl for number ranges ......
give as "1 99999999999999999999" then select "Insert" and "SAVE"
And check the process again.

Tax number USA not maintained error in F110 and PMW interface

We are using F110 and creating output file using DMEE. After I run the APP and go to env->pay med->DME Adm i get the message 'No record found' in the TCode FDTA. When I go to Env->pay medi-> display log I get the log giving warning message Tax number USA for company code 1000 is not maintained. In the global setting for the co code no field appears for USA TAX Number even after scrolling down. What is the solution to this problem? Where do we find the field?. Please guide

Please follow:
1 - Enter t-code SE16.
2 - Enter table T001Z.
3 - Enter your Company Code from IN.
4 - Hit Execute - F8.
5 - Clique 'new entry' - F5 (If you cannot, ask for a Basis or use '/h' to clear the process).
6 - Enter your C-code IN, param. type = SAPTIN and Parameter value = 'your required number'.
7 - Save - crtl+s
If you got no entries in T001Z to be able advance, go to OBY6 and fill awhile any field with tec name 'PAVAL'. Go back and execute.
This procedure may not change OBY6 view, anyway try another test to check if table T001Z takes place in F110.
Let me know the results.

Company code data not maintained ERROR

I have defined company code, plant, str loc, purchase org, and i have assigned all those things. i have also assigned to controlling area. in ec01 it is showing the structure but while creating the Material master for that particular plant it is showing the msg Company code data not maintained.

Got to transaction OMSY maintain your company code for present fiscal year and period.
