IP SLA and Tracking for alerting

Hi,
I configured IP SLAs for sites that connect to the Internet via a 2911 router
Config:
ip sla 199
icmp-echo 4.2.2.2 source-interface GigabitEthernet0/2
ip sla schedule 199 life forever start-time now
ip sla logging traps
track 199 ip sla 199
delay down 120 up 120
Works great - sends a syslog message to the Solarwinds box and message sets off an email alert.
We have a couple of smaller sites that connect to the Internet via a 5510. I'm trying to accomplish the same thing but, it doesn't seem to have the options to set a "delay down and delay up"
Below seems to be my only option:
"track 199 rtr 199 reachability"
Will this tracking-config log the ping fail and if so, is there a way to delay the logging for 120 secs - for Up and Down events?

Have you tried entering the command "track 199 rtr 199 reachability"
The prompt should look like this after:
Router(config-track)#
Here you should be able to enter the command "delay down 120 up 120" to my recollection.

Am I right in thinking that sla and track can be used for any pair of routes using diverse routes between 2 locations, these commands are NOT just restricted to being sued for a default route?
Example: I have 2 MPLS carriers between the 2 sites, the networks advertised by the MPLS carriers would be idnetical

There would of course be the track 1 rtr...command and some corresponding sla commands

As far as I know, yes, they don't need to be default routes, it's just that they usually are.
I would have thought if both routes are pointing via the outside interface though the next hop IPs would be in the same subnet ?

1. How many support that IP SLA operation count.?(Support must be at least 30 count)
2. How many support that track count in static route?(Support must be at least 30 count)
3. IOS version that supports IP SLA What is this?

Late push notifications and emails for alerts

Hi all, It happened to me several times already and am wondering what's going on. I open the app on my iPhone (or go to myfico.com on my computer for all that matters) and find out I have a new alert. A few hours later, my phone displays a push notification telling me I have a new alert. It's referring to the same alert I read about two hours ahead. Then, as if that was not late enough, I get an email the next day informing me about the very same alert! While most emails come within what seems like 6 hours, I've had at least three being one day late. This has obviously nothing to do with credit bureaus not reporting in time or any such thing. This is an internal issue of myfico.com where push notifications and emails are delayed even though the information is available online. With this being a *paid* identity monitoring service, I expect to know as soon as possible and having an email sent a day later is not "as soon as possible". Fraud waits for no one. On top of that - and this possibly being very well related - I get a hard inquiry on my report AUG 04. CreditSesame (a free service!) alerts me about 4 minutes later (wow!). CreditTracker by CapitalOne follows up with an email about two hours later. AUG 05 in the morning, about 6am, I find myfico.com having one notification from myfico from Experian. Followed later by an email at 10:36am (lucky case!): from: myFICO Member Services <[email protected]>to: <my email address goes here>

An email followed at 1:02pm. The other side doesnt have CSRs on these forums, you need to call the 800 customer service number to get these items resolved.

Status and Tracking Problem

dear all,
Trying to implement status and tracking for the planning application we have made.
In our planning application there is Material on which planning is done.
For 0MATERIAL , i myself have created an heirarchy.While creating an heirarchy i created a text node 'ZNODE1'.Under that i inserted a Material node Dummy material.Under that i inserted three material nodes: M1,M2,M3.
Now there are 4 persons: A,B,C and D.
'A' responsible for all the three materials.That is he will be approving the plan data by 'B', 'C' and 'D'.
'B' responsible for M1, 'C' for M2 and 'D' for M3.
Now when 'A' logs in he should be able to see the plans of all the three whereas when 'B','C' or 'D' logs in he should be able to see only the layout for which he is responsible.
I created a subplan , planning session and assigned heirarchy name for material.What i expect is the display should be based on the user who is logging in.But in my case whoever is the user he is able to see all the layouts.
How could i restrict the layouts based on the user login ?
Please suggest.

What is the certification track for MDS9000 ?

Could someone please tell me what are the exam codes and track for MDS9000 ?
I have tried to find this information however everytime i get the same exam code for IP Track rather than Storage track.

All my tracks are MP3.
In List View, I do not have an Album column I have an Album by Artist column. If I click on this column the albums look right in the playlist on the screen but when I burn to the CD the tracks are not in one folder per album instead they seem to be in folders per Artist then Album, which as one of the albums is a compilation has created about 30 folders.
If I switch on the 'Sort by Album' column it burns the disc as I expected.

How to configure the runtime and consolidation for a track in CMS.
I can see the track exists in CMS but the same doesnt pull up in the NWDS in the development configuration perspective.
I compared the given track with the one which gets pulled up in NWDS. Theres something called runtime system and consolidation which isnt defined for the track which is invisible.
Please advise , what are these required for. And how can we configure the same.

The runtime systems are defined for a track to setup the Transport path for any code changes....the Consolidation system is usually defined as a Virtual system for the track and used for comparison and fixing any broken or Dirty DC's ....that means it's not used as a Runtime System for Deployment as compared to DEV,QAT and PROD used for Deployment...

What you're calling "Adobe Forms" is really Adobe FormsCentral. The FormsCentral service is indeed going away soon, but you can always create PDF forms (AcroForms) with Acrobat. Acrobat also comes with a desktop version of the FormsCentral desiger, which can be used to create simple PDF forms that can be used apart from the FormsCentral service. So you'll no longer be able to create and host web forms with the FormsCentral service or use PDF forms with the FormsCentral service. You will be able to create standalone PDF forms with Acrobat and simple PDF forms with the FormsCentral desktop app.

Hello Gurus,
Could anybody please throw some light on the tracks for Webdynpro par files and visual composer applications?
I need to know if we need separate tracks for Webdynpro par files and Visual composer applications on the NWDI. Can we use one track for the development of Webdynpro and VC applications or do we need separate tracks for these developments? What is the best practice?

In general SAP recommends to create a seperate tracks for differnet applications. based on your requirement you need to think of whether to go for single or multiple tracks.

Can iTunes be set to stop at the end of a track and wait for a manual play.

I am wanting to use itunes to play sound effects in a live drama but I need to have it stop at the end of each track and wait for a manual start. It needs to be done without deselecting and selecting tracks by myself and, importantly, others who may be confused by the computer.
If iTunes can't do this is there any other app that can, I've been looking but failed to find any apart from DJ packages which are more complicated than I would like for others to use.

You want to have a bunch of tracks, play them in order, the first one plays then it stops and all you have to do is hit Play to continue to next track?
This script will do it.
Play the first track and iTunes will stop at the end and queue up the next song. Just press Play (or Spacebar) and it'll play the second song and stop till the end of the playlist.
No need to select any songs or do anything fancy.
-> Stop Track!
"This script applet runs in the background while an iTunes playlist is playing. Whenever the accompanying "STOP_TRACK_05sec.mp3" track is encountered, the script will stop iTunes and advance to the next track, which you can start manually."

Multiple entries for one album and tracks are diveded between entries

After adding all my music into iTunes I have some albums listed multiple times with one or two tracks listed in each one. How can I get all the tracks for that album listed all together? Also is there any way to import album art from another program. Windows media player has all the album art and iTunes is missing about 40 percent of them?

Well, I tried everything in that article and when all my albums are in cover flow view multiple albums covers show for that one album. When I type in the album name, it narrows down to 1 CD.
As far as not being able to retrieve album artwork, I just do a google image search. After I have saved the pictures I go to the info for any song in that album and add it to artwork.
