iPad not displaying some photos after transfer from Windows Vista PC, only displays the word "JPG".

Sorry but did it as you adviced and have the same issue. Missing many of pictures. But they were on original external drive.
Just wonder what the aditional libraries doing on the external hard drive. Never created any of them.

Lightroom does not display a photo after import.

There are 3 photo currently in a folder. I saved two more into that folder with photoshop CC
both in tiff and psd format. I imported as normal but the photos do not show up in the library window.
If I try to reimport the photos are greyed out as though they are already listed.

I found the problem. The photos were duplicated and in another location that they should not have been. I did a search all photos and found them that way. Once I knew that it was easy to rectify. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Photo App does not display all photos

Running iOS 7.0.4 on an iPhone 4S. The new Photo App does not display all photos properly. All photos show up as thumbnails. However, when you tap on some of them, only a blank page is displayed. The rest is fine. This issue started after the upgrade to iOS 7. Is this a bug? Hardware-related?

Upon closer inspection it appears that the missing photos are in a folder called IPhoto Library. This folder is greyed out when I choose the import folder.
When I use 'show package contents' it reveals the missing photos (below). Why is my iphoto library so scrambled! Thanks for any insight.

Preview.app will not display some PDF files

Since upgrading Yosemite I have found that Preview.app will not display some PDF documents, the documents open but all the pages are blank. This is a big issue as my work involves reviewing documents that are all in the PDF format. Strangely some PDFs work properly but I haven't been able to determine any common factors among the documents that work versus those that don't work. The problem documents do open correctly in Adobe Acrobat Reader but Reader takes over viewing of PDF container fields I have in several important FileMaker Pro 13 databases. Acrobat in the FileMaker databases for me is just as much of a problem as not viewing PDFs in Preview.
After searching the forums I followed suggestion in a post to try using version 7.0 of Preview.app (the version that worked under Mavericks) but that is also showing blank pages. I have noticed that the PDFs which open as blank pages also display that way in Finder and Spotlight previews. Could this mean that I have some kind of OS level issue here and not a Preview.app issue? Perhaps Finder and Spotlight use Preview.app to generate the preview.
I have posted this in a bug report to Apple but in the meantime I would welcome any suggestions or workarounds to try.

The built-in PDF renderer has trouble with that file. You might get better results with Adobe Reader.

Ipad not showing some jpeg files

My i pad is not showing some of jpeg files received on mail as attachment, these are being displayed completely blacked out , i have also tried saving them on ipad and then tried opening them with other apps also but same result !!!!??? However the same files are properly displayed when i see them on pc or on my blackberry .... Can somebody help me find out what is the issue and how can it be resolved??

Probably because all of the Music wasn't selected to sync from iTunes. When the iPad is connect to iTunes on your computer, you can select Sync Entire Library in the Music Tab of iTunes if you want all of your music on the iPad.

How can I get the ipad to display my photos in file name sequence instead of by time/date stamp? I want to display them in a particular sequence controlled by the filename I gave them.

Good idea. I've found a question that indicates that the ipad sorts by name (https://discussions.apple.com/message/9116248#9116248). Mine are all sorted by date/time. How did they do that?
The app you suggested looks promising, but it sounds like i have to manually rearrange my pictures, and since i have hundreds in each folder, this would be tedious. Is there an app that will allow me to display them by filename w/o me having to rearrange them myself??

Why is Safari not displaying some pages correctly?

Safari seems to be messing up again. Had this problem quite a while ago. It's not displaying some pages correctly.
Notice the 2 enclosed screen shots. I went to purchase something (no personal info in the jpgs)
Notice the W-Safari. Little trash cans by the purchase items missing as well as the submit button and a few other things. So I opened Chrome.
Notice in the W-Chrome, everything is displaying correctly.
I've had problems like this some time ago but I thought they were fixed.

Edge running slow/not displaying some items on stage

My project's growing quite large but I'm keeping everything very tidy and importing only small files (tiny PNGs, well compressed short videos, etc) but I've found the file slowing down and now it's not displaying some of my images and symbols.
Also when I now preview in Browser it takes forever to load a page - BUT - if I drag the .html file on my browser it opens and works fine.
Why would it be doing this? Can allocate Edge Animate more memory? I have an 8-core mac with 28GB RAM and plenty of HD space (which should be fine for this)

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
* If you use extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extension) like Adblock Plus or NoScript or Flash Block that can block content then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Add new songs to the playlist as needed. Then sync your iPhone in iTunes and the new songs will be added. As long as you don't change your settings for sycing music, it will only sync the selected playlist.

Sure. If you use a field (button, text field) to display the text, the Mouse Up script of the Yes check box could be:
getField("button1").display = event.target.value === "Yes" ? display.visible : display.hidden;
Change "button1" to the actual name of the field and "Yes" is the export value of the Yes check box. You can use whatever you want, and you'll probably want to make the button read-only as well.
