Ipad mini no longer able to be used - ios7 glitch?

Hi all,
My iPad Mini has now effectively become useless.
First I was confronted by pop up messages asking me to pop in a password for imessage, facetime and icloud. I have recently changed my AppleID due to a primary email change. Both my iphone and the ipad show my new appleID as the correct new email address and ID. Although my content is all there and itunes continues to work normally on the macbook and iphone, I cannot use it on the iPad. After turning the ipad on and off twice, re-setting the network connections (as suggested on a discussion thread) I was still confronted with the same problem. Now the ipad appears to be totally stuffed as the contacts and the camera just opened on half of the screen at the same time.
This is frustrating to say the least as I was using the ipad normally this morning.
IOS 7 has not been the easiest process. I'm a long time Apple user and regularly defend Apple against the haters, however this kind of thing is trying my patience.
Please help if you can. Is this IOS7 related? and if so, when is a fix expected?

Hi,
I tried all the options you suggested above.
The 'Sign in to FaceTime' pop up appears asking for a password to my old AppleID, even though on the ipad itslef it is stored as the new AppleID.
Even when I humour the system by keying in the correct password and hitting OK, it simply dispapears and re-appears withe the same pop up box within a second or so. I barely have time to try and hit any other operation between the pop up boxes.
So, as I said I am unable to use the ipad.
Should I restore again, but select 'start as new ipad' once it is completed? Although I will have to re-ad all my apps, I do have them stored and I don;t have much additional content on them.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with streaming on your iPad. I wonder if this is being caused by an issue with Wi-Fi.
I recommend the following steps:
Be sure you're in range of your Wi-Fi router (access point).
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and on. If your W-Fi setting is dimmed, follow these steps.
Confirm that your Wi-Fi router and cable or DSL modem are connected to power, turned on, and connected to the Internet. If not, refer to your network administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for assistance.
Restart your iOS device.
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and locate the Wi-Fi network to which you're connected.
Tap and Forget this Network.
Try to connect to your desired Wi-Fi network.
Note: You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password again if your network requires one.
Turn your Wi-Fi router off and on2. If your ISP also provides cable or phone service, check with them before attempting this step to avoid interruption of service.
Update your device to the latest version of software.
Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware2. For AirPort Base Stations, install updates using the AirPort Utility.
If the issue is still unresolved Wi-Fi disconnects or signal strength is less than expected
Move closer to the Wi-Fi router (access point).
Check for sources of potential interference.
Remove any case, stand, or other accessories from your iOS device and see if signal strength improves.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: This will reset all network settings including
previously connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords

Facetime on MacBook Pro, Iphone and Ipad mini no longer works after years of working just fine. I get the message that I am connecting then it instantly just disconnects. Has worked fine for over two years with no issue until about a month ago?
I have investigated and tried things like re-setting apple ID and deleting the plist file etc, nothing works.
My Wife is having same problems in a different location so deffinatly not a problem with my wi-fi.

My iPad mini no longer recognizes any wifi networks (at home, at friends houses, Starbucks, etc.) It's not that I can't connect to networks, the iPad won't even give me the option to connect to any networks anywhere I go. Nothing appears. Under Wi-Fi it's completely blank. So let me just get this out of the way.... I've researched every possible thing I could do and nothing has worked. So don't tell me to make sure my airplane mode isn't on, wifi is turned on or I'm in range, reset my network settings, reset my router, go to Starbucks, update iTunes etc. etc. because I've done all of that and more. We have 3 other iPads in the house who all connect to our home wifi just fine, so it's not that. I literally cannot find any solution to this problem and I find it ridiculous. Please help!

So having done everything you have, it sounds like a potential hardware issue. You didn't mention a "restore" of the device, but I imagine you did that as well. I would plan a trip to the Genius Bar.

I have the same problem. I upgraded to iOS7, entered my usual passcode when prompted in setup, and when I tried to access my iPad after installation was finished it denied my passcode. I can't connect to any internet to erase it or anything because the new iOS hasn't yet been configured to a wifi network, so I can't backup from anything either.
When I connect the iPad to iTunes, it tells me that Find My iPad must be disabled on my iPad before backup or restore can continue - and I can't access anything beyond the lock screen of my iPad at all because it refuses to accept my passcode, so I can't get to Find My iPad.

I would suggest using Apple's Pages which allows support for imbedding videos from the device's camera roll. Pages also allows for sharing via email, Air Drop, and Messages.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
