Give this a Try:
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Why after update the latest iOS 4.3, my ipad screen sometimes continues moving and hard to chose or touch the keyboard or icon?

I have the exact same issue. The screen moves up and down just a little so the bars in the top left hand corner are almost hidden. And pressing icons does not work at times. Pressing buttons inside open apps does not work at times or takes forever to execute the command. Also, some apps freeze or open and then suddenly close. I updated all my apps to determine if the cause was an app that is not compatible with the new operating system. This did not work. Is there a way to update again? Could the problem be that the update was corrupted in some way? Any suggestions would be appreciated. It did not happen with my iPhone when I installed the update.

Try closing all open applications in multitasking and power cycling the device. Test the responsiveness of the iPad after processing these steps. If the issue persists, check to make sure you have space available on the iPad in Settings/General/About. If there is no space available you may want to remove unwanted Apps or media as this can cause the unit to become unresponsive. If these steps have been processed with the issue persisting, you will need to restore the device. Make sure to backup the device prior to restoring.

Try restarting
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for phone to restart (no data will be lost).

Has anyone else had this before? Is it a virus?

My on screen keyboard has moved to one side and is partially inaccessible. This has only happened on Facebook messenging and is okay with everything else. How do I put it back to normal.

I have the same issue on my Ipad Air. Screen will not rotate, I have reset the settings, still only displays in the portrait mode. A couple of interesting things though. a couple of days before it completely locked up into portrait I would have to turn the ipad off and hold it in the orientation I wanted because it would not change orientation after I was in an app.
Also, I just played a Netflix video and it was in landscape mode.
Any ideas?

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.

I accidentally held down control and zoomed in, and it enlarged my entire screen. How do I get the zoom on my screen back to normal?

This is my first Mac so it's pretty much foreign to me. I was holding down control and accidently used two fingers to zoom on my track pad, and it zoomed in on my entire screen. How do I zoom out and get my screen back to normal?

On the track pad control while moving two fingers down to zoom out to the original size and control plus two fingers moved up to zoom on.
Alternatively if you have a magic mouse use control and drag one finger up and down on the mouse to control zooming. If mouse wheel use control and move the wheel.

Mac Pro or MacBook Pro,What OSX, if you have a track pad (MBP) check system preferences track pad zoom&scroll, or zoom options functions (slightly different depending which OSX) if a mouse holding control while using wheel will affect the screen, as well as swiping on a track pad.

The screen keeps freezing on the zoom function

before you respond with the most obvious response of going to 'Accessibility' and turning off the zoom function, please note that this is not an option for me as I am legally blind and rely on this function to use my ipad
i have noticed other people have had this problem before but i haven't come across a solution that really helps me so I'm asking again -
as mentioned I use the zoom function regularly, but recently the screen has started freezing when it's zoomed in and the only thing I can do is reset. It also seems to be lagging a little bit - hard to explain, but it doesmt just zoom waaaay in and stay there like other users have found (it does this on occasion) but it has also started freezing every now and then when I try to tap the zoom in or out
i have a 32G ipad 2 which is just over 2 years old...it still has plenty of space left on it and I update the software regularly.
Does anyone know of a glitch with the zoom that's causing this?
it only started happening a couple of months ago, and was tolerable while it was only happening once every couple of weeks or so but it is becoming more and more frequent - I have had to reset my iPad four times today alone.

You can try restoring the iOS software on your iPad:
Restore: Connect your device to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory.
