Invalid or Missing SIM

I have a treo 750 and it was working fine. I was in the states on cingular's network but when I moved to europe I unlocked the phone with their assistance. I was using a T-mobil chip in Germany and it worked fine. In Romania, the SIM chip would intermittently work. I started receiving the invalid or missing SIM message. After letting the phone sit with the battery out for a while, then turning it back on, the SIM would work but it would always go back to the invalid or missing SIM after a while. The period of time between when it worked to when it didn't gradually got smaller until it would no longer recognize the Romanian SIM. Now I am back in Germany and the same T-mobil chip I used before is not recognized. I also tried a vodaphone chip and I have the same result. I know the phone is compatible with the network because I used it on this network before. The problem seems to be with the phone because I find it hard to believe that all my SIM chips are bad. The SIM chips all work in another phone. Any suggestions?

To save to the server, correct the invalid or missing required fields.

We have a SharePoint 2010 document library that has a required field that is from an external data source. When we open existing Excel documents, a ribbon appears stating "To save to the server, correct the invalid or missing required fields.".
If you go File>Info>Document Information Panel you will see this external data source field with a Red Asterisk and it says "Show Details". If you click "Show Details" it will show you the "Document Properties - Server"
toolbar and you will see this field populated. It is however read only, and I believe that it is because its an external data source. It will not let us save any excel documents as it seems that Excel feels this field is empty or incorrect.
The same happens with Microsoft Word documents, in that if you open an existing document and go to the document control panel you will see the external data field with a Red Asterisk and it says "Show Details". If you click "Show Details"
it will show you the "Document Properties - Server" toolbar and you will see this field populated but read only; the difference is with the Word documents we can save and close the documents. If we upload a new excel document, it behaves
just like word documents, so it seems its only applicable to existing excel documents.
Over the past 2 weeks we have upgraded from SharePoint RTM to SharePoint SP2. This is has never been reported prior to the upgrades so I am assuming, but cannot confirm, if it was caused by the upgrades.
I see there are workarounds online for Word, but nothing for excel.
Any help for further troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ken,
According to your description, the error will occur when saving the documents in the library which has an external data column from client application.
The document which cannot be saved may contain invalid XML information or invalid XML properties.
I recommend to remove the invalid XML information before you save the documents:
Open the document in corresponding client application.
Click File, click Info, click Check for issues, and then click Inspect Document.
In the Document Inspector dialog box, accept the default options, and then click Inspect.
In the Document Inspector dialog box, click Remove All, and then click Close.

INVALID OR MISSING .DLL INSTALLING NEW ODP 10.2 BETA

We've been trying to install the new ODP beta and having a vairety of problems, some look like a corrupted .exe but my problem is 'invalid or missing dll' when I click on the beta .exe. No .dll is specified and I've changed the path, reinstalled .Net Framework 2.0 and the database 10.2 EE. Same problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you try out the following for me? Download ODAC version 10.1.0.4 or 9.2.0.7 and see if the self-extracting executable works on the same page of the beta. Those executables use the same installer technology as the beta installer. It will help us isolate the problem.
Can you tell me also what OS and what SP you are installing on?

In OS X Maverick's XCode, I created a brand new Mac > "Cocoa Application", with Core Data and Spotlight Importerl; about as vanilla a Cocoa application I could muster.
Under Preferences > Accounts, I signed in to my Mac Developer Account.
In Targets > Identity, I set Signing to "Mac App Store", and was able to select my Mac Developer Account for "Team".
I then went to Product > Clean, and then Product > Build for... > Running, and then Produt > Archive.
In the Organizer, I select the resulting .app and click "Validate", and hit the Mac App Store radio, and hit "Next", and it's able to log into my Mac Developer Account.
I select my Provisioning Profile in the dropdown, and click "Validate".
It comes back with several errors:
1 - "Invalid Provisioning Profile. The provisioning profile included in the bundle {BUNDLENAME} [{BUNDLENAME}.app] is invalid. [Missing code-signing certificate.] For more information, visit the Mac OS Developer Portal."
2 - "The bundle identifier cannot be changed from the current value, '{DIFFERENT-BUNDLE-FROM-OTHER-PROJECT}'. If you want to change your bundle identifier, you will need to create a new application in iTunes Connect.
3 - Invalid Code Signing Entitlements. The entitlements in your app bundle signature do not match the ones that are contained in the provision profile. The bundle contains a key that is not included in the provisioning profile: 'com.apple.applications-identifier' in '{BUNDLENAME}.app/Contents/MacOS/{BUNDLENAME}'
I was able to do the same process before, for a vanilla app, before Mavericks. I'm not sure if this is a Mavericks error, or a fact that now I have multiple app projects. Particularly odd is that DIFFERENT-BUNDLE-FROM-OTHER-PROJECT in error (2) is not the same bundle name as the current project's bundle.

Invalid or missing cookies with firefox 24

I have a user that cannot login from firefox 24. Gets Invalid or missing cookie(s) contact your administrator. Login works with IE 10. Anyone else have this problem? He is using Better Privacy and Adblock Plus but both allow Groupwise.

After Successfull Installation of Photoshop Element 3.0 On Mac OS 10.6.8, Photoshop Elements does not start saying that personalization information is invalid or missing

I have installed Photoshop Elements 3.0 from original disk on my MacBook Pro with Mac OS 10.6.8. The installation was successful. However, when I try to run Photoshop Elements, it does not start, with the message "Could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information". I uninstalled Adobe Elements and deleted all Adobe files from both the System Library Preferences and from the User Library Preference. Then tried the installation again. The installation was successful, but the application fails to start with the same missing/invalid-personalization-information message.
Please advise

I am sorry Invalid Personalization but Photoshop Elements 3.0 requires a PowerPC processor or Rosetta installed in order to function. You can find the system requirements at System requirements | Adobe Photoshop Elements.
You may want to try following the steps listed at Mac OS X 10.6: If you need to install Rosetta to attempt to install Rosetta. That may still not resolve your licensing issue however as the application was also designed for Mac OS 10.2.8 and 10.3.

Path to music location invalid or missing

I'm using PC Suite 6.82.22 and i'm receiving this error when opening and working with nokia music manager:
The path to the music location for the phone Tristan is missing or invalid. Set the music path from the phone tab of the settings menu. The fact is i already set this to the correct path gallery\mmc but it keeps saying that.
Also checked with regedit at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nokia\Music Manager\phone imei nummer and MusicPath also has the value \\Galerij\Mmc
I tried editing in regedit to \\B: but that also didn't worked. Apart from that its very annoying every time this message, my playlists aren't working aswell. I copied the music in subdirectory's of my mmc card (using cardreader). And those mp3s being reconised by nokia music manager and i can add them to a playlist but when i test the playlist at the phone it isn't working. I'm having a nokia 6230 and i'm hoping someone could help solving this issue.

Its \\B: if i'm correct i checked that with mobimb witch creates playlist correctly but isn't freeware.

Sounds like your phone was hacked to be used with your carrier. There's no way to get it to activate without a SIM from the ORIGINAL carrier

Invalid Binary: "Missing .Nib File" ?

Dear Adobe Community,
I have a big problem... When finally I've uploaded the Binary file of my App to iTunnes Conect, I've received several emails like this from Apple after several attempts:
"We have discovered one or more issues with your recent delivery for "Name of the App". To process your delivery, the following issues must be corrected:
The binary being analyzed must be an executable: /tmp/mz_4718812371818442247dir/nameoftheapp.zip/viewer.app/viewer
Missing Nib File - The referenced nib file 'MainWindow.nib' was not found in the application bundle.
Once these issues have been corrected, go to the Version Details page and click "Ready to Upload Binary." Continue through the submission process until the app status is "Waiting for Upload." You can then deliver the corrected binary."
I'm going crazy with this. It is the first time that something similar is happening to me, please, someone have the solution for this problem?

Just to echo this - we have the same problem. We are going to try renaming the file and resubmitting but the concern must be problems further down the line.
I am concerned about the process of unzipping and rezipping the file as there may be issues with encryption?
In addition there are a number of other *~ipad.nib files included in the app build which we have not renamed - however it seems logical that they may also be affected.
Grateful as the other posters have commented for an update on this issue as soon as you have it.

UPDATE 12.20pm BST
We unpacked the file, renamed the file in question, rezipped and sent it off again. This time no error email yet from Apple, and status has changed to Waiting For Review. Seems a bit too easy though....! Hard to believe we won't get another error back in due course, but I guess you never know.

These errors can happen if there is a mismatch between the primary UNIX
group of the messaging server user and the Suitespot group that was configured
during the install. These Suitespot settings are located in the file

Messaging Server user's primary group in the /etc/passwd file correlates with
the group name specified in the ssusers.conf file. Refer to
/etc/group to find
the relevant numeric group value (to put in /etc/passwd) for the Suitespot group
name.

Oracle's maximum precision for nvarchar2 is 2000. You have a nvarchar(4000) which exceeds Oracle's maximum precision and needs to be mapped to Oracle's long data type. But that would only work when the character set of the Oeacle database is a Unicode character set - else you would loose information. The character set of your database is WE8ISO8859P1 so you would not be able to display all characters hence the column is removed from the select list.
