IPad push button not functioning, why?

Along with issues that began with running my desktop and iPad through iTunes Match, I am now receiving an error message about inadequate local storage. So, I deleted all my foldered emails, one-fourth of my songs, all my TV shows, all my movies, all my videos, and a handful of apps. Still get the message.
At the same time, I have another (new) problem:
The round push button at the base of the iPad:
Will not power on the iPad
Will not let me shift from application to application (can only be accomplished by holding down the power button and doing a reset -- although iPad stays stuck in whichever is the first application chosen)
Everything worked appropriately and all songs played before iTunes Match. Since subscribing to iTunes Match, I am "benefitting" by having:
unplayable songs
receiving messages about insufficient local storage
the non-functioning main button
Can anyone help me out of this quagmire?

Reset your iPad to hopefully get the Home button working. If that doesn't help make an appointment at an Apple Store to have the iPad checked out.
First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. PFCG push button, not appearing on the SAP Easy menu screen in CRM 7.0

Hi Experts,
PFCG push button is not visible on the SAP GUI, Easy Access menu screen in CRM 7.0.
But I see it appearing on the CRM 2007 SAP Easy Access screen.
So how to make it appear on the SESSION_MANAGER screen, that is Easy Access Menu screen.
I tried the 'Customize Layout' options, but I don't see anything there to make the PFGC button appearing.
Please let me know the settings.

I´m not sure why you won´t see it.

WAD: Push button not displaying some Web Items

Hi All,
I have a web template 7.x in which there is a push button for "Export to PDF". There are some changes carried out to this web template, to include one radio button web item. My requirement is to display this Web Item on the export to PDF page.
I have included this radio button web item in "Export to PDF" button list. However still it is not displayed on Export to PDF page.
Is there any other setting which i am missing?

As per SAP Note 1069368 which talks about the limitations of Export to PDF functionality in WAD 7, the following webitems alone are supported on Export to PDF:-

Analysis item
Report item (see also the section 'Web application export with report items')
Chart item
Map item
Information item
Text item
List of conditions
List of exceptions
Images (only from the MIME repository, see Note 484390)
Thus Radio Button cannot be included in the exported PDF.

hi there, I'm Wilfred, currently my ipad is having a problem which the lock button is not function. Thus it's caused me unable to screen lock my ipad in a proper manners. May I know is there any solution to overcome this issue? Thanks.

The side switch is the key. Depending on your settings, it may affect the mute or it may affect the rotation lock. Whichever function it supports, the other function is performed by a "soft switch." This support article from Apple provides detail.

In case you're wondering, here is the history. Originally, the mechanical switch affected only the rotation lock and the mute was a software switch elsewhere. In IOS-3, it was changed to be the mute switch and the rotation lock became a software switch. This was done to ensure consistency among IOS devices. Unfortunately, a large quantity of users complained loudly, alleging that they turned the rotation lock on and off several times every hour and the convenience of the mechanical switch is essential. In IOS-4, Apple bowed to the whiners and made the switch function selectable and now we're stuck with a mess.
There have been some problems accessing pages on the Apple web site. If the hyperlink gives you a "We're sorry" message, try again.

Down Payment Clearing push button not showing in MIRO

I already activated "LOG_MMFI_P2P" using SFW5. Now we are getting Down Payment option in ME21N but we are not getting down payment push button in MIRO.
We are doing in that way:
First we created PO. We do not provide any down payment in the time of creating PO then we post the down payment using f-48. MIGO has done.
Now we are doing MIRO but Down Payment Clearing push button is not appearing. Please help me.

Do check you had entered the down payment category and down payment percentage in PO.
Do follow the correct steps for down payment and check again if your are getting message in MIRO , then you should get the down payment push button also.

Push button not visible in Quality

Hi,
We have created one push button for the tcode fbl1n and fbl5n using the standard BADi "FI_ITEMS_MENUE01".
Now, the problem is the button is visible in Development server but not in Quality server.
We have checked the version management but the code is very much visible in Quality.
But, the push button is not visible in the Quality.
Could anyone please provide with a solution to this problem.

The implemented code along with the Fcode is visible in Quality.
But while executing the tcodes FBL1N and FBL5N the push button which was implemented, is not visible in Quality.

I had made push buttons on my screen through layout editor and set property as invisible (By Checking Invisible checkbox).
Now, based on some conditions at run time I want those push buttons to appear on screen.
For this I had written following code:

Though the following comes from an iPhone article, the troubleshooting steps would still be valid:
Camera is not functioning
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
If you do not see the Camera app on the Home screen, try searching for it in Spotlight. If the camera does not show up in the search, check to make sure that Restrictions are not turned on by tapping Settings > General > Restrictions.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Third-party cases can interfere with the autofocus/exposure feature and the flash (iPhone 4 only); try removing the case if you have image-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
Tap to focus the camera on the subject. The image may pulse or briefly go in and out of focus as it adjusts.
Try to remain steady while focusing:
Still images: Remain steady while taking the picture. If you move too far in any direction, the camera automatically refocuses to the center. Note: If you take a picture with iPhone turned sideways, it is automatically saved in landscape orientation.
Video: Adjust focus before you begin recording. After recording begins, you cannot readjust focus until you stop recording. Exiting the Camera application while recording will stop recording and will save the video to the Camera Roll. Note: Video-recording features are not available on original iPhone or iPhone 3G.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

Approve Button not functioning in Approval Page NotifDetailsPG.xml

In NotifDetailsPG, we have the page for approving Batch Approval Requests...
There are four buttons, Approve, Reject, Reassign and Request Information.
When we click on the Approve, or reject button, nothing happens, but on the Reassign and Request Information, we are directed to the proper page. Now I need to approve the Journal but i think the Approve and Reject button is not functioning. and we noticed in IE's status bar, that the page was "done with Errors"
clicking on the done with errors area, we have the error message:

you have to search in Metalink using Advanced Search.. key-in "approve button" and select LinuxX86 as the platform..
If i remembered there is also a result regarding 11.5.10...
Mine is 11.5.9 related and it just instructed me to upgrade the Workflow mini-pack.. OWF.H.. I think 11.5.10.2 already includes OWF.H so your case might be a different one..

Google Maps buttons not functioning

Google Maps does not function anymore in Safari. None of the buttons work, including the search button (I can type in an address, but nothing happens when I press the mag. glass icon, or return), or any of the smaller icons in the corner including zoom in/out, help, tools etc.
Works just fine using Firefox, and I did update Flash to the latest version.
Any help appreciated--thanks in advance.

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
